Food serving is horrible. Absolutely each plate is broken. Like somebody just brought it from flea market. Ramen was too much spicy.

Very slow. 40min to get one dish. Last one came out after one hour and the restaurant wasn't even busy. Ordered the salmon donburi. Salmon was one bite worth of food. And the rest white rice. Total ripoff. Ordered a sushi roll It was half broken, had to use spoon to eat it.

This has got to be one of the worst service ever. I have eaten in multiple Ichiban Sushi Chains and they've always been good or decent but this one was terrible. The long wait was unbearable, we ordered, 30 minutes in and... nothing, a few minutes later and our drinks was served but that was it. We waited another couple more minutes and it already had been AN HOUR since our food came. We ordered about 4-5 things on the menu excluding our drinks and after an hour and a few minutes only 2 of them came. I ordered one of the ramens in the menu and it was just sad, the egg was broken all over and the noodle stuck together the broth was luke warm it was depressing, the taste was like any average ramen, the long wait was not worth it. We eded up cancelling the rest of our orders that didn't come after 2 hours of waiting.

The taste is average but the waiting time is awful. It takes more than 20 mins just to have 2 ramens, 2 ochas and a mentai sushi when the resto looks almost empty??

Bad service

Banyak menu yang ga sesuai gambar. Orange juicenya literally sirup ABC jeruk. Lemonade lumayan. Cuma porsinya terlalu kecil. Entah kenapa ocha ga bisa dipesan. Kuah soyunya light, mienya rada lembek. Kaisen roll ga sesuai gambar tapi rasanya lumayan. Miso soup lumayan. Nunggunya agak lama. Padahal katanya yang di SMS oke. Revisit? No thanks.

Pertama datang langsung disapa dengan ramah oleh waitressnya. Pelayanan ramah dan sigap, order makanan juga cepat keluarnya jadi ga perlu nunggu lama. Kebersihan dan suasana tempatnya juga oke. Tempatnya ramai customer, setiap beberapa menit ada aja customer baru yg dtg kesini buat makan. pdhl mampir kesini pas tanggal tua. Makanannya enak semuaaaa. Pesen ramen + steam gyoza enak bangetttt. Buat yg suka pedes wajib cobain beef spicy ramen nya. Beef nya lembut dan lumayan banyak. Porsinya gede jadi lgsg kenyang banget. The best untuk makanan, pelayanan, dan suasana di restonya. Pelayanan ramah dan sigap agar dipertahankan ya. Tksh

Lama banget makanan datengnya, sekalinya udh dateng alat makan jg blm dianter. Katsunya kaya agak asem gitu kemaren. Tp suka sm salmon skin sushinya
