A budget hotel chain. Front desk is nice and helpful as well as quick and energetic. However when it comes to hotel facilities and cleanliness I'm not hesitate to give it a two, event one star. Room was dirty, dust everywhere, bathroom was not up to standard of cleanliness, amenities was poor and very minimum, etc. Not recommendable for guests who cares much of cleanliness over services.

Stayed here 10 days during quarantine. Room had a good view of sunrise. Good was decent but portions are much smaller than any Western hotel (less than 50%). Even less than quarantine hotels in Vietnam. It was okay since I brought snacks along and also eating less. The rooms are clean. A few issues were: Washroom shower drain is very slow to drain. There's a very slow leak under the sink from the wall. Cigarette smoke will often rise up into the bathroom for some reason, luckily rest of the room was protected from that. Be warned, the walls are thin so expect to hear someone next door shower and their TV shows will reverberate through to yours. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful (even to the point of buying a sim card for a foreigner like me after telling me it doesn't work for us). Go figure. A simple "No, sir we cannot", would have been sufficient. As far as quarantine hotel and value you get from this place, I would say it's very good. Especially if you want to lose weight during quarantine 😁😂

Quite standard budget hotel, good point is the staff is quick, energetic, helpful. But when for facilities and cleanliness, quite not well taken cared of. Room is not repaired well, found cigar but in non smoking area, hot water also on and off in time of needs.

Service is good, room is comfortable and clean. The house keeper is very nice and kind. There is dispenser near lift so we don't need to buy mineral water anymore. The place is quiet, but little bit noisy in the morning because the sound of high-speed vehicles on the road.

I got a room alongside the road. Very noisy, not enough insulation at all. A warung across the road plays music loudly all night. Maybe nothing the hotel can do, but nevertheless if you are thinking of booking that is what you might have to put up with. I am staying for 9 nights as part of hotel quarantine for COVID pandemic. It cost 7,800,000 IDR which should include much better food than is offered. Even when I pick up the food as they knock, it is cold and tasteless. Dry chicken and rice and noodles, nothing like the amazing food Indonesia offers. The internet is terrible. It was totally off for a whole day. The reception claimed they would see about organising a SIM card but they never even replied telling me it was or wasn't possible. I work remotely and by staying here I have been unable to work productively. They know I can't go anywhere else and am powerless. As a prisoner, they decide to feed their paying guests as prisoners. Leaving an honest review is the only power I have. I don't understand the high reviews on this page at all. My experience has not at all matched the average 4.2 stars. Maybe if you stayed here one night, didn't make use of the internet, didn't have a room on the roadside, and didn't eat here it would be fairly comfortable.

Spent 5 days here for quarantine. As this is "casual budget" hotel, you couldn't expect more dispite it's 3 stars hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpfull. Room is clean enough, well....there are some stain in the bathroom however it's toleratable. Good thing for quarantine room is you could open the window to get fresh air, the consequence is, it is not sound proof, and the wall quite thin so that you could hear your next door. There is no water kettle for hot water but they provide water dispenser near the elevator. I don't know if there is any option for the food other than Indonesian. For me the food is so so lah.....🙂🙂🙂 at the first you would like it, later you would get bore. For the budget quarantine hotel I would recommend it compare if you stay in wisma atlet. Anyway....you just sleep and eat spend your time.

Found a piece of tissue on the floor. Regardless, loved the price and the facilities they offered. Parking was full so we had to park next to the hotel, which was not a problem for us.

Limited parking car space, not clean as expected, it is 3 stars below, cannot expect more. Reception mostly one person, often queuing. Nice staffs and security. Breakfast menu does not vary, for a few days will be bored.

Looking for a value for money one night business sleep for two. This was it. Room was just right, it was enough space, single queen (I think it was a bit over sized for quuen), clean, with bottle waters, TV (didn't use it) and AC. The shower has a tap which can be used for wudhu (ablution) which was 👍 great. Breakfast for two 😋 menu was ok rice, glass noodle, kerupuk, chicken, porridge, bread and egg station. Though the taste has very wide room for improvement. If you ever need a coffee supplier for your coffee you can always contact 😉 me
