Stay for several days and booked from application. Easy checkin and checkout process. Store and ATM just beside the hotel. Restaurant staffs and security are great. The food is good enough for breakfast. During the dinner only 3 menus offered and still great.

If you would like to book a meeting room, just beware, since this hotel can cancel your booking even when we already signed the confirmation and the payment schedule still in due without any prior communication or notification. The hotel explained with unacceptable reason : because other already booked all meeting room on that day, so no matter we already booked and confirmed before this other company booked, our booking was not valid anymore. We really shocked at that time, didn't ever got notification or communicate between us before they canceled our booking and the hotel suddenly cancel our booking by their own decision. After we talked with their Director of Sales, the issue was clear and solved. But with this kind experience of business ethic issue, make us very shocked & will do precaution to doing business with them for next. But for the rest, was good. Meals & cleanliness thumb up.

Rooms were good, 3 stars means quality comfort right?. Location, you need kinda careful, a bit tricky to found. Service, this were my 2nd time to come cz they got promo but receptionist were rude and not informative + not communicative. It's tough to work in hospitality, ikr. But sorry, my lady who u r talking to, willing to pay to get u fired dear receptionist.

The price is not worth for some blank tv channel and quite far motorcycle parking place, but the pros is you can have several menu breakfast and cozy place to stay

For price under 500k no breakfast on weekend this hotel quite worth the price. Room spacious enough for 3 people max. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean but lack of maintenance cause the ceiling moldy and also the headshower and floor. AC function well tv so old. What’s not to my liking is how the wall is so thin that every guest’s activity from every direction (above, next to us) can be heard so loudly from the room. So many guest talk loudly outside sounds like coming from inside. People moving furniture in room above us annoyingly happen often and heard by us. Need to better the room sound proofing

Our experience with Soll Marina can be described in one word: progress. Unfortunately, it went the wrong way than expected. Soll Marina has been our choice for quite some time, with us staying at least once a year for the past 10 years. With a heavy heart we should say that our last experience was rather subpar in many ways. As an important note, we stayed for two nights from January 25 to January 27, 2023. We explicitly asked for a non-smoking room, yet the whole floor reeked of cigarettes. Even the air outside of our room smelled like kreteks. The hot water didn’t work, so we had to shower with cold water as it was our only choice until it turned back on a few hours later. And now comes the best part, the pièce de résistance: the breakfast. Awful. Most of the heavy meals were served in a small plate inside the food heater and they used a bad batch of bell peppers on their egg corner. They didn’t provide salt and pepper on the table. When we asked, the waiters ran all over the place searching for it as if they didn’t prepare it earlier, duh. The story didn’t end there. When we finally got the salt, it got so clumped we couldn’t pour anything from the shaker. What’s even worse was the waiter. Our encounter with the waiter was met with incompetence and a rough body language. Even my late grandmother in her 70s would entertain the guests better and make the experience much more hospitable. As a person specializing in human resources, I can say that I am ashamed. Yeah we definitely won’t take our chances here again. Ever, perhaps.

Come here for a wedding reception. The Hotel is easy to find but a little bit tricky to find it because its placed on the left turn. If you come here by motorcycle, the parking lot for motorcycle is placed behind the hotel so you have to turn around, its dangerous because you have to ride against the direction. The parking lot for car isn't really have a big space. Friendly staff. The hall is comfy for a little guest. They have nice park for the wedding. The food taste good. Its good place to held a semi-garden party. I have a great experience here🙏 Keep up the good services

The hotel is quite clean. But I don't really find the food delicious, despite the price. They don't provide refrigerator and hair dryer. Also for laundry bag, you have to ask for it at the front desk (I had to do it twice, since they didn't give it to me at my first request).

The hotel rooms is big and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Should you have a trip nearby in Serpong, this hotel is one of the choice you should consider. Please like this review and follow to get update of places I'll visit

The staff was kind and helpful. The room was quite spacious and clean. However, cleanliness in the corridor can be improved. We were able smell unpleasant odor emitted from the humid carpet.

Service is good, location is good. Price is good. But toiletries only for 1 person tho booking for 2 persons and need more soundproof for room. And if want to offer laundry better use phone than knocking door

The hotel is okay for your meetings... Including garden space for your outdoor exercise. Food is good. The less inconvenient experience is the view if your room face the dead mall across the street.
