I visited this place on the weekend. I got the promo price IDR 300,000 for 2 tickets + IDR 690,000 for 4 tickets (included with single tube, double tube, basic sledge and double sledge). The Trans Snow World Bintaro itself is located in the 3rd floor of Trans Park Mall Bintaro. Inside the location there was also ski equipment that you can rent for IDR 100,000. I think the concept is interesting in terms of giving a different experience. The system is well organized. But at some defects for example, the background and snowman looks dirty. Would be great if they take extra care of the location.

The snow playground with an atmosphere of the Fuji/ alpen mountains and a family Japanese theme in the Bintaro area. visitors can feel the sensation of snow in winter with temperatures around 5 degrees enough to make us cold. there is a slide with tires and a cable car. The price of admission includes socks and boots rental. if you don't bring equipment, there is an outlet store selling various kinds of warm clothes, locker rental and selling warm food. The toilet and mushola was clean. There is an interesting promo from bank mega 750 for 3 people, slide and cable car package and get a bonus 3 meal packages (meat balls and hot tea). suitable as a tourist destination in the Bintaro area

I was bought the ticket online when promo buy1get1 300k for two on weekend (normal price so expensive compare to the facilities), but the queue quite long on weekend. we get max 2 hours to explore and we must pay again if want to rent the equipment, they sell in package when redemption process or can buy on the spot by cash. boots and socks are available and we can take the socks home. Facilities : mushola, changing room, toilet, resto, additional locker (paid). Tips : bring your own jacket & handsocks. if you want to play with equipment please bring your spare clothes because you will get wet. it was so nice playing with snow since we can't feel the season in our ​country ☃️☃️

Overall, I am quite disappointed with the experience. Tickets are 200k in the weekend per person. For the use of the sleds, tubes, and skies, you need to pay extra. At entry, you can buy a combo ticket for all the items for 250k or pay separately inside. Then, before entering, there is a shop that sells overpriced jackets, gloves, etc, and the seller is trying to scare you by saying it's 5 degrees inside (which it isn't, its 10 degrees). The 'boots' provided before entering the snow area are very low, so snow easily goes inside and does not provide any protection to the cold. When entering the snow area, there is a very strong wind, which makes it seem its very cold, but actually, once you're inside, it is not that bad. Recommend to wear clothing that doesn't absorb water easily as everything you use is wet. We did have a good time with the kids, but we will not go there again. That is probably also why it is not that busy. Total costs for 4 people for tickets, use of the equipment, gloves, hot chocolate, and 1 family picture 1.65mio.

Recommended place for refreshing with your family. For future better services, in the beginning please add information regarding additional price for equipment rental, ski learning, and others un-included item at the ticket. Strongly recommended to prepare your own Jacket, Glove and Hat.

It was opened in December 2019. Then during the pandemic they closed almost a year. Then now they open again. Weekend tix: IDR 300k. Weekday: IDR 225k. There are special price IDR 500k/4people including several games. They provide boots and socks for us to wear, but we need to bring our own jacket (they also sell some inside)

A beautiful snow playground, although it is quite expensive. The ice may be dirty because my child got itch and has rashes, but all of them are happy. Minus exp. : Price of the mold toys is unreasonable, it's way too expensive and inhuman. Moreover, the locker system in the locker room is so annoying. Last but not least is the price of the photos, it's inhumane to give the price at that rate, so ridiculous! Thank God i always bring my pro-DSLR. I have money to buy those photos but i won't spend my money to buy things that prices doesn't make sense.

I love the place! It's so beautiful, could be a good place for dating too. A bit crowded, better to buy ticket online to avoid queue. Tips: when you buy ticket, it's only for entry, if you want to enjoy to the fullest experience like rent equipment, bring extra cash!

Great place for vacation with family or you special one. Nice to try sky lift, skiing or slide with single or double slider. You can try to learn ski with extra fee.

Worth to try...2 hours play.. Sliding.. Play with snow.. Bring your jacket and Mitten... They only provide boots and socks..

Amazing couple of hours for the family. My 5 year old boy was really excited to see the snow and play on the sledges. Make sure to bring warm clothing with you, a thick coat, gloves and a hat to stay warm, they do sell all these items there but it adds up to be quite expensive for only 2-hours. They also provide a meal and a drink with your ticket, it comes mandatory so you cannot remove it, so either eat light or not at all before you go in. But the experience, especially for Indonesians is totally worth it

It's such a wonderful experience to play around here. It's better to purchase ticket in advance and take package that include games and meal 😉. Make sure your body very warm and take extra pants if you wanna play single/double tube. Enjoy ❄️❄️❄️!!!

Great place to experience winter in Greater Jakarta. Buy ticket online, it will save you some money. Wear proper winter attire since its really cold. They have food stall & toilet inside.

Good place to bring young kids or older. I presume the temperature is around 5-15°C. So that some people who have high tolerance for cold, it's okay to wear shorts or not to wear gloves. But I recommended you to wear cap or jacket. Ticket entrance price is quite affordable too, you can buy online or on the spot. There are some photographers inside the playgorund so make sure you prepare your suit well.

Sorry the staff was just dissapointed. Not helping at all, disrespectful, and not friendly to customer, especially the staff in Return counter. management should do evaluation for their performance. I will not come back again to this place, such a bad experience. ( i lost my key for locker, but the staff didnt help me at all i had to come back inside the snowpark and searching the key by myself, i just with my son at that time, my son crying bcause he just wanna leave while i searching for the key, and finally when i decided to pay the penalty for IDR 250k, the return counter staff accuse me that i play again when i searching for the key? What the? If they can not help me at least dont say something direspectful and make me become suspect of their bad opinion. I found really difficult searching for the key by myself while i also have to calm my son)

The staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that everyone had a great time. One highlight was the presence of photographers stationed at various spots within the playground. At the exit door, we had the option to purchase our pictures, which added a memorable touch to our visit. The snow itself felt real, and we had a lot of fun sliding down the slopes and even learning the basics of skiing. Overall, I highly recommend Snow World Bintaro for families looking to have a fantastic time together. The affordable pricing, helpful staff, and genuine snow experience make it a must-visit destination.

Highly recommended for a great family time. We had an excellent time at this place. The place is huge and quite a few activities for the whole family. The staff is friendly and helpful specially Ms Asti from the Sales team who is very kind to meet us personally and explain the place. We were offered free extra 2 hours and snow equipment. Quite big, even bigger than the one in bekasi, thus not waited too long to take all the experiences. Not so crowded even in the peak season, thus still comfortable to visit. Visited twice, both in the weekend. One during peak season and one during low season. Both quite satisfying and not so crowded. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The toilet was quite clean. The mushola just ok. Maybe because too humid, so the carpet a bit wet.

Fun experience. Wish it would be a larger place. Will definitely go back to this place.
