Still under construction the last time at the end of May 2022. Will be opened very soon in 2022, moat probably second half of 2022. It is a hotel with offices in one building and soon to be opened.

Disappointed. I booked a room with king bed, but the hotel said, in their system, it’s a single twin. And they don’t offer anything, only said that it’s the travel agent’s mistake. All I know is it’s not my mistake either, I just want to rest in the room I booked. They also said that the double/queen/king rooms are full, while I checked in app it’s available. Totally disappointed. Also, floor is not as clean as the pictures, linen looks old for a new hotel, sandal is dirty, it’s not replaced. Never been this disappointed.

Handsome building and design, excellent food (wow!), hospitable staff, comfortable beds and pillows. Quality and comfortable workout equipment at the fitness room. Top notch auditorium and spacious banquet hall. What can I ask for more? 👍👍👍👍👍

A very charming hotel inspired by natural elements in its surroundings. Choose between sunrise view or sunset view rooms, but either way you'll enjoy the super comfy beds and amazing soft pillows for the ultimate restful sleep. The staffs are friendly and helpful, food was delicious, and don't forget to checkout the swimming pool and gym. Overall a well deserved 4 star hotel. I sincerely wish this hotel a great success. A very mediocre 4 star hotel, more like a low end 4 star hotel.The lobby is pretty nice, it’s not that big and doesn’t look very “wow” for a 4 star, it kind just looks like a nice apartment building lobby which isn’t great. Also, the lobby is infested with mosquitoes in the afternoon, like just no. Staff aren’t that professional too, some are. The check in lady isn’t so friendly and professional. The phone in the rooms never work, I have to go downstairs when asking for something, one time I came down at 1AM, the lobby was dark and there was nobody and I had to get the security to call the staff and the staff wasn’t even friendly, like seriously? You’re a hotel, you need to be 24 hours ready. Every time I stay at other hotels, even the same 4 star ones, staff are always 24 hours, I once checked in at mercure at 2AM, the hotel was still well lit and staff was ready at check in. On the second night I asked for an ice bucket, although the staff was nice, she replied with Boleh dong, which is informal, rude and extremely unprofessional to say to a customer/guest, I’m a customer not your friend. The rooms are nice and clean since this is a new hotel but they kinda feel too “spacey” and “empty”. There are SO MANY useless drawers and cabinets. There’s a mini kitchen with a single sink and no kitchen appliances, only coffee tea making facilities, which is too big for a mini bar. The bathroom is very nice however the shower doors don’t seal at the bottom so the water leaks every time you shower. The bed is nice and comfy. Sitting area is very weird, the shape is a long triangle and its red which looks bad. Architecture of the room isn’t great. The kitchen areas which is too big should be used for an extra couch or something. There’s only one “smart” light switch which is a tiny screen on the right side of the bed which is hard to reach and control. The overall vibe of the room feels like a nice apartment, which feels cheaper and not a hotel. Only the bathroom and bed are very nice. Breakfast is a nightmare. It’s so terrible. Cold eggs, sauceless pasta, dry potatoes, watery baked beans which are half cooked, limited pastry options, cheap and limited options for jam/spread, they didn’t even provide butter and some other disgusting options. Breakfast quality is on par with a 3 maybe even a 2 star hotel. The only nice things about this hotel are some of the facilities like the sky pool and sitting area on the high floor and even a basketball court. Location is also ok since its right next to a very small and mediocre Teraskota mall, other than that you need to walk far distances or get a taxi. For a price of a little over 1 million rupiah, I’d definitely stay at Mercure BSD or Episode Serpong. Overall, disappointed with this hotel.

I just booked 2 rooms and stayed for 2 nights. Overall the room design, matress, amenities and the facilities are complete and in good conditions because this is a new hotel. The only problem.I had was the cleanliness and service from the staff. The housekeeping are bad, when I checked in, the room had ants running all over the cupboard, tables and even sofa beside the window. The next day I told the housekeeping to make sure they clean the ants and the room properly but when i got back there were ants everywhere and to make it worst the bed was made but they did not vaccum it before, so i could still found my daughter hair strands on the bed, the floor and bathroom. When I tried to call the housekeeping to ask for additional towel, the phone was cut off after 1 ring (I tried 3 times), and when I tried to call the front desk there was nobody answering the phone. Overall I was very disappointed with the service and cleanliness of this hotel.

Stayed here with my family, i like this hotel room were big, nice infinity pool and the size is just enough, whirlpool and the gym suitable for the hotel, so many outdoors area to relax for and enjoying the view, the lobby is not to wide and fancy, the bfast is not to tasty but we enjoy the stay.

It was my second time visited this hotel. Personally I enjoyed my stay here either with family or business trip. - the room : quite spacious, view was good, they have one big window. - foods : breakfast was just OK, nothing special— tend to be boring, quite crowded. - service : the receptionist was not really friendly, although the rest of the employees were nice to us. - lift : the waiting time for the lift was really long… during the weekend when they were many events, you could wait for almost ten minutes😔 - facilities : swimming pool was good

Very dirty towels, also the housekeeping kept knocking on the door unpredictable asking for laundry every morning. Wouldn’t recommend to stay if the staff keep doing the same thing.

The hall is multifunction and medium size, may fit for maximum 100 guests, including for wedding ceremony. It gives a panoramic city-view of BSD. There's a platform for outdoor photoshoot right in front of the function hall. The catering and buffet were well served.

Another alternative hotel you can try if you decide to spend the night after going to a music concert at ICE. Located on Jl Pahlawan Seribu, it only takes about 15 minutes to go to ICE. The hotel is beautiful and clean, with wonderful view. I got a twin room on 19th floor. The view was Jakarta, but from the floor's window you can see mountains. The room service serves well although the web order was still in progress. So the room's tv has this qr code to order food but actually I could only see the menu and still need to call the room service via telephone to order. The nasi goreng and fish and chip are delicious, and at reasonable price. Because I stayed on 19th floor, the breakfast was on 6th floor. The restaurant has a mountain view, so beautiful. The food was delicious but no fresh milk was served. I always have hot tea and creamer or fresh milk for my breakfast so it kinda a litte turn down for me. The check in and check out process are fast and easy, as I have booked and paid via traveloka. Overall, nice experience.

Well situated. Very nice day and night view. Infinity pool and gym provided, and the table tennis, love it. The room was cozy, the bed was exceptional, the added window bench was awesome, giving us some "sleep at the flight" experience. We got a free dinner which was amazing. Very recommended.

I've been here on a few occasions for my business trip. Personally, I still like it. To keep it simplified for others who are keen to stay here, some tips for you! Location: It is really strategic and convenient. It's located beside a mini mall called Teras Kota, where you have easy access to good food, pharmacy (Watsons / Guardian), Ace Hardware, and best, the Super Indo mart. It's only 5 mins walk across the road! Imagine if you're craving for indomie. It's just next door 😋 Hospitality: So far, I've had a good experience where they are actually being quite attentive, I noticed they do housekeeping regularly and refill the items in the room meticulously. Friendly and polite staff and always have a smile on their face 😊 kinda makes you feel like you're at home. Pro-tips: In case you are in need to refill some items in your room, laundry, or even massage and in room dining, the trick is to scan the QR code in the TV room and voila, they'll come to you ASAP 😃 In room dining and breakfast selection: Definitely can be improvise more. The food has been the same menu since I first came here, and I personally suggest it to be rotated. It's a bit frustrating to be eating the same breakfast for 5 days straight 🥲 Hope you enjoy your stay too, readers!

We've had a nice 1 night experience at Trembesi Hotel. The hotel is huge and I got to stay at 25th floor so that I can see BSD City. The view was the Ocean Park and a football field. Overall it's a nice place to stay with family.

Nice place to stay, clean hotel. The bed was really comfortable, the rooms were spacious. The facilities were on the 16th floor, open space and it was relaxing at night. The place is near a shopping complex.

The room was very clean and sleek, but I had an unpleasant experience when I stayed there for 4 nights. I borrowed an iron in the evening, and I wanted to use it early in the morning, but then the receptionist called me almost midnight just to remind me of the iron, and I was asleep at that time. I mean, can they just called me first in the morning? Sorry, the service was bad in my experience.

A good hotel with BAD employee. The hotel equipment is one of the best amazing bed and they use grohe for toilet and the switch is so good. But the team seems to be undertrained or just bad. When i arrived there is no towel in the room, breakfast all finish and very late to refill and clean the table. The table all left dirty, u need to call twice just for spoon and fork. And the worst is they treat me like i cant pay the laundry.

Very nice hotel, I stayed here for 2 nights. Everything is spacious until... When we've lunch in restaurant, I brought meals for my son then staff asked "Maaf tidak boleh membawa makanan lain ke sini." Huft. We were here because we paid for eating at the resto's hotel. Think twice before pardon (me). Overall I like this hotel & their facilities but the staff need more improvement.

Mediocre hotel. Lift is very slow, breakfast is always full of people and seatings are not enough. The room is not functional (only 1 light switch that controls all the lights) and it doesn’t feel cozy. The design is not well tougth and the shower inside the bathtub is a pain. Wouldn’t recommend.

Spacey function room. Good food in the restaurants. Meeting room is on the 7th floor so it’s refreshing seeing all the greenies during lunch.

Nice rooms. Food is average. Attended wedding party here. Most of the food was cold perhaps the food warmer didn't work. Breakfast buffet was soso as expected from the 4 star hotel.

Nice hotel and nice facilites especially the jacuzzi and basket ball court. Great service from the staff. Modern and clean room.

A good clean new 4 star hotel in BSD. Service is very good and attentive. Breakfast was well spread. A non smoking hotel but you can go to the 6th floor and smoke outdoor. 7th floor outdoor is allowed too. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Recommended

Fabulous city sunset view from the room. The room is spacious, clean and the mattress is good . The cafe ambience is good and it is very spacious. The food is good. Many varieties. I love the prawn crackers dip with sambal, Fried grass noodles, Gelato ice cream (night). It is suitable for meeting. The hotel have many small cubicles for discussion 👍🏻

I stayed here for 4nights around last week. The room was spacious and neat (maybe bcs it's new). The bedding is very comfortable. And I really love the view from my room. I could say that the location of this hotel quite strategic. Very close to Teras Kota which can be reached less than 10 minutes by walking. The food is good too. No many equipment in the gym but I do love the view and ambience there. There're something that I think could be improved such as the staff services. I find it quite often when I asked for something/help, it took long enough for the staff to show up. I don't know if it was bcs some events that they had when I stayed there, but it was unpleasant. They also don't provide a bath robe and no curtain to cover the bathtub so when you took shower, the water would spread all over the floor and it became slippery. Last thing, I'm not sure if it was only me or it happened to other people as well, but the signal on the rooms floor is poor. When I want to pay for the laundry, I need to go to the lobby because the staff said it's hard to get the signal for the EDC machine. They do have a jacuzzi but unfortunately I haven't get the chance to try it. Maybe on my next stay.

Almost flawless hotel. One of my fave. Everything is great. The kerupuk (crackers) is lovely. Makes you feel like Indonesian home! 💕 The bathroom needs a tiny problem with the drainage system. Absolutely will stay here again
