So
I
would
have
given
this
a
5
star
since
I’m
a
regular
customer
there
but
my
recent
experience
was
very
unpleasant.
Don’t
get
me
wrong
I
love
primark.
I
love
the
setup
in
store
and
their
items.
I
was
there
1
week
ago
and
had
3
pieces
of
items
to
exchange
for
a
bigger
size,
now
I
arrived
at
the
cashier
named
NICOLE
about
6:35pm
(I
know
store
closes
at
7
on
sundays).
She
greeted
me
with
an
attitude
to
begin
with.
I
put
my
items
on
the
counter
and
she
started
scanning,
so
I
told
her
of
my
items
to
return.
She
said
“stw
you
should’ve
told
me
that
from
the
beginning”,
I
responded
by
saying
sorry
I
didn’t
know
that.
She
cancel
the
transaction
and
started
over.
I
wasn’t
happy
with
her
attitude
so
I
said
if
you
don’t
want
to
do
it
I
can
get
someone
else
to
cash
my
items
out.
She
said
“no
one
is
available
and
everyone
wants
to
go
home”!
And
rolled
her
eyes
at
me.
Is
this
the
way
to
treat
people?
We
are
all
humans
with
real
feelings.
I
will
return
to
the
store
to
shop
but
I
feel
primark
needs
to
hire
better
employees
who
actually
love
their
job
of
helping
someone!
