I had just bought a bed from here on May 2021, and surprisingly it has already broke. My husband always trusted Raymond Flanigan and we have bought a bed and our furniture from here like 7-10 years back. The quality has deteriorated so bad in these few years . The salesperson who accommodated us said that this bed will last for 200 years!!! Though, I don't expect this, a bed worth so much money should at least last 10 years, however it is so disappointing that this happened in just 6 months of the purchase. My kids never jump on the bed and we have never roughly used this bed. Last night, my daughter laid down on this bed and the whole thing just sank to the floor. Honestly, would give zero stars if I could. The frame that supports the mattress from beneath is such cheap quality and so weak. Think before you buy anything! Please don't waste your money and time at this place!!!!! Now my husband has to either fix this mess or throw it out. We are truly upset.

My experience with Sandy was rewarding helpful. Polite cordial, very enlightening, she was very observant in her craft. Actually talked me into getting a new mattress, where I was adamant about, not buying one, but she made me think about my health, my wellbeing.

I have been shopping at your company for a very long time but never before have I dealt with a sales person so kind and caring. Sandy is definitely one of the best. She is patient and extremely helpful. If there is an issue with the order, she contacted me to let me know. At one point the waiting process for my furniture delivery become too long and I wanted to cancel but Sandy would not have it. She asked me to give her a few days to look into the matter and within 2 days, I received a call saying my furniture was ready for delivery. I feel Sandy is an asset to your company because customers will always go back after having such a great experience. Thanks to Sandy.

What a great experience my family and I had with Shirley. She was extremely attentive, patient, and kind was we spent hours picking out the perfect living room and bedroom furniture. She entertained our daughter as we searched for the perfect mattress and endured we felt supported in making the best options for us. Shirley made our shopping experience perfect. My wife and I came to the Green Acres Raymour & Flanigan location with the intent and purpose of browsing for furniture for our new apartment. We’d had a poor experience at a restaurant before dropping off our 5 yr old daughter for an afternoon class so our expectations for shopping were low. Shirley gently greeted us on the way into the store. We said we were only looking to browse so she gave us the space we needed. Soon after seeing my wife and I show a layman’s interest in sofa’s she came over to help us. Not only did Shirley help us purchase a better sofa than the one we were looking at, she helped us furnish nearly our entire apartment. From beginning to end Shirley was kind, patient and gracious, even after our active and rambunctious daughter joined us for the remainder of the trip. I liked this store! My friend was moving in withe and he needed furniture for his room. Stacy was great! He helped us get the best deals and he was so patient and just a great sale associate! We got what he wanted and even something for the living room, that I have fallen in love with! Definitely shopping here again!

We were assisted by Shirley at the valley stream store and she is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She understood what we were looking for and was able to fit our budget. I was looking for a sofa bed for my mom that I had seen online. As I walked into the store the sales associate approached and asked if we needed help. We showed her what we were looking for and she immensely took us to the sofa bed. She was very helpful and recommended some of options for a small dining table. We purchased the sofa bed. I want to say thank you to Mr. Dawkins. He was excellent with his service and had all the patience in the world with us. We had specific dimensions for our purchase and he was able to assist us in finding the perfect sofa set. This man went above and beyond, including honoring an expired sale price.

We came here to look for a recliner. We were assisted by consultant Sophia. She was very helpful and patient as we tried the recliners. We wound up getting a power sofa with 2 recliners. It was on sale and not much more money than the recliner we liked. Very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend.
