Every time I buy here, the workers at the self checkout barge in to press 5 star review / great service right before I take out my card from the card scanner. They don't even ask for us to rate it, they run in and do it themselves every time.

I shop at five and below every week with my daughter. Staff is kind and friendly. Store is well organized and clean. Bathrooms are clean. Prices are good

The place has good air conditioning so I was comfortable shopping around. The staff are friendly and there is always someone to help at check out. The stuff there is expected like $5backpacks, but this store is mainly good for getting simple and affordable stuff like headphones, phone accessories, keychains, toys, snacks, drinks, yoga stuff, art stuff, school supplies, so basically what kids would call heaven.

I’ve always shopped at this location but today I ran into a nasty manager. I think his name was Darrel. Tall, and skinny with braids. I hate to single out my own kind but he was so disgusting to me. He told me “don’t start the truck if you ain’t trying to drive?” What professionalism is this. I had an exchange/return. One with a receipt and one without. Any competent manger would try to make the process swift and simple. I simple asked if we can just put both items on a gift card so I can just use it toward my new purchase. Somewhere he continued to do the long way when there are 10 people in line and the store closes in 7 minutes. I shop here often. He got frustrated and told me I could go to another five below. I never raised my voice but we went back and forth on how I was just trying to make it simpler for him and the people waiting behind. After he stormed off for the SECOND time ? I had to ask the other manager across who was a female. Very sweet lady who handled my transaction in less than 3 minutes. It’s not that hard. The male manager definitely has growing up to do. Someone his age and with that amount of power obviously wants to work hard and not smart. Arguing with costumers who are spending 3 times the amount I’m returning. Get a grip. I wasn’t going to let him ruin my last errand for the day. Idk if I’ll be back to this location anytime soon. I’m scarred. He then left this in the counter when the lady manager was helping to then say THIS was me. Plastic POOP.

Alot of items to look at. The price of some of the items are excellent graphic shirt 5 dollars. I buy a pet bed for 5 nice size and made good. Some of the item you can go elsewhere for a better deal. All in all it a nice place to shop.

Modest pricing. Convenient knick knack variety store. Kid friendly especially their inexpensive make up section.

Usually they greet you this time they did not. The store could have been cleaner and at the register they had a lady that was totally unprofessional and not helpful or willing to help the customers. She was very snotty. I believe her name was Cheryl. It will be a long time before I go back there. Their are other five belows that I have a more pleasant experience.

Was being stocked so was a bit messy. Nice staff tho

In there is so dirty and when I told a employee it’s dirty she said no one was talking to me while I was in the store giving my feedback. I do not recommend going.

Came here shopping with my daughter, and someone stole my phone. I left out my car and straight to five below. Never again, this NEVER HAPPENED TO ME SHOPPING in the Hood.

I love this Five Below. I always find amazing stuff that come in handy. I would definitely recommend this store.

Great place for stocking stuffers and good prices. Store was a bit unkept and messy in spots but cool items are here that you definitely don't need but would like to snag.

I was surprised to find Hatsune Miku merchandise here, and for a low price too!

You can find good stuff

You can get almost anything here for under 5 dollars from decorations to video games and my personal favorite hard to find retro candies. You can even find the oversized novelty tubes of warheads and the like. Plus the store is very well maintained and the staff is understanding and friendly. I will be coming here for a long time.

My son got a keyboard and mousepad that lights up with LED lights that he absolutely loves.
