We ordered 3 items. 1 drink for my wife, 1 drink for me and a pup cup. It came out pretty fast and they made it to perfection. I would definitely have to say if you are in that part o town it's worth a visit

My mom and aunt got us frappes from this Starbucks and when we drank em they tasted so watered down and tasted like there was only milk in them. We called and spoke to a manager about it and she said we can come back for free remakes so we did and reordered the same exact thing and whoever was at the com was so rude(it was a girl) and we just ordered the frappes again, they gave us an iced drink, and one of the other 2 frappes still tasted like milk only so idk. We still didn't get our correct order.

Update, had to come by here this morning surprise surprise lobby closed again. This location must be severely understaffed The hours of operation flaky at best, lobby usually closed at peak hours, large construction vehicles don't fit in the drive through. Unreliable to count on this location to be available when you need it. They were even closed completely at least two days in a row. Probably having issues keeping staff like most places nowadays When I have happen to drop by when they were open, the staff was professional and friendly but looked stressed and flustered Coffee still came out good though

Cashier was very rude, as soon as I entered and walked to the register the cashier asked “do you need to order?” No greetings were said, I did not feel any customer service was given, I feel discriminated and at the end of the transaction they forgot two items out of 4 and I had to go back to get them. As well as the straws were to small I had to stop at a gas station down the road for correct size straws. I will not be returning to this location.

Shiny-new Starbucks are always so fun! The staff is especially pleasant and the drive-through was quick. My drink was correct, including special instructions. Honestly, the only annoyance is the ridiculously tiny parking/drive-through area, but it isn’t a unique problem to this particular store.

I always have issues with this store. They always mess up my drink and are awfully rude when I ask them to correct it. My final straw was today, I asked them nicely to correct my drink as it was missing an item that’s clearly listed on the ticket and that I was charged for and I was responded with “I can get you a side of it.” The guy at the drive through (curly hair and glasses) didn’t take my drink back to add the missing ingredient but had the time to find a cup and pour it on the side. I also asked for a water at the window and was told “make sure you tell us at the speaker box next time.” Snobby attitudes, poor customer service. I will stick to the store on 98th from now on.

I came in to have them make my drink because when I order online, my drink is often made poorly. I wanted to try to order in person to see if it was any better.. it was! Which is great and annoying at the same time.. just enough to even out and not dole out a tip. As I walked up to the store it was locked which is understandable at 5:05am HOWEVER they locked me inside. Not sure why.. doors should be open during business hours - especially with customers inside as this is a hazard if an emergency were to occur. The person who opened the door to let me in was also not very professional or courteous and actually seemed annoyed I'd have the audacity to come inside. My bad for wanting my morning beverage made correctly. This is the second time I've encountered locked doors this at this store. I once ordered online and wanted to pick up in store and the door was locked - at 7am. No one saw me at the door so I had to go through the drive thru where these people gave me attitude. There are literally no good stores in this quadrant of ABQ. Do not bother with the one on 98th and Central - much, much worse. Best stores are those connected to a Target - go figure.

waited in line 11 minutes in the drive through for a venti espresso. I pulled in @ 10:23 am, picked up my coffee @ 10:34 am. The pink haired girl taking the orders outside, was chatting with customer in front of me, laughing, joking, etc. I timed it b/c it usually is not fast service at this location but today was aghhh!!! she was chatty and friendly if you are that customer, but If you're behind waiting is not so friendly to the rest of us. When I finally ordered my coffee and got to the window, again same customer chatting with the girl in the window, another 6 minutes waiting, so i got upset and honked my horn, I heard the girl say oh can't she jut wait, the order is coming... When she pulled out and I got to the window I asked for my receipt and said nothing to her. My drink was ready I could see it from them window, but oh she took her time... When she finally gave it to me, I took it and drove off, I heard her say DAMMMM!!! oh man, I wanted to go back and just put her in her place but the car behind me was already pulling into the window. I drove around and there was about 8-10 cars in the drive through outside their parking lot. I get these girls want to be friendly and courteous, but c'mon, you also have to be considerate of the other customer waiting in line, and it should not take more than 5 minutes to get a coffee. I checked and the average time to order and get coffee in drive through is 4.4 minutes. Oh and to top it off, she got my order wrong!! I am so disappointed on this Starbucks.

Most of the time, the drinks and foods are tasty. The atmosphere differs from each place. It boils down to the employees who can make or break the experience.

I've been to this location twice and it is very nice. It's in an extremely busy cluster of stores that surround it, but it has a nice, safe, well-lit parking lot. The Staff is friendly, but not too quick. However, the laid-back atmosphere allows for a lot of patience. The drinks are well made and fresh also, even in the slower parts of the day. I recommend especially if you're coming to hang out and chat.

I rarely go to Starbucks but I had a meeting there. I’d never had the green tea frappacino and it was amazing. I also got the sausage McMuffin thing. It was pretty good and they were really nice. I don’t know why people hate on Starbucks. It’s a little pricey but it’s good.

Food and beverage wise is always a mistake where the drink or food comes out in bad shape. Londog Fog prepared wrong or tea bags broken. Service is above average and the place looks tidy and clean.

Great service and orders are always consistent. The problem is they made this small location even smaller by taking out a back section. Seems like it’s for storage. In reality, this area has enough traffic like larger locations but they opted to make it small to begin with only to make it smaller for storage. It feels tighter with larger groups and louder now.
