We placed a call in order today 8/3/22 from the south valley location, a gentleman by the name Al was very professional with taking my order. From my call in order to the pick up We were very pleased with service and the food was fantastic and to my surprise they even sent us a sample of a pork calzone with a note saying complements from the chef. I have never had a restaurant do that. This location will be the only place I will order my pizzas and extras from. Thank you Al !!! Keep up the good work and Gods blessings to you and all the crew and the pizzeria. 💝

The food was really gross, I paid 63.00 for freezer burn wings . Cold pizzas with 1 pepperoni on it I ordered the cyo pepperoni, mushroom,jalapeno hardly anything but cheese and the other pizza we couldn't even figure out what was on it some artichoke and some other gross tasting idk what. 2 pasta dishes were out of a chef boy rd can meatballs dry no sauce over them and garlic bread was burned . The salad was decent but after I got home and called, the lady Olivia answered and said let me tell my manager after 10 minutes comes back and says bring the wings back and we can replace them. I refused as we live kinda far and I didn't just want to get freezer burned wings again obviously they will be coming from same bag of wings the first ones came from. She said just take a picture and next time you come in we will give 8 wings. But what about everything else, ?I won't be visiting pizza 9 again anytime soon 😔63 dollars and my family couldn't even eat it!

Pizza 9 is my favorite pizza restaurant. When they moved out of their original location I thought they were gone from my part of town for good. I am so glad they are still within 3 miles of my house. The pizza I ordered tonight was delicious and the complimentary banana calzone was unexpected and also delicious. The only pizza I will order from now on will be from Pizza 9.

It’s average pizza at best, it’ll do in a pinch but I wouldn’t recommend it. They messed up our order, we wanted banana peppers but got green peppers instead, the sausage is very good though. And we are from out of town so there is no way for you to make it up to us, just sayin’.

Just had an interview I think I don't really know honestly but it's the same guy that answered the phone saying I didn't get a call when I did because th wonderfully polite woman knew about it. But he was very unprepared it's a delivery driver job not a management position. I've been general manager at many many different places and to have to waste my time refilling out a paper application because he didn't feel like opening his computer to see.... Kinda makes me sad I think this place this location specifically and now probably won't go back again

Made an order on DoorDash.. on there menu was very limited, compared to in-person. They aways made your pizza order wrong.. All the time So sad.. dont order from them.

Visiting the area ordered pizza to the campground gentlemen on the phone was polite delivery driver brought a sample of cinnamon bites

Ordered a deluxe and a pepperoni pizza along with wings. The pepperoni pizza and the wings were amazing. The deluxe pizza had nothing but cheese.. I called to ask for a refund and was on hold for more than 20 minutes. My husband drove to the store and was still on hold, and in the mean time he was waiting to be helped. I get things happen and there are good days and bad days but dang have some consideration.
