Placed an order early. Have been waiting for 30 minutes. It's fine.

Lol..funny story ..guy walks in and says I'm grub hub..guy behind counter said prove it ...let me go get my phone the other guys says ..he never came back .lol..was a lame scam the guy tryed to get away with getting free food ...just wow

Workers are rude, took 30 mins to get my order. Still did not get it right. You would think a happy meal is easy steps right? Sad they cant get it right.

Waited 20 minutes at the 2nd pick up window, while everyone else was getting the wrong order. had to get down to pick up my order 😒 very unsatisfied and frustrated from the lack of awareness from the staff

1.30.23 I ordered a quarter pounder and a big mac the quarter pounder was just slopped together! The meat and cheese were upside down and the bottom bun was on top of the the top bun full of ketchup and onions! The cheese had melted to the box!! Not the first time they have messed up my order! I just won't go back anymore! 3/11/23 Again didn't get part of my order! I was charged for it! Can't read their tickets! Thought I would give them a try once more boy was I wrong!

I went to this Particular Mcdonalds craving copious amounts of sodium on poorly prepared food, they did not disappoint, the basket of fries was heavily salted, the fries tasted about 2 or 3 hours old, my cheeseburger was drenched in an ungodly amount of ketchup & mustard, the extra diced onions I requested where lacking in existence except for a few carefully placed bits on the wrapper itself. My 20 piece chicken nuggets was made somewhere around the same time as the fries, somewhere around noon I suspect, but at least the staff knew how to count, i did receive 20 nuggets, what i didnt find was my condiments as requested, no ketchup for my sodium rich fries, nor did I receive my 3 things of sweet & sour & 1 singular bbq, i resisted eating my salt basket until i arrived at my residence, it was a very sad discovery & the food was mostly discarded. I was not disappointed, i only expect poor quality & service from this Mcdonalds. The crew of this Mcdonalds may not have literacy, but with those counting skills I recommend they hit the poker table at isleta casino if they count cards like they count nuggets they will surely be retired early. Thank you for a consistent experience. Mucho amor 🧡

Horrible service, they can never get a order right, and when you go inside to fix the order everyone basically ignores you till you have to yell @ someone!

The only things I love at Macdonald Is they have the best fries and sweet tea in the world

The employees are great. One of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in Albuquerque. I have only been there later in the evenings, so I don’t know how it is, during the other hours of the day.

Staff not listening. Had to repeat my order three times and still didn’t get the correct order. Staff needs to pull their heads from their rectum respectfully

Food tastes like any McDonald’s but service is very lacking. They always get my food wrong which I don’t get cause I get everything plain😂💀and the drive through is super slow some days. Unfortunately it is the closest one to my job so I have to come here💀

They won’t even tell you if they’re closed. I placed a mobile order and they cancelled it on me when I arrived to the speaker they proceeded to ask me if I was going to be using my mobile app to which I said yes and then the speaker went silent as I sat for about five minutes. I then pulled up to the windows where I could see employees and when I tried getting their attention they were willfully ignoring me. I pulled back around to the speaker and the girl asked me again if I was going to be using the mobile app as if she was going to take my order. When I tried ordering the speaker fell silent again, I pulled up to the window and I knocked and she tried ignoring me again. All in all I spent a good forty minutes just trying to get food and ultimately left with nothing. I’d recommend going to any other McDonalds aside from this one.

The window was professional, no attitude, and very nice n kind. Seems that location stepped up usually always had an attitude of ugly customer service but not tonight

The service was good but the food had a lot to hope for the French fries were mostly cold and like chewing on little rocks or tree trunks and the hamburger was a special order no catsup and no pickles with extra mustard there was no catsup or mustard but lots of pickles and onions if I hadn't been in a hurry I would have gone back and complained

Very poor service drive thru doesn't give your oder right .today went through drive thru then at pick up window I didn't get what I asked for told girl I need another bacon egg cheese that I asked for didn't get she had nerve tell me I have go to line wait again I said f that left poor service

This McDonald's meal was in the South Valley of Albuquerque and it was actually really good. I ordered two green chili double cheese burgers... one for me and one for my dog, Honey. They were good, but the strawberry and cream pie was equal good. The staff was professional and friendly, and service was quick.

5- 4-23 Hot and fresh food but my large fry was not full... like 1/2 maybe 2/3 at most. and there was a homeless guy asking for money behind the restaurant right next to the drive thru. Sub-par visit

I've been waiting inside in line for 5+ minutes. No greeting, no help. No taking my order. Watch the cameras as you will see people just leave and take their business elsewhere. Just sad, dirty, and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend this location for your food.

If you don't ask for fresh to the order fries you get what's been sitting there stale n not hot kinda like the burgers

Hard as rock buns, food tasted like it had been sitting there for a very long time, then to top it off my daughter found a hair floating IN her sprite... manager blamed it on the supplier???

This place need better employees. Mangment and all! The only product i get has been out for 2 weeks. (Carmel frapee) GM isnt doing his or her job!!!! Also the employees be ignoring people at the speaker and the window!!!

I always pick up door dash from miccky D's and they are always ready to be served even before I get there. Sometimes ill eat there but definitely should more often...

I came here to get a couple of happy kids' meal. I request the Pokémon toys. I came though the drive though they told me to wait, as my fry are still being cooked. As I was waiting i saw a guy changing the Pokémon toy to teen titan toys. I didn't think much of it at first. As I drove off and got home and open it, I then found out that they gave me the wrong toy. On top of that my fry was cold and hard to eat. If they ran out of the pokemon toy they should have had just say so and i would have gone to another location. It's hard to collect if they are not willing to communicate and give you something random and waste your time. It was 10pm and i didn't want to waste my time driving back just to change the toy.

They are supposed to close drive thru at midnight and they close at 11:30 I understand wanting to go home but you shouldn’t close earlier then your supposed to

I'm taking back 4 of my 5 stars and you can thank Robert! Bad customer service is always so much more memorable. Keep that in mind next time you're calling customer to fight them. Nobody wants to fight you Robert!

Yesterday I went through McDonald's drive-through an order to caramel frappes simple order they manage to charge me for 4 sausage McMuffins and two regular coffees the workers there are not paying attention to what they are doing this was yesterday during the day
