Enjoyed our Randall's Valentine's (and anniversary!) dining experience immensely. The crabmeat-stuffed mushrooms were full of lump crab and so fresh. For our entrees, we both ordered veal (him, veal princess and Mr, veal schnitzel with crab) and each liked each other's so much, we switched halfway through. Finished the meal with a delicious slice of PB chocolate pie, and already making plans for our return visit.

The service the food and the atmosphere were all world class. I would certainly recommend them to other people and would most definitely be visiting again with my wife on date night

Went to Randall’s with my wife today for Valentine’s Day. This was supposed to be a special night but the server just wanted to get us out of the restaurant. Had an early reservation but that should not change the experience. My wife still had her fork in her hand and was still eating when the server boxed her meal. Never asked if she was done, she just took the plate from her and put the food in the take out box. 45 minutes from the time we entered the restaurant until she had basically kicked us out. We ordered soup salad and entree. This should have been a nice night! At $50 a head we expected better! Food was good service was horrible! So disappointed!!!!

Definitely try the Cedar grilled salmon with apricot and horseradish glaze.. it was amazing. I ordered mine with a baked potato and sugar snap peas. My bill was higher because I had two salads and also ordered two deserts... One to go.

Don’t know what was worse, the food or the management. As a couple who eats out every week, and always trying new places, this establishment was a big disappointment and over priced for what they serve. I had the clam chowder and it tasted like clumps of flower or a rue. My wife had scallops and they tasted like a wet soggy limp sponge cooked in burnt bacon grease. The green beans were cold and bland and the rolls tasted like stale store bought. I had the fish and will say it was very good. After the meal we ordered dessert and coffee. We were not close to done and we’re given the check and the server immediately picked it up and said good night. We were not even there a hour and ten minutes. No offer of more coffee, but we did get the manager at the table starting to bus it trying to get us out. Now mind you, there were 2 tables with people who where there before us just talking. She kept peeking in to see if we were done so we left. If you want a good meal, quality food and an enjoyable time, this is not the place.

The Food: Truly impressive. The quantities were great and the flavors were excellent. The Venue: Beautiful. Well cared for and it's worth noting that the tables weren't all squished in next to each other. There was a nice amount of space between you and any other guests which made it feel more intimate. The Staff: Easily some of the nicest staff I've experienced at any restaurant. They check on you just enough to make sure you're in good shape without it being over the top. It was ideal. Overall: Really looking forward to our next visit.

Randall’s was on our list to dine at and decided to stop by on our way to the Allentown Fair. JEN was a ROCKSTAR with on pointe service, efficient throughout and so pleasant plus recommended and explained different menu options. The happy hour appetizers we ordered included 4 beef tips with blue cheese sauce, 4 chicken fingers with hot chili sauce and the delicately and delicious plate of calamari with marinara. All served hot and fresh. I liked the Faroe Islands salmon on cedar plank with apricot horseradish glaze. Yum! Hubs had the veal schnitzel, 4 pieces, nice and tender tender but the veal was a bit to thin for my liking. The breading to meat proportion was off. The meat should be thicker, appeared almost like they sliced the veal on a meat slicer. We opted for the red potato mashed and a Caesar salad and side mesclun mixed greens, diced onion, cherry tomatoes, cubes and homemade blue cheese dressing. All fresh. The place is located off Rt 309 N. Nice modern interior and bar was hopping with happy hour guests.

Just so everyone knows , I was a Sous Chef at Ocean Edge (on Cape Cod) for a couple of yrs. Between jobs. I had the salmon with veggies. All done perfectly, and couldn't finish everything. I can't find any fault with this place. Reservations are a must, pricey but an elegant dinner was had by all.

We celebrated four birthdays, and we were seated in the Boardroom. It was a great experience for our family. Having a dedicated server to the delicious food and drinks made the evening a memorable experience for all. Randall's is our favorite place to dine. They never disappoint. The Orchard Room is our favorite even though it can be noisy. We really like the large windows overlooking the serene fields.

Haven't been here in ages. Revisited for our anniversary. Service was great, drinks wonderful. Food was also great. Escargot and calamari were delicious. Only gripe was even though the filet was cooked medium as resuested and had good flavor, I don't think it was worth $56 bucks for the portion I got. Will be back..

Great service. Tuna tips with Cucumber Wasabi were fantastic. Veal Schnitzel with crab was excellent.

Randall's came highly recommend as a locals favorite. We went for their happy hour and sat at the bar. We enjoyed it so much that we went back a second time a couple days later. Definitely try the French fries. Great beers on tap.

We had a joint birthday/Mother's Day dinner here, and based off the reviews I traveled over 90 minutes to dine. Our waitress was a complete mess - spilled things, forgot to bring items like bread, and put in the wrong drink for me even after I pointed it out off the website menu. It should be noted we had 4pm reservations and the room was very empty when we began our meal. The layout of the area we were seated was also strange. To get to the restrooms, you must walk in front of the kitchen door. Most of the waitstaff were standing idly outside the doors and I almost got knocked over or hit when they spun around, even when I announced my presence. They seemed oblivious that anyone was around them. The food was OK; my crabcakes were good and the au gratin potatoes were tasty but looked very muddy brown. Portion sizes were small for the price. Our waitress also decided to point out that all desserts but the creme brulee were not house made. Cocktails were enjoyed by the rest of my party; I was still a bit mad about mine not being properly made despite raising that with the waitress. Overall, I would likely not dine here again as it was too far and not good enough to warrant another trek down.

Overall the food was great! We had the surf and turf and the beef tip special and everything was great. The service was a tad slow, even for a pretty empty night. The only complaint was we were the only couple in a room, and they seated a table of 6 who were quite loud next to us when there were several other tables on the other end of the room. The seating could have easily been more thought out.

Absolutely delicious food! We had the Creole shrimp appetizer and it was incredible! The surf and turf was incredible as well and so was the seafood combo!

Hadn’t been there in years and there’s a new owner - returned to a beautiful place, nice people, great food. I hadn’t been to Randall’s before. I had been to location under previous ownership. Today’s experience was exceptional. All the staff were all friendly, helpful and cheerful. All of them: the seating hostess, servers, bus boys. You got the impression everyone enjoyed working there. They all were great at small talk. Considering the shortage of servers Randalls must have scooped up all the good ones. The bar doesn’t accept reservations. There are about 8 seats there on a first come first serve basis. They use Resy for other reservations. There are Orchard, Outdoor Patio, Patio, Patio Tent, Queen Vic are your options. The Orchard room is the small room in the exterior picture I uploaded. It has about 5 table in it and overlooks that parking lot, a field and orchid. It’s a superb view and a little more private. The room would be great for a small party. The Queen Vic room is the main dining room. I didn’t make it out to the Outdoor Patio, Patio, or Patio Tent but I believe they all are outside under a tent in the upper parking lot. My server told me they could be enclosed for inclement weather. The drinks were great, I highly recommend “The Muse”. My wife was adventurous and ordered the Balsamic Martini. It ended up a little too bitter for her and the server was gracious enough to take it and re-prepare it with more simple syrup. The food was presented beautifully and was delicious. The service was stellar did I mention that? I wish I had remembered our server’s name because she was great. Eves dropping on all the surrounding tables, that seems to be a norm for Randalls. The servers took your order, helped with recommendations, took the time to engage in small talk, making the experience above and beyond. In conclusion, many people say they’ll go back here. I’ll just say as we waited for our meal, I made reservations for the following week. I’m considering making it a standing order. <GRIN>

This was our first time to this restaurant, and it definitely won’t be our last! The waitstaff treated us so well, and were so attentive and polite! They even acknowledged it was our anniversary and gave us a card, and extra special touches on our dessert. Nicole, our waitress, was lovely. The food was wonderful; from the appetizers to the dessert and coffee. We won’t hesitate to recommend this restaurant and will continue to come here for our special occasions.

Tried Randall's for our anniversary, it is a nice place for a special occasion. The service was a little lackluster for the price. The food presentation was nice but taste left a little to be desired. Overall a nice experience but not in a rush to go back.
