This place is just ok now. It was much better when it was Juan Pollo, while the rotisserie chicken is not bad, what has changed is the service. The service now is horrible. The employees don’t seem to care about the customer. During my most recent visit, I asked for some simple salt pockets, I was rudely told I had ONE included in my meal and I couldn’t get more. Same thing with the salsa under Juan Pollo you were given one, two if asked, now don’t dare ask for extra. Even when offering to purchase it you get resistance. It is sad to see a nice little restaurant start heading in the wrong direction.

Make sure you go to the restaurant and you don’t order through a delivery service. We order at least once a week and every time we place an order through Uber eats or door dash and we order the mini chicken dinner that is supposed to come with three medium sides we get delivered three small sides we even go as far as to order extra medium size because it happens so often this time the entire meal came with only small sides so I just spent $45 on a mini dinner that feeds for people that won’t even technically feed two

This place has very tasty food. Anything you order will be delicious. The service is good but on weekends it can be difficult to find parking so try and go off meal hours.

Food was good had a lot of flavors.will go back for more.

The chicken were freshly roasted; whereas, with the scorching climate, the crew also looked half baked. Either they were waking up from a siesta coma or succumbing to the sweltering atmosphere!

They very friendly help full ,food Is all mead to the order always hot very delicious place very well cleaned

Can't go wrong with Juan's! Been good since day one. Probably best rotisserie chicken around and their potatoe salad is amazing.

Food was great. Had a chicken. Bowl which was stacked and the burrito was huge. It alot more in Whittier than San bernardino but all in all good..

We love their food! The staff is always very niceties. We were very surprised with the box we received with our food purchase, which included: un cooked chicken, salsas , tomatoes , potatoes and a bag of rice! Wow super nice especially during these challenging times! Praise God for their kindness!

Shame on you Juan’s Chicken. I can not and will not recommend this place. It was my mistake recommending this place to my mother to begin with. I should’ve known that their employees wouldn’t know how to act. My elderly mother was waiting for your doors to open. All the while, your employees stood there, looking at her and didn’t bother to unlock the doors. Clearly your sign says 11:30 open. And it was past. If you do not want to open your doors or have customers, say the words.

More of a takeout place, since COVID I think it's only a takeout place. But the coleslaw is the best the chickens are phenomenal and the sides are great prices very reasonable.

Fast & good help even when the person before me did not have any idea what she wanted.

Not worth the money if your ordering the meal with 3 sides and a whole chicken. The chicken is burnt here .no flavor.microwaved tortillas. Its better eating at a pollo loco than here.waste of money.

Shredded Cheddar Burrito and their potato salad are very delicious. Much better than the chicken place nearby with the similar name.

There is delicious food here. Whatever you choose to eat will be excellent. Although the service is outstanding, it might be challenging to obtain parking on weekends, so try to avoid going during mealtimes.

We adore their cuisine! The staff is always quite polite. The box we received with our food purchase caught us off guard because it contained uncooked chicken, salsas, tomatoes, potatoes, and a bag of rice. Wow, that's really lovely, especially in these trying times! God be praised for their generosity!
