The food is always excellent here along with the service! I love that I can get homemade corn tortillas with my meals. This time I had huevos con nopalitos with fresh, homemade corn tortillas. Yum!

The second time this week my order was messed up. I dont understand how complicated it is to make a burrito with just rice and beans. If i wanted my burrito with everything on it, I would have asked for everything on it. Absolute waste of my time and money. Thanks! no longer coming here again

think going here for the last 10 years food is excellent I have never had any issues order is always correct and on time passes have gone up a little bit but still worth it I would recommend anybody to come here

They have great food and if you celebrate the Lenten season they serve great traditional Lenten meals.

The menudo is the best. One of the guys gave me a little extra pata and I told him you want me to come back don’t you??? Well for the menudo I will always be back especially because it’s my wife’s favorite.

Aside from the horrible parking situation, everything else was great. The cocido soup was great, along with the rice and tamales. If there is a negative, it would be the corn tortillas..the batch we received had an unusual lime taste to them, which was strong. Other than that, the food was great.

This is an excellent place for homestyle Mexican food. I've been here several times and the quality is consistent. There are many selections and prices are reasonable.

Wow! The amount of reviews and the scores speak for themselves, don't they? I spoke with Marie this morning, she was super friendly and I get the impression that this a family centered restaurant - which I love as it makes for a more welcoming atmosphere. I haven't tried any of their dishes yet.....but I can't wait to enjoy what they have to offer next time i'm in the area :)

This place hit it out of the park. Chips and salsa are homemade. I had the chicharron and eggs in the spicy green sauce. 😋 It was amazing. This place is in my top 3 goto mexican restaurants.

I was introduced to El Camino Family Restaurant about 15 years ago. It's been love at first bite. The food is perfect for whatever time of day you visit. Breakfast is served all day and the Lunch/Dinner menu holds an entirely different slate of food options. We enjoy ordering the pozole and fideo soups. Not too many places serve fideo anymore. We also enjoy the chorizo & eggs, chile colorado and carne asada. There are multiple drink offerings including horchata, soft drinks and bottled beers. They offer catering services to take your events to the next level. Whenever we eat here, we feel just like family. This is a true family-oriented, small business. The team makes you feel just like you're family. We highly recommend El Camino and suggest you visit anytime you're in the area.

Came in for breakfast, but honestly, didn't expect to have such a good time here. It was like the happiest place on earth, and I just came back from Disneyland the week prior! Seriously, one table had a birthday going on at 11am in the morning on a Wednesday, and another table was just in a ruckus of laughter! I love it! I'd like to think it's the fact that everyone's eating really good food, for decent prices, and the service here is EXCELLENT! Love it! Our server gave us just the right amount of info, warned us about the spices, and we went with it! No regrets!

Great place to relax and enjoy a delicious meal with wonderful workers. Some construction is taking place, so the parking is INSANE... but this restaurant is totally worth the hassle! 🤤

I was visiting Cali for a family reunion from Phoenix AZ with my family of 13 people, I was told this place had the best Mexican food in the area and we were very pleased with the food but the best part of this was the amazing customer service, we felt like if we were at home, this people make you feel so welcome since you step in the restaurant. We have being around many places and for sure this was one of the best food we had.

Bought caldo (soup) for my wife, and it did not disappoint. Very tasty and a decent portion. The staff is very nice and seems very family oriented. The restaurant itself was very comfortable, a nice place to sit and relax while enjoying a meal.

We moved to Georgia in 2016 and came to Whittier to visit friends and some of our favorite restaurants and El Camino is the best! Always clean, friendly and the food is always fantastic! And Dora and family are a blessing and a fine example of Christian hospitality. 💃🏻♥️💃🏻

This place is amazing. The food is great. We have picked up party burritos many times, usually for a work function but I bought for family this time. They loved it. Huge hit!! And very affordable. Can't wait to have them try their other dishes.

Very good food! One of the best burritos I've had. The beans are so good! And the service was amazing! I feel bad because I told them I would give a cash tip because I thought I had cash on me, but only had $1. They deserve a good tip.
