Been going here for twenty years but the food has declined since COVID especially the corn dogs there about half the size they used to be but still charge the same amount. Plus the long lines in the drive through and no dine in service.

This place sucks. Been here 3 times. Why did i come back 2 more times after the 1st.... 3 strikes your out. If you see a review saying, they have the best food? They most likely have no taste buds or are related in some way. I took one bite of my burger and couldn't believe how nasty it tasted and i was very hungry. Most of the time when someone is very hungry everything and anything would taste good.. Not "HERE" (Food has no flavor)

Douglas has always given fine quality food. The food is cooked to your preference. You will not get any better service or better quality food at these prices. We have patronize Douglas for over 25 years. Douglas drive thru number 1*

This Douglas has the best fast food and service of any fast food restaurant in town. They take pride in how well they prepare food. And they go out of their way to make it right for customers. I enjoy the delicious freshness of the food and how well they treat me . It's gooood😁 or I wouldn't say it or even comment. Appreciate them very much. Try it, you won't regret it. It can be a little crowded at the drive thru. Be ahead of your schedule if you can.

The food is great. But this new lady doing the orders is rude. Almost comical and it's dirty outside with employee cars parked everywhere. Only drive thru open but fast.

Was soooo gross today 12-09-22 Cashier so rude too.. Cheeseburger no seasoning,hardly no lettuce & burned.. Cashier took over grill for cook 🙄should of been flag..Go too Ruby's this place is not good anymore...

Best chicken sandwich anywhere. Great burgers and fries. This place is the best example of a ma & pa burger joint doing it right. I don't want a $20 chicken sandwich and gourmet burger. Give me the good stuff! And this place always delivers 🙌

Food quality and taste is a 4 star rating. Place is cleaned including restrooms. Pastrami sandwich at $9.10, somewhat small and it was dripping some type of liquid (not fat). I agree with another review, "Need to improve your pastrami sandwich." It does not include fries or drink. Booths need to be serviced since the upholstery is torn in a few sitting booths. Chandeliers light bulbs are burnt. Business owner please pay attention to these small details. Your business will look better and attract more business from locals, since I'm one.

Good grilled ham and cheese. Fries were nice and hot. Delicious, but could have used more salt. Strawberry shake was good, but I expected a bigger cup for the price.

I really am disappointed that they never re-opened the dining room. Douglas is a must for our family when we come to visit. We love their burgers so I'm glad at least that the quality of the food has not suffered. They are fast and friendly so I will continue to eat here even if I have to get it to go.

This is one place I've been wanting to try for some time now especially being close to me. The drive thru is always packed so I figured damn this place is down! Well it turns out the reason why the drive thru is always so packed is because the indoor part of the restaurant is locked , you can't walk in, there's no walk up window so that only leaves the drive thru. The food here (I got a burger promo) Is very good, the burger was tasty, fries were good. I must say the lady that took the payment and handed out food to us was extremely pleasant and made the wait totally worth the first time visit. Will I go back again definitely, but only when the drive thru line isn't so long.

Douglas burger is amazing. The bread is fresh and warmly toasted. The fries are plentiful. My only gripe is that the dine in has been closed since the pandemic. Drive thru only. 😠

The best Chili Cheese Tamales we’ve had in many years. The hamburgers and grilled chicken sandwiches were so delicious. 6 members of our family were fed for under $45.00 It also included delicious fries!!!

Had the breakfast burrito, it was literally a slice of lunch meat ham and a rolled fried egg on a tortilla. Nothing else. The one tiny cup of salsa we received was like liquid in a cup.

Good food on the go, chili cheese fries could be bigger and there is still no indoor dining other than the it's great place for quick food.

So sadly disappointed in the food that we got. Got a hamburger pastrami fries and onion rings. The quality of food has changed so disappointing. The fries tasted like if they were double cooked the onion rings were greasy the hamburger fell apart was a lot smaller and the pastrami was also a lot smaller and didn't have very much meat. The last time I got the same combination I was taken back and in awe food is excellent everything was so tasty and fresh and the quality and quantity of the food serving was definitely different. Not sure what happened but I was so disappointed

Came here on a neighbors recommendation. The service was quick and efficient, and the cooks were cooking. Food was served hot, and the burgers were tasty as well as the fries. The only thing was the soda it was spent yulk.

They are really fast! There were 5 cars ahead of me, and I was still able to get my food within 15 minutes from the time I got in line. They were also willing to customize my pastrami burger! 😀

I moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico years ago. Every time I’m in California, I always stop here. The most amazing burgers ever!!!!

I really like there food it tastes delicious, I been going there for many years. Great service too, the only thing is can't eat inside anymore.

The food here is sooooo delicious, clean place and always friendly service, just one thing no inside seating that's a big bummer. I know and sympathize with all the Illness going on, I've been there myself twice in hospital almost left this world behind both times but the good Lord still has me here. I think a lot of us are ready to bet back to normal what ever normal was for you. Locked up in a bubble didn't help much and truthfully it was killing our immune system . In my opinion it's time to get back out there so wear a mask if you think it makes you feel safe but come on Douglas we want to get out there sit down with family or friends have a delicious bite to talk,catch up on gossip shoot the breeze, get the heck out of the house breathe some fresh air well anyway you get the picture and I don't mean to offend anyone I loss my 29 year old granddaughter and my brother in-law to this attact on humanity. I'm just saying let's start living again stop hiding and show everyone are faces again. Stop being controlled we are not robot's we are the people not the helpless sheep. Open Open open 😋😊😋🙏☺😁😁😁😁

I've ate here since I was a kid in the early 90s. Now, we drive from La Habra just to eat here. Very nice, hardworking family serves fabulous burgers and fries (I've had some of their other things, but mostly the burgers and fries.) Just a simple place, with classic decor, and great food. The dining area is not currently open, fyi.
