This place is ridiculous! No office to go into and they will not answer their phone . It says business hours 10-5 why is no one ever answering . Voicemail is always full . How is anyone supposed to rent a place there 🙄

Very nice, new & clean apartments in a quiet place close to town. The man giving tours is a sweet and genuine Navy veteran. However, the owner was an INCREDIBLY RUDE older women who completely ruins the experience and whole vibe of the apartments. She acted like she had no time for us or any questions we had. I would NEVER give a penny to someone with such an ugly soul. Waste of my time and gas trying to speak with her. Do not recommend.

After applying for my 1 bedroom apartment they contacted and approved me the same day. Everyone is very nice and more than willing to work with you! The apartments have all brand new appliances and come with washers/ dryers and considering how cheap rent is I couldn’t be happier! The off-street parking and garages are a plus too.

Does anybody know how to contact somebody about renting an apartment through them?

I've never had an apartment and I'm really interested here I have a co worker who lives here and just wanted to know some of the details. I'm really nervous like I said I've never done anything like this so it's very new to me

Recently moved into an apartment here. So far everything is great. Comes with a washer and dryer so that's a real convenience.

Quick to respond to have you pay the application fee, but then will refer you to another local rep that is impossible to reach and does not return calls. Glad we learned their communication and management was bad before committing to an apartment here.
