It's a health club where every class people Meetup and do their workouts. If you're in concern of steroids and other things I advice you to not to step on this place. Mr. RAJA is my coach and he advices us for the long term benefit. Yeah protein powders are not supplied here but you wanna buy one you have to say to the administrator priorly. And to be honest there are no high tech equipment or machines for hypertrophy muscles. But there are basic stuff which gives you good workout. And considering the fee it's the best for the cost.
