I had been in this gym for a year... Nandha... The best trainer... friendly person.. He gives good advices for diet plan... weight reduction gimmicks etc... He has suggested me the geniune supplements which gave a proper result... About the GYM... it's really spacious and almost having all equipments to workout... As the coach is having good knowledge about the stuffs so a person could use all the equipments as per his guidance... Budget friendly gym...best for ladies and family... It's a good choice!!!

I have been going to this gym for almost 6 months now and I can see a lot of difference in my weight and inches. My trainer Nandha is very supportive and his guidance helped me to cure my backpain. For anyone looking for a gym in Kuniyamuthur I would definitely recommend this place. Most importantly there is separate timing for ladies.
