I've "bean" waiting for a proper coffee shop to open at West Drayton station for yonks so pretty stoked on this making my commute more chill. It's not the Ritz or anything but serves Costa Coffee standard lattes.

When you look at it from outside it looks nice and you would think it’s one of those little, independent coffee shops that offer local fresh produce and excellent fresh barista coffee. The reality is that It’s cheap for a reason! The quality of the food is the lowest you can find on the market. And the coffe is not proper barista, but comes from an automated machine. Management is incompetent and childish you can tell by the way they respond to negative reviews.Don’t bother leaving tips cause they rarely go to the employees. Take it from an ex employee!

Great location, just by the station entrance for your caffeine fix. Unfortunately though, this isn't for you if you're into your coffee, but perfectly fine if you're happy with whatever it is that gets squirted out of the coffee machine - the type that you would normally get sitting in the corner of your office. It's a shame, the proper coffee machine is there, but they choose to use the one with the lcd display! Coffee, average.

I don’t like giving a poor review but that really was an awful coffee. Seems like they are well reviewed so maybe just a one off? Response: I visited Saturday 6th august circa 3pm. I ordered a flat white but, it was very bitter and watery. I couldn’t drink it. Do you sometimes use instant? As I say, hopefully just a one off.

A great convenient coffee place located right outside of West Drayton Station. I had a small cup of latte and ham & cheese panini. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a quick bite and drink before getting into work. They are using instant coffee machine but it still taste decent and is relatively cheap. Great customer service and a very welcoming atmosphere. This place includes a loyalty program where you can get a free cup of coffee after 5 transactions. #SupportSmallBusiness

This place is just outright awful! It is run by someone who is rude to her employees and clients. The worst thing about the place isn’t just the coffee but the way they treat people. By having conversations with the baristas, I heard they don’t get paid regularly and their tips are stolen from the jar BY THE OWNER! If someone who regards themselves as a decent person and humane shouldn’t support this business! Horrendous behavior

Polite, friendly and patient, had my AuDHD girl trying to choose and the lady was very patient. Good coffee and tea, bought an apple and a banana, they look good quality. Store looked clean and tidy. Great pitstop for commuters!

Nice little cafe and very convenient. I asked the lady if she gave a discount for my own cup and she said "Yes". But she charged me full price £3.40 for a 12oz white Americano. When I questioned this she said there was actually no discount at this cafe - she had not been listening to me! Anyways, the Lavazza coffee was nice enough. Nice ambience in this little place. Coffee prices are: 8oz = £2.90 12oz = £3.40 16oz = £3.90

Amazon coffee and such friendly staff. Definitely worth stopping by before you get on the train. Love the whole look of this small business it gives you a homely feeling. Well done to the owner she is super nice.
