I had a broken pen from swarovski and they changed it with a new one. So professional 5stars from me. Lovely staff in Southampton

2 women looking very bored and not smiling when i picked up an item I bought online today. Reminds me why I stopped going in this shop. Unapproachable staff is a major turn-off.

Went in here today, first lady was incredibly rude so I refunded my item and left. Walked past the shop later on in my day and noticed she want there, a young lad was, so I went back in. He was an absolute star! Soo helpful and patient as we went through rings to find one that fit! Very polite and friendly. His name was Kieran! Would Definitely go back when he's there to serve.

We popped into this store to have my wife's watch bracelet shortened buy a couple of links, very pleasant staff and exceptional customer service.

Best customer service ive ever experienced. We purchased a set fro my daughter from John lewis which broke, John lewis was not interested, but Swarvoski Southampton replaced it with no issue at all. The staff are really friendly and so helpful .

My husband, son and I visited Swarovski in Southampton, West Quay on Saturday 10th December to buy my Christmas present. All staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble and beautifully packaged the necklace my husband purchased. A pleasure to shop there.

My recent visit to the Swarovski store left me extremely disappointed due to the lackluster customer service. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff were more interested in their own conversations than assisting customers. It was disheartening to see them engrossed in personal chats and ignoring customers who were browsing the store. When I finally managed to get their attention, their responses were curt and unhelpful, as if I was bothering them. I had questions about their products, but it seemed like a chore for them to provide any information. Their indifference left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Moreover, the store's overall atmosphere suffered because of this neglect. It's unfortunate that such a renowned brand like Swarovski would allow such a poor customer service experience to tarnish their image. In the end, my visit to the Swarovski store was a frustrating and disheartening experience, and I left without making a purchase,

Very helpful, friendly staff on a very busy day, but still had time for customers

Nice merchandise and pleasant enough staff, but if a necklace is priced £380 on the display then the staff should have the decency of honouring that price at the till and not enforcing a price rise to £400. They knew I'm a regular customer, but I'm questioning that loyalty now.

Went in to do a return, terrible experience made to feel like I was doing something wrong when I was following the care of jewellery they told me it was expensive and didn’t respect her blaming me. Her name was Fiona I believe and think her manager was there also. I now feel like I can’t wear this now as don’t want the same happening This took place on the 1/06/23
