Not
a
fan
of
this
clinic
at
all.
I
have
had
a
number
of
issues
with
this
clinic
since
we
started
coming
here.
For
one
they’re
pretty
unorganized.
They
have
a
rule
or
charging
$35
for
broken
brackets
after
3.
In
the
first
year
my
daughter
probably
broke
her
bracket
like
11
times.
They
never
said
anything
about
charging
so
I
didn’t
say
anything.
I
had
braces
for
4
years,
I
don’t
understand
why
my
daughters
brackets
break
so
easily
anyways.
I
never
had
a
broken
bracket
and
I
was
still
eating
candy.
I
feel
like
the
glue
they
use
for
the
brackets
doesn’t
have
a
strong
bond.
After
awhile
they
finally
said
something
about
charging
for
broken
brackets.
One
of
my
daughters
brackets
broke
while
she
was
at
her
appointment
with
the
lady
picking
with
her
teeth.
They
sent
me
a
letter
about
this,
this
wasn’t
even
her
fault
the
bracket
broke
which
really
makes
me
believe
the
glue
they
use
is
weak.
What
really
pissed
me
off
was
today,
I
went
in
for
my
appointment.
It’s
literally
my
daughters
first
day
of
school.
I
made
the
appointment
after
school
since
I
didn’t
want
her
to
miss
any
school.
We
arrive
12
minutes
late
trying
to
rush
in
traffic
to
get
to
the
appointment.
They
told
me
it’s
a
10
minute
grace
period
and
they
can
look
at
her
wires
and
change
the
color
of
the
bands
just
for
her
to
turn
around
and
say
I
have
to
reschedule
the
entire
appointment.
I
don’t
have
time
for
this
mess!
I
arrive
2
minutes
after
the
Grace
period
and
they
wouldn’t
even
try
to
work
with
me
then
tell
me
she
can
still
be
seen
just
to
turn
around
and
say
I
have
to
reschedule.
Just
unorganized
and
unprofessional.
Edit:
Went
from
2
to
1
star.
I
had
to
update
because
here
we
are
again
with
this
clinic
being
very
disorganized.
My
daughter
had
an
appointment
scheduled
this
morning
according
to
the
appointment
note
they
gave
me
at
her
last
appointment.
Yesterday
I
called
to
check
in
on
the
appointment
because
I
thought
it
was
strange
that
I
didn’t
get
an
appointment
reminder
text.
They
told
me
she
didn’t
have
an
appointment
scheduled.
So
I’m
thinking
maybe
we
got
the
date
wrong,
nope
they
didn’t
have
an
appointment
scheduled
for
her
at
all
because
they
forgot
to
put
it
in
the
system.
I
had
to
send
a
picture
of
the
note
that
was
definitely
scheduled
for
this
morning
just
to
get
in
like
we
were
suppose
to
because
they
were
trying
to
get
me
to
come
in
later
but
I
already
took
off
work
for
this.
I
am
not
a
stay
home
mom
who
have
an
open
schedule.
I
work
a
job
that
I
have
to
take
off
in
advance
for
appointments.
So
they
told
me
to
come
in
this
morning
as
we
were
scheduled
just
for
them
to
not
even
do
anything
but
change
the
color
of
the
brackets.
The
orthodontist
didn’t
even
take
a
look
at
her
mouth.
They
basically
just
rushed
her
in
and
out.
This
is
becoming
completely
frustrating
and
I
have
considered
switching
to
a
private
practice
but
I
am
almost
done
paying
on
her
braces
and
I
have
yet
to
see
much
change
in
her
teeth.
She
only
had
gaps
in
her
top
row
and
she’s
had
braces
for
over
a
year
and
a
half
and
still
have
these
gaps.
I
know
I’m
not
an
orthodontist
but
I
had
braces
in
for
4
years
and
my
teeth
were
way
worse
and
literally
saw
a
significant
change
within
2
months.
I
just
don’t
feel
like
these
people
know
what
they’re
doing
and
if
I
would
have
known
then
what
I
know
now
I
would
have
taken
her
to
a
private
practice.
This
place
also
seems
to
have
a
high
turnover
rate,
I’m
always
seeing
new
faces
from
the
orthodontist
to
the
assistants
which
makes
me
think
this
could
be
why
it’s
taking
longer
for
her
treatment.
