Great experience at this Southaven restaurant. We had 16 people in our party for a family bday & our waitress, Kaylee C., was amazing. She had a great personality & you could tell she loved her job. She made sure that several of our vegan peeps had the right salad & dressings (so important when 6 of our group have that challenge). The food was served quickly & was delicious. Benny, the manager, was very professional & accomodating for our large party. Everyone was so nice when I called & the hostess was friendly as we were coming in & leaving. We usually go to a Memphis location but this experience was hands down the best. Keep doing what you are doing here. Thanks so much for making our birthdays special! (Visited 7pm Mon, March 14).

Best OG experience in a long time, the service was very prompt! The food was very good as usual it was a nice way to spend time with my wife on veterans day.

UPDATE: 12/4/21 Two years later and Olive Garden has stepped up their game. Our waitress was phenomenal and the food was right there with him! It was so hot and fresh! Best experience today! Check your ticket before you pay! The server I had did not put in the early dinner plate prices and only gave me 10% off my bill.. she stated that she did not understand how to put the early dinners in the system. When I told her to correct it(she was too scared to ask a manager for help) the difference of the bill with the fixed prices was 45$. My noodles with my chicken parmesan were cold. My mother could not eat her grilled chicken due to the pink that ran through it. Usually we have a wonderful time, but it was a stressful meal and crazy.

Okay. So, let's get the awesome out of the way first. My meal of chicken Marsalis was amazing! The perfectly seasoned chicken breasts were fork tender. The garlic bread was soft and hot right from the oven. The spinach & artichoke dip with fried pita chips was spot on. Now, let's get to the down things. Our over-compensated confused waitress, Ashley, did way too much of the wrong things. A runner brought out our beverages and gave me and the table a bird bath with no apology. Then, slow Ashley, proceeded to bring or send out our new beverages, appetizer, salad & breadsticks and entree...ALL within the next 10 minutes!! Then, she dragged out bringing my husband's fresh beverage and in the next breath, asked if we wanted to-go boxes! Okay! Thanks, Ashley! The awesome food and feeling nostalgic are the reasons for the 4 stars.

Stopped here on our way home from vacation. Food was great. Waitress service not so much. There seemed to be plenty of servers working other tables doing just fine. But ours just wasn't on it. We didn't get refills on our drinks. We had asked for another salad and ranch for our calamari app. Well those two finally came out after we were finished with our dinner. Not impressed on this visit to Olive Garden

If you dine in, I hope you get Alexandria. ☺️ Her service was amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She really made a wonderful experience for my family and I. During a very busy Sunday evening at that. You could tell she serviced each of the surrounding tables with equal enthusiasm & a smile. Service like that will definitely bring you back. ☺️ The food was sooo good too!

We had a wonderful lunch, we took advantage of the $6 take home meal. Getting home and waiting two days to eat the take home meal, we opened them to see this. It is pretty disgusting to think someone used their fingers to dip out what they wanted/needed for someone else. I will make a call and let the manager know. This is unacceptable.

The Crispy Shrimp Fritta was hot out the oven! All the food was fresh, and tasted scrumptious. I wanted to enjoy a nice meal, for my belated birthday. I liked the quiet, there wasn't as many people at this time.

My birthday dinner was great. Fast and friendly service! Only thing was they had a problem with our ticket but they took care of that too.

Our waiter Mya is the best hands down carbonara was 🔥🔥🔥 It was my birthday they song for me 🎉 thank you Olive garden everything was beautiful

Great customer service the greeter was nice, our waitress was outstanding and the food was delicious, got our food fast drinks stayed refilled, the best Olive Garden I’ve been too. Thanks for the great service.

The place was not really that busy but it was super loud and we were in one of the corners. Both waitress and server was rude, the waiter keep disappearing and we'd have to wait on refills or asking for more of stuff. My food was bland(chicken Alfredo) and my wife ordered the same and at first got no shrimp then when she got the food back after having to wait on them to come back the food was cold and and the shrimp was rubbery. I didn't eat much of mine so gave her quite of my food and some of my drink cause the waiter keep disappearing for long periods of time. Won't ever go back to that restaurant branch ever. Bread sticks was good though Also the one paying said her food was nasty too(I think she meant bland) and the soup everyone seems to order they didn't have yet the cook said they ran out on a weekday at 4 in the afternoon.

Great service. Very attentive. We weren't going to say anything when our appetizer and entree came out at the same time, even though we ordered the appetizer in advance. However our server noticed and the manager came over and not only apologized, but gave us the appetizer on the house. It was also our daughter's 5th birthday and they gave her a free dessert, anything she wanted. Also food was delicious. Very happy.

Olive Garden is usually really good. It's a decent place that gives you a higher life feel for a decent budget. The food is consistently good and service is fantastic most times. I have yet to been and not been satisfied. The restaurant is clean and orderly. I think you'll enjoy this if you go.

I'm not a big fan of the food but the atmosphere is nice. We went for my Mom's birthday recently because she LOVES Olive Garden. The two lady's assigned to our table provided AWESOME service and were very accommodating. Not that we ran them or anything, they were just nice, patient, and kind with our group of 10. We didn't linger but they also did not rush us. I wish I'd gotten their names but it was on November 13th around 5:30. Even tho I'm not a fan of the food the salad always hits so when Mom wants to go, we go! Thanks for helping to make her birthday special at her favorite dining place 😊

We dined at this restaurant on 6/12/23 at 4 pm. We waited until later after lunch so the crowd would be smaller. We were seated within 15 minutes. The restaurant was less than 1/4 full. Our server was Tylan and he was slow. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time. We received our drinks but waited 20 minutes for the salad. Then another 15 minutes for the bread sticks. Then 15 more minutes for the main dish. We asked for more bread sticks and was told it would be a few minutes. We waited and waited and now the main meal was finished. There were only 2 other couples in our area so we could not understand what the problem was. We only saw our server a few times during the hour and a half wer were there. We were never told why things were going so slow. There was very poor communication from our server or any of the other staff. The food was good. We were at table 421 and our check # was 33118

Place is very beautifully lit and has a comfy atmosphere. The wait was a little long but our amazing waiter made up for that. The food came out fast and was cooked to perfection. This is easily one of the best olive gardens I have been to. Definitely worth 5 stars

GREAT FOOD ,GREAT SERVICE, VERY CLEAN AND NEAT AND FAMILY FRIENDLY, FRESH FOOD I LOVE WILL BE BACK AGAIN

We were seated in a corner and it took over 25 minutes to get our drink orders. We had to ask for salad and the first bowl had brown lettuce and barley any dressing. We had to ask for the breadsticks (they were cooking but our server didn’t inform us). We had to ask her for to go boxes and had to bag our food ourselves. Our server was not very friendly. The entrees were good, but the service needs some work.

I think we were seated in an area not assigned to a server. It took them a while for a server to take both of our orders. Server brought my husband order, but not mine. A waitress must have noticed I wasn't eating and asked what I had ordered, and brought my food in a timely manner. Breadsticks were dry. My dessert came fast but broken, I guess it happens.

Will never go back. Went in 2020 before pandemic and it smelled like urine. So me and my husband decided to give it another try. Let me say racism is never going to stop. We were seated and waited for our waitress, while a black couple were seated across from us. The waitress came and took their order and didn't even acknowledge us. She brought their drinks and appetizers and left and came back with something else for them and then finally greeted us. Yes we're white and it really showed the way we were treated. Things will never change with people like this that continue to never let it go. The salad and bread sticks were delicious but the rest of the food was was just alright, but will never go back due to service and way over priced.

We had a great server but the AC wasn't working in the area we were seated in. As normal the salad and bread sticks were awesome. My soup was really good but my wife's chicken Marcela was not good and they didn't offer to do anything with it. The booth by our table had been cleaned and food left in the seat.

Our server was very attentive. Other staff greeted us as we were seated by thr hostess. That part was a delightful experience. Half of our appetizers were chewy, and tasted like it had been microwaved. Our other appetizer was hot and tasted really good. Our meals on the other hand, that was where we had an issue. Our plates felt like they had been on the microwave, the food was " baked" down to the plate. The quality of the food has seriously diminished. We ordered alcoholic beverages, and they were spot on. That was the highlight to our meal. Sad to say. Our server worked diligently to assure we were as happy as he could make us. We don't fault him at all. Unfortunately, we feel we will not be returning customers again.
