Just received the most pathetic food and service from this restaurant. The loaded chicken bites were over cooked and as dry as the Sahara. Also as you can see barely has enough shredded cheese and almost no queso cheese. The classic nachos were burned. Neither of these were even close to what they are supposed to be. The service here is a joke. They apparently do not care about any customers. As soon as I received my order I called the restaurant and as of this review I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes without even so much as an initial hello. The lack of customer service also extends to the dine in customers also because the last two visits we had were just as bad as the experience as ordering for delivery. Come on chili’s do better!

Really good experience at this Chili's. We were sat at the bar, service was quick and good. The sunset margarita was excellent. The kids portions are big and my steak was cooked well. There was a big brown piece of lettuce on top of my salad (I ate the rest but you'd think someone would notice) and half of my broccoli was brown. Other than that, would definitely recommend.

Best chilis location hands down. Seated promptly. Food was served hot, fresh, and delicious. A very enjoyable experience from beginning to end.

Our server Olivia was AWESOME. The food was hot and came out relatively quick. The atmosphere was friendly and open.

🍻OUR SERVER WAS VERY GOOD!🍔 BUT the food was, no, it felt gooey like reheated leftovers. My salad had soooooo much dressing, it was inedible. The restaurant smelled a little off putting when we walked in, smelled like someone used the same mop water from a week ago. Why we went ahead and ate there, I'm not sure. I want to say ALL OUR SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. The quality of food and cleanliness is my issue.💈

The food and drinks were phenomenal! The service was amazing. Logan made sure we were well taken care of and provided some of the best service I've had in a while.

Our waiter Neal was very attentive to us. He made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Made me feel like I was being served at a good friend's house. I REALLY LIKE his attitude as a server. Keep up the good work Neal.

Great experience during 3pm for Happy Hour ! We ordered The Ribs and Salmon and it's delicious every time! We appreciate the service and staff! We recommend **also we come in on slower traffic times where it's a bit empty to be fair. Always great food and drinks

Wife wanted drink. That got us there. Food was ok when you need an ok meal. Menu item preparation is not consistent.

I ordered a simple p 10, sweet tea, and margarita. 5 groups come after me ordered, ate and gone. I'm still here with no food. Drink was just juice. Seemed like I was seated in the back and forgotten about. For hr and half. Then outta 2 hrs I got my order and wasn't even what or how I ordered it. Will not recommend to no one

Was greeted and seated right away. Food and drinks came out quickly. I had the baked seafood pasta and it was pretty good. They wasn't skimpy with the crabmeat and shrimp. A must try for pasta and seafood lovers.

We ordered two meals for pick up and I was so disappointed! The food was cold and I was missing multiple items. I ordered a Caesar side salad and literally got a tiny cup of just lettuce and no dressing! If I could give zero starts, I would!

I couldn't give NO stars. If I could I would!!! My food was cold, lack of meat, a whole lot of imitation cheese, the food was nasty. The only thing good was the cheddar bites. Left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Server was new and nice and while there was an obvious lack of staff. The food was lack luster, the service was all over the place and I ordered the chicken crispers, and it seems I received the children's meal chicken with the sauce drizzled on. After sending it back, I was given more sauce.

This was our first visit to this specific Chili's. Our server was excellent. I wish I could remember her name. The food was fresh and what you would expect for Chili's. We will be back when we have a craving for comfort chain restaurant food.

First time eating at this location. Wait time was less than 10 mins. Had a big party. Waiter was Logan. He was awesome, highly recommended. Forgot to take a picture 🤣, was too hungry. Will come back again!

I want to start by saying that I have never gotten a bad meal from this establishment. However, I guess there is a first time for everything. I specified no green onions but they put them on my mashed potatoes anyway. My steak was burnt and the broccoli was over cooked. Additionally, I ordered a bowl of potato soup and the container was half full.

Always great food! Service could be better. Update: Food is great as usual. Service is awful. Server eventually came and took order. When food came appetizer was incorrect. Told the person that brought it that it was wrong. That person looked for our server for 20 min before returning to correct our appetizer. Another employee brought food before appetizer came back(really didnt need it anymore). Appetizer should definitely be before the entree! Server never returned to refill drinks or check on anything. When we finished eating i had to flag down another server to ask for a bill. Our server came about 15 min later to set bill up on the...im not sure what u call it...a tablet maybe? I touched the wrong thing when i turned it towards me and the bill disappeared! I looked for her, asked for her, and played with this tablet thing for 30 min before i eventually got the bill to pop up again. Finally i could pay! The food is always very good but the last couple times service has been bad. I hate this because i love Chilis and the service is actually a deterent from me returning. Its sad how bad service can make a good restaurant decline...quickly. Looks like Chilis is going down the same road that Ocharleys did.

Epic fail! I should have paid attention to the other reviews!! This is supposed to be a chipolte bowl. No "greens" or Avocado? Pretty sad for $17.

This place is absolutely horrible. We came and waited for the hostess for about 15 minutes. The place was barely crowded. Multiple waitresses passed by without saying anything. Finally, one showed up and said there would be someone shortly we us. Finally, a girl shows up and asks how many of us, with the face like we owe her an apology, then turns around and walks away without saying anything. We just walked away and went elsewhere. This is the worst place ever.

Service could have been better. Had to ask for refills, napkins and 2go boxes, waiter wasn't wearing a hair net so when i got my 2go boxes there was little hairs in it, different orders within our group got mixed up so some people ended up paying for food they didn't order. I ordered a margarita that never came that had to be taken off my ticket at the end up the meal at pay. And worst of all , this is how my "street corn" was served. My fiance ordered a side of street corn also and it came out looking better. Certain people shouldn't work certain places if they aren't going to do right.

I dined with my best friend for lunch, and I initially ordered the Shrimp pasta with street corn. On my first attempt, the plate had chicken instead of shrimp, and there was no corn. The second try also had both chicken and shrimp but still lacked corn. On the third attempt, my plate was finally correct, but it had noticeable hair in it, and I had to request the corn separately. Unfortunately, the corn old, stale, and dried out. I promptly spoke to the Manager, who removed the item from my bill. While my friend enjoyed her burger, I left the restaurant unsatisfied and hungry. It's safe to say I won't be returning anytime soon, which is why I haven't visited in over a year.
