    The cheeseburger was good but the cheese wasn't melted and the fries was very thin, along with being a buffalo spot my wings was just ordinary. Nothing to keep me coming back, cause I love some wings. I paid for a 6 piece which is very pricey, just to try. On top of that u don't get a special for the price. Very displeased I rode to find this place after hours when other wings places was closed. ooh I forgot the bun was toasted just right delicious 5 stars for that.

    There’s always several vacant tables, and yet there’s always a 30+ minute wait to be seated. Literally 6 tables occupied, 15 or more tables open. 30+ minute wait. I can cook my own wings at the house in 40min and will do so for now on. I will say that our waitress was great and very on top of things. The actual workers themselves were all fine. Just not near enough people working. That’s a problem with the restaurant itself, not the staff.

    The street tacos were excellent! One of the ingredients was supposed to be ranch dressing but it was orange and seemed like it might be chipotle ranch. At any rate it was a great blend of flavors. The boneless Caribbean jerk wings had a good jerk flavor and the chicken was moist and tender, but the batter cooked up dry and tough even after being sauced. It was a good meal but I won't be ordering boneless wings again unless they change the coating. I'll be back for the other food though.

    Southaven's was a joke. Stale fries, and didn't even get my wings that we were waiting on for 30 minutes after we ordered 30 minutes ahead. The only thing that was somewhat good was the cheese curds. Over $50 spent for this? And when I tried to call and complain they never answered the phone. I'm so mad right now. My wife said this place was good, but after all this. No thanks... "Update": I finally got the manager on the phone. She was polite and offered to refund the money.

    Hate to give a bdubs a low rating but here's why. I came in for a game and everything was great. Bartender was amazing and friendly and food was as expected. The twist came at change over. I cashed out with the bartender but wanted to stay for the late game. The new bartender kept her back to bar and chopped lemons for over 10 min. She finally realized everyone was out of everything and new people had come in. She helped everyone down the bar except me. At one point I was waving my hand trying to flag her down and was still ignored. Almost 20 min to get a beer. One and done and no tip. I hope management addresses the issue

    Came in at dinner time, place was pretty dead. Tried to seat ourselves. Both booths we picked were dirty, looked around and all the empty ones were. Made no sense with how empty it was. Finally found one that wasn't too bad. Waited quite a while for a waitress to come by and notice us, only reason for even 2 stars was at least she was friendly, although we still wiped down our own table after asking for a cleaning towel. Then noticed the booth we were sitting at had an OPEN electrical outlet with wires exposed and hanging out loosely, and no cover! My husband ended up shoving them back in some because that's a huge risk for someone with small kids. Our appetizer came out piping hot which was great, got the fried pickles. Our food however, came out stone cold and our wings so soaked in sauce it ruined them. We had them take it back and take it off the bill and left. We went to Hooters instead. Super disappointed. Do better BWWs.

    This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at BWW. Service, seating, (lack of) management, quality of food, wait time... It took us 45 minutes to get the House Sampler, which I took a photo of. It was not hot and was clearly sitting for a while under a heat lamp. We waited for an additional 30-45 minutes after for our food, which we had placed with our un appetizing appetizers. We asked our server multiple times about our orders and he never had a time.. 🤷‍♀️ We never got our food and we ended up leaving. Buffalo Wild Wings has been going downhill, but this was the end for us

    Staff was very pleasant, but my food came out wrong but it was rung up correctly. They were very pleased to remake it. It came out 2nd time with no fixing that was suppose to be on it. I didn't say anything else, but for 36.00 for 3 very little chicken tenders and a burger and cheese curds, I should have!! I Don't mind paying more for my food these day in rising economy but quality need to match. Oh and my son fries were supper cold. We put in air fryer soon as I got home. Again 36.00 bucks.

    It took over an hour for my wings to come out cold. The hot BBQ was so spicy that after 1 wing, it was unenjoyable. We ordered buy 10 get 10 half off. She rang in 15 count. Online it says $4 cheese curds and fries and they wouldn't change the price and the app was crashing for the rewards. Just another chain restaurant with poor management and staff. My table was also dirty so I had to ask her to wipe it in the beginning and it was still dirty. Glad that don't automatically add gratuity or I wouldn't be back even for game nights.

    In my opinion d kitchen cooking is bad we tell d lady service d winds cools to much crunch whit lot sauce but my and my wife love missippi manager need put more attention and attention on d work staff thaks

    Excellent service. Our waitress was wonderful. The food was excellent. Had to ask for our table to be wiped, but it was done quickly and throughly. Great place to eat.

    Sunday 9/17/2023 at about 4pm I went with my husband and two babies and asked the girl that was seating us if we could have patio seating IF NOT IT WAS NO PROBLEM (I have 2 under two so it’s best if we sit out in patio) She went and talked to some of the waiters and came back and said we can sit outside and proceeded to sit us in patio area. We sat out there for at least 20 min, fed my son his bottle, and never received any service. My baby started getting fussy so we left. They didn’t seem too busy and at least 5 different employees walked out to the patio conversing and taking a break. Completely ignoring we were there.

    First time ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings 6 pc lemon pepper with fries. I am returning them for a full refund. $15 dollars for dry old wings & fries looks like disgusting food that was used to keep the waste count down. I sent a coworker but I need a refund. I will never recommend anyone to go there. If “you” want eat it why give it to me… gas is higher & the food is on E

    I am completely dissatisfied with my experience with this establishment. I placed an online order and I had to wait almost 40 minutes to receive my order when I arrived. They had people waiting to be seated for 10 minutes before they ever greeted them. They need staff to be able to handle to-go orders and seating guest simultaneously (have multiple people at the counter to assist guests). But I was extremely disappointed because I spent almost $25 and order two 10 pieces and could only get one ranch and they tried to charge me three dollars and something to get extra ranch for 20 wings and 2 orders of celery/carrots. I needed ranch for my wings, fries, and my carrots and celery. As much money as Buffalo Wild Wings is making, it is not going to break this company to give guest that's spending money extra condiments to fully enjoy their meal. I could not enjoy my meal because as long as I waited to speak to a manager about the ranch situation and by the time I made it home, my food was so cold, which made it not good. Then, my wings were not completely covered in sauce like they were supposed to be. Barely saucy. I am not happy and this will impact my business and support for Buffalo Wild Wings in Southaven. Giving customers extra ranch should not be as big as a deal as the employee and the manager made it. Now that issue will cause you to lose a customer but I know the establishment is too big to care about losing one customer because of the millions of dollars they are making. Very disappointed with Buffalo Wild Wings.

    We had a table of 12. The service by Brianna was unbelievable. She stayed on top of every order and the numerous changes made to each one. She was better than any server I have had at more expensive restaurants. The food was as good as expected except for 1 small issue, the Mac&cheese had almost no cheese. It was my first time ever in this BWW but it was well worth our time.

    The atmosphere is nice, but the area was dirty. I had to ask to have the table and chairs cleaned and they were just left wet after wiping. My food was good but others did not enjoy what they ordered. Our server had only been there 3 months but she did her best once she warmed to us. I asked for her manger to give her kudos! Overall nice but management needs to be more attentive to the uncleanness of the restaurant. Food was left on the floor and gnats were flying about.

    I'm not coming back here. Ordered chips and salsa as an appetizer, and they didn't bring it out until our meal was ready. The whole point of an appetizer is to have something while you wait for your food. Also, the fries were cold, and the food was poorly made. Not worth the trip at all.

    I love it. Tried the Buffalo chicken pizza. It was a little to spicy for me but it was good. Too much hot sauce can make things taste salty. The Mix drink was very good and the waitress was very good

    Every time we TRY to go, they tell us it is a 15 min wait which really turns into an hour wait, or they can’t seat you because they don’t have enough waiters, or completely just ignore you while you stand there waiting to be seated just to tell you that you can only sit at the bar which isn’t a problem unless you have a baby with you, but plenty of tables in the dining area. Then if you are able to get seated be prepared to wait a long time for drinks and food. They def need better management.

    Sat at bar but the staff thought I was invisible, they saw me but just walking back fort until I said I would like a beer and menu. Got the beer but had to ask for the menu after 12 minutes. Also gave me the wrong sauce for my wings. Fries were warm not hot. The only thing good was the beer was cold. Don't ever plan on going back. Very Very poor service.

    What is going on here? This used to be our favorite place. Every time we come now, it's just so poorly managed. We are being told The bar area (which isn't full at all) is a 30 minute wait. Which isn't a big deal but why is it not self-seating now? Also, you never see any managers interacting with any customers. Ever. The people at the front checking people in are so rude, condescending, and act bothered that they have customers and have to actually work. Sorry I interrupted you from using your cell phone and drinking/eating on the job. It takes forever to get your check. Brittney who works at the bar is the only staff member who takes time for us. Do y'all even want customers anymore? Genuinely, I have that question. I'm so baffled. I'm the first to say when businesses are doing a great job. But it's been so bad lately that I had to let you all know that this place needs to be managed better. This was our spot for so long and hate to see it decline. 😢

    If you go at night make sure someone is old enough and has their id because they turn into a bar. Any who. We were seated. Servers walked past us for 10 minutes before we were able to flag down one. Which she wasn't doing anything but walking to the server station constantly and playing with her hair. She was like oh I will let them know you are ready. Why couldn't you help us but okay. They finally sent another young lady. She takes our orders. I ordered the mango habanero wings but they were out of mango lol so I had to switch my order. The cheese curds were okay, the fries were okay. I was disappointed with the wings though. I don't like wings that have been boiled or however they cooked them and just added the sauce after. I asked her to ask them to fry my wings hard. It was a little crowded so I'll give our waitress some slack. Our bill for 3 people was almost $80. Then to top it off they think they can tell you what to tip. How can you tell someone what to tip if service is poor and the food isn't that good. Nobody at my table finished their food.

    We (call-in) ordered 30 whole wings @4:45pm. We ordered 15 regular hot and 15 honey gold w/ lemon pepper. The regular hot was wonderful but the honey gold was in my opinion wings from earlier or the day before. They was hard and crunchy most of them was to dry to eat. I would love to see an improvement on the honey gold when I return. Thanks Edward

    Food was hot and fresh. Service on the other hand was horrible. Sat at bar for ten minutes before I was acknowledged! Mind you there was only 3 people at bar so they were not busy at all !! order a beer took another 10 minutes to get while bartender was talking away with someone else while my beer sat at the tap getting warm. Took another ten minutes for them to take my order. Food was brought out by someone else then had to wait for a fork. Then never seen anyone else to I stopped them and asked for my check. I will say the bartender was very friendly and nice when she was around! Overall not a horrible experience but wish the service was better

    I walked into the restaurant with my family and the board said "Please seat yourself." We did, and there were many tables. Shortly thereafter, we were given menus by a waitress that presented herself and welcomed us. 10 minutes later, when we were ready to order, a new crew member came to inform us that we had to leave because of the 1 hour+ wait time. I am irritated because we only followed what the sign said. We were really hoping to have a nice evening. They really ruined our mood by kicking us out and not even apologizing. We were thoroughly inconvenienced by them telling us to leave right after we got there.

    Terrible experience. Was told to sit anywhere. Then told we can't and force to sit at table with dirty dishes. Took some time for it to be cleaned so my wife did it. Then took a long time to get service (about ten minutes). And the place was empty. They had all the tables closed. The food was warm at best and they forgot part of the order. We were never offered refills. We paid way to much for this.

    I ordered the 2 piece kids chicken tenders and fries for my daughter and she enjoyed the fries but she wasn’t even able to bite into the chicken because it was super tough. I asked the waitress nicely if she could please just order her some boneless wings because she wanted to try those instead.. the waitress brings the boneless wings to the table within 5 minutes after placing the order, i was like okay, that was pretty fast but whatever. I cut the chicken open so it could cool off faster since it just got out the fryer and to my surprise, the chicken was RAW on the inside, all 4 pieces. I was very disappointed and highly upset that the cooks weren’t taking their time to cook chicken properly for a child. If I didn’t cut the chicken open, my child would be getting very very ill at this point. And The MANAGER honestly seemed like she could care less about her cooks being so careless about following food safety regulations! she was very nonchalant about it. When I told the waitress to get the manger, she could’ve even find the manager for a good 5 minutes bc she was sitting in the corner on her phone in the dining area blending in like she was a customer. You are a manager, I’m sure you it’s plenty of work to be done at your store. Your staff is working so why aren’t you? It was just a very bad experience and I will never go back to another BWW again.
