Our family of four went for dinner. We got the wings as an app. They were amazing. They are my husband favorite. I got the grilled shrimp & he got the ribeye. Both were perfect! The kids got a hamburger & a sirloin. We all left happy & full. Service was great too. We went on a week night.

Alison is the manager that assisted and educated us on the email special that they did Not offer, so she gave us the promotion discount which is an awesome courtesy she did not have to do!! This is an awesome restaurant to dine at! Thank you Alison and we will be back this week to enjoy again!!

This place was great for a date brunch with the hubby! The steak was perfect and just how I asked for it! The salad was super fresh, my husband loved his prime rib sandwich and everything was amazing. Good service from waiter, clean establishment. We’ll definitely be going back!

I liked it very much. Can't really go wrong with Outback. The food was cooked perfectly, the waiter was very kind, and the experience was great all around. I haven't been here it quite a while, but I'm definitely glad I came back. If you're new here, or a returning guest, you'll enjoy your time at Outback Steakhouse.

I had a great time with my family, celebrating my son's 29th birthday. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable. She even brought my son an "outback birthday ice cream" and took it upon herself to do so. That was very thoughtful of her and it made his day! The food was great, came out quick and very hot! My next trip to Outback will definitely be the Southaven location.

ALWAYS great meal. Tried the Creole sauce..... Awesome!! Waitress was extremely efficient and made dining very enjoyable. The host got us seated fairly quick despite it being crowded on Friday evening

This location does a very nice job with curbside orders. The ladies that typically work curbside are very friendly and well trained. They work quickly and get the orders right. The kitchen staff does a great job making the orders correctly, and they are consistent. The Outback rewards program "Dine Rewards" is worth signing up for to get your $5 off reward regularly. The old version of their program felt like a better value. There's was no limit to how many rewards you could earn. The old program of 50 percent off reward could equal up to $20 off.

We've been twice now, and each time, the service and food have been wonderful!!! We'll be going back again, lol🤤🥰

All the food at our table came out RAW and/or cold. We had to send back the chicken in the chicken pasta due to chicken being undercooked and PINK. WE had to send the pork chops back due to being undercooked and bleeding. Potato soup and macaroni & cheese came out cold. The server was nice and the atmosphere was okay. Tip left and food was comped.

I brought my husband here on his birthday today. Our server was Jacob W. We ordered the blooming onion, steaks with potatoes and mixed vegetables. For dessert, we had carrot cake and ice cream with fudge. Jacob was very attentive. The food was cooked perfectly and very flavorful! We will definitely return!

I ordered a Blooming onion 1st. Chicken & Shrimp pasta with a house salad. The onion was so greasy I couldn’t eat it then. I saved it til next day thinking it would be better. No the grease needs changing because it smelled & was dark thick orange. Yes I know the seasoning has to do with it too. Then I bit into the onion skin was still on it. The chicken pasta was so oily the sauce rolled off. I saved it too but had to pour the oil off of it after heating it. The bus boy needs a raise because I worked at a steak house. I never seen that many dishes piled to the max. So much so until it should have been two people lifting it. The best thing was my waitress. She deserves a raise & promotion. A great attitude in-spite of all the orders.

Overall the food was excellent! The Ausie cheese fries could have been seasoned with more than just salt, but the grilled shrimp were wonderfully seasoned. The bloomin burger was very juicy and full of flavor and the onion petals offered a textural contrast that was just right. The Ausie prime rib was very good with a great spice rub and the mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. Very nice dining experience and at these prices, a great value. Well done Outback!

Had the shrimp on the barbie lunch special for $8.99 it was pretty good seasoned well. Shrimp cooked perfectly

We arrived at 8:30pm, with a party of 7 and was advised it would be a 30 minute wait. We understood and had no problem with it. Our concern was this location closes at 10pm and it was Friday the 5th of Aug 2022. We were called and seated within 15 minutes and our waitress name was Terry. She had the best customer service attitude,that surprised us since it was late in the evening. She engaged as if we were the only people on her section and she did have a section of tables all filled. The next best surprise after we ordered was our food coming out hot and very good for all we ordered. So our fears of food being rushed due to closing soon was for nothing. Good job Outback Steak House. You have very good people working for you. Thank you Terry, for your outstanding service. We tried to reflect our happiness in your tip added to our bill..

Absolutely wonderful. Customer service was perfect and food was excellent. My husband and I were there yesterday and will go back today. We are truckers and have not so many chances to eat quality food on the road . So, definitely this place will be a must stop from now on every time we pick up or deliver loads in this area. Everyone was very professional. The Manager is very kind , elegant and professional. Our waiter Jesse H was absolutely amazing. Thank you all guys for making our day !

Ford was of good quality. Nothing else was: service was not paying attention, food amounts were substandard and high chair for our daughter was in height and table such that she would bang her head on the table plate if pushed, which was possible every second due to the bad table place. In the end 85,00 $ for two people - there is better for less money.

The food was delicious and Heather was a great server. She was so nice and very friendly.

My experience was not overly bad, but it was far less than what I expect from this chain. 3 stars - but I would give 2.5 if I could. I took my 9 yr old daughter here for her birthday, it was just the two of us, and we went at 11am on Super Bowl Sunday, before any church crowds got there. We were seated immediately (they were probably 25% full). However, we sat for nearly 10 minutes with no drink order, no contact at all from a server. The mgr saw us and came over to ask if we'd been helped. I told her no - she was very nice and immediately took our drink, appetizer, and food order (with no notepad - just from memory). Server came over shortly and apologized and gave us our drinks. Her name was Tori, and she was very sweet. Cheese fries appetizer never came (we weren't charged for them, but my daughter LOVES the cheese fries and was disappointed). Food came rather quickly, but the steaks were a little tough. The sides and salad was good. I mentioned to the manager and to our server that it was my daughter's birthday, expecting the servers to come and sing to her - you know, like EVERY restaurant EVERY where does! Instead, after we ate, another server came over and gave my daughter a small hot fudge sundae and a quick "happy birthday" - which was nice, but NOT the level of "celebration" I am used to from this chain! Overall, the food was okay, the service was "meh", and it was by far NOT my best Outback experience at this location. Hopefully my next visit will restore my faith in them!

Great family atmosphere. The food was mostly great. Being critical, the chopped salad was not chopped, and there was virtually no seasoning on the on the mixed vegetables. All of the other food was fantastic! The ribs were awesome, kids burger was enough for a small adult and cooked great. Not to mention, our server was spot on. Unless your sole purpose is to come and get mixed veggies, I give Outback the green light.

We had a party of six for dinner. Service was ok. The issue I have is the food. Based on the prices they charge I find the food does not deliver. They seem to want to smother the food in seasoning and salt. I requested very light seasoning and it was still too much. Plus the prime rib was horrible and I could not eat it. The lobster tail was good, others enjoyed their main course. Not seeing much Outback in my future. There are to many other places to go where the food is so much better and at a lower cost.

We sat at the bar because there was an hour wait time to be seated at a table. The two female bartenders (I'm not good at remembering names) were super awesome. They were very friendly and called there regular guest by first name. The service was fast and I enjoyed everything. I had the salmon and loaded baked potato and my boyfriend had the grilled pork chops along with steakhouse mac n cheese. Everything was hot and tasted fresh. We will definitely be returning.

We were a party of 9 and we were so nicely accommodated and our server was wonderful. The food was delish and everything was cooked great and so tasty. Great restaurant with good staff.

If you live in the area, you know the Friday, Saturday and Sunday especially you will find this restaurant very busy. Although the prices are very not budget friendly the food IS VERY delicious! When we arrived, we were given an estimated time of 30 minutes till we got a table. It only took 20 minutes, so that was good. Upon entering I did notice that it definitely needed to be straightened up. When you’re paying $100 for four people to eat I feel like you would expect it to be tidy and clean. The tables were clean, but the floors and bathrooms were in need of attention. Our waitress was helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very nice dinner.

The service was really great our waitress was always around asking if we needed anything and provided refills consistently, the food was great their salmon is absolutely amazing and as well as the onion blossom, really a great time
