    We went in the early morning it was only one waiter at the time. She had many tables. And still had good service. Got our drinks and ordered our food. Had to wait a few minutes which we understood. Food came out and was on point. Hit the spot.

    I really enjoyed my dine in experience for my birthday. The chefs prepared this beautiful pancake cake which was yummy. The table attendant was very helpful in staying on top of our needs. I would recommend you give this place a try.

    The service here sucks! The waitress couldn’t remember anything we ordered. Some of our party got their food after a hour whereas the rest of us were still waiting for ours. Some of the food was cold, some not cooked to temp, then the waitress had the audacity to get mad at us and get an attitude about their f’ up!!! Will never ever go there again!

    Waited 30 min before even being approached. Dishwashing staff had to notify waitress to come wait on us. Brought drinks one at a time to an 8 top before taking our orders. Waited an hour for food to come with only one other table there. Empty drinks. Frozen strawberries on French toast. Out of bananas but didn’t notify until sitting the plate in front of me. Cold country fried steak. Dirty silverware. Bacon instead of sausage. Staff arguing in front of customers. Also, I’m pretty sure the only waitress working was brand new. They left her by herself and she didn’t even know the difference between over easy or over medium eggs or to fully run the computer. You don’t do that to your employees!

    Never going back there again just 2 workers I waited for like an hour and the workers there are bad with their customers!!!!!!!!!! They don’t even clean it’s a nasty place to go with this COVID going on!! And my food was not even cooked right and when I told the worker she said she didn’t care because it was her last night there

    Angela 2 took excellent care of us yesterday morning! We had the usual stuff, waffles, bacon, eggs, crepes with lingonberry butter. All yummy! Angela 2 was super attentive and she even prepped our coffee cups by warming the cups up to keep our cup-o-joe hot as we sipped on it and ate our meal. The WC or toilettes were clean and even though the shop looked like it had been crowded previous to us arriving, needing to be tidied up for the next crowd, it was also clean. Overall, a really good experience!

    Late night 🌙 round 12 I went here for a lovely medium rare steak, eggs with cheese and 🥞. This was soooooo darn good and it was less then 25.00. Definitely a win 🏆. I was able to enjoy my food in piece with little under 6 people being in here at that time.

    My husband ordered both orange juice and coffee. We both got our juice but no coffee. Tried to get the girl who( only took our order) attention. She kept ignoring us. Finally when our food came we had to ask that lady for coffee. Needless to say...NO TIP!!! SHE DIDN'T DESERVE IT OR EARN IT!!!!

    My granddaughter's birthday was Friday & I thought I'd buy her something to eat. She's only 4, and she said she wanted Pancakes 🥞!! I love pancakes, so I took her to IHOP!! We got there & waited for 5-10 mins. to be seated. There was a couple in front of us & they walked out. A lot of employees on the floor, but we were never greeted. I had to stand around the podium to be noticed! We were seated and then ordered. The server was very attentive, and the food was great. IHOP used to be my favorite place! Not so much now since the pandemic!

    This visit to IHOP in Southaven, MS was a treat! My family and I enjoyed breakfast there, because our son wanted to try their Pumpkin Spice Pancakes. Delicious! We were there at 6:30am and were waited on by the nicest person: Donna. She was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Our food was served in a timely manner. The restaurant was clean and attractive (although the music was a little loud). Prices on the new menu were comparable to other restaurants in the area, especially their 55+ items. We enjoyed this visit and hope to return soon.

    They where INCREDIBLY busy when I went. Like insane. But they kept the ball rolling. I had to wait for about 15-20 min to be seated but it wasn't a bad wait at all. There was steady people walking in behind me and about 2 or 3 family's I'm front of me. So it wasnt a bad wait. The manager was out helping which I think is great cause I know a lot of managers won't get out and help on the floor when they need it. We ordered and got our food pretty fast. The food was great. I tried something I hadn't before so it wasn't exactly my forte but that's on me. It was still really good and the other 2 people I was with really enjoyed their food. Everything was fresh and despite the huge amount of tables our waitress had she was still very attentive making sure we enjoyed ourselves. I watched her nonstop run table to table making sure everyone was good. If you go you will definitely enjoy your food. It's a little loud with just the amount of people seated but you will enjoy yourself with good food, and a great waitress! Don't forget to tip these hardworking people cause they truly deserve it!!

    We entered on Black Friday at 5 am in the morning. Waitress and Waiter were both very knowledgeable and gave suggestions. The waiter wasn't even waiting on our table but came by just to speak. Come to find out he was from our hometown. Loved the food and service. Very clean establishment

    Mashed potatoes were tasty, however, the french toast wouldn't been better if it was in less syrup. Syrup made it verryy sweet and one cannot consume that much of sweet in the breakfast. Overall, a good place.

    We waited like 10 minutes to even be acknowledged at front.. but our waitstaff made it all up.. they were short staffed it was obvious.. no one was working up front to seat .. they were doing all they could to make it all work.. more staff definitely need to be there.. was a weekday at 11 so manager needs to hire help or be there.. but good and service was Amazing.. best french toast anywhere.. the server Micheal 2 I think the ticket said.. was very kind and fast and made the frustrating wait and lack of a hostess not such a bad deal. Was very apologetic about the wait.. a red shirt lady came upfront grabbed a peice of paper wrote date on it.. said sign your name and walked off.. no hi.. sorry about your wait ..barley an acknowledged us.. and told the people waiting if they didn't sign the list they wouldn't be seated.. rude!! I almost would give a one star because of her.. but thanks to our server we had a great breakfast.. I understand being short staffed is difficult.. but people can be nice and acknowledge folks that are there to eat and without customers they don't have a job.. The owner needs to reconsider who's running the store and get help.. we come here quite a bit.. and the level of rudeness and chaos was massive.. except from a few . Sometimes a smile or kind word makes all the difference.. my server is the Only thing that saved this review.. and the food was great..

    It was as good as usual. Went there cuz of the commercials for the Thanksgiving Sandwich, but they acted like they never heard of it when I asked for it. No shade on them, it's just a disconnect between their marketing and their local stores.

    If you want a ultimate breakfast then this is the place. Great options for a big breakfast! They make crapes and pancakes and omelettes. Yummy food to get your day started. Can be pricey but you get what you pay for. Better then the golden arches.

    The food was good. The service started out a little rocky but turned around, and then plummeted at the end. Although the manager was pleasant it was too late to save the experience.

    Waitress was slow af to take order. I waited 15 minutes. She was doing entirely too much talking to customers who were seated which was only two tables. One seemed to be employees. It's 1:30 a.m.. Friendly and professional in spite of. Not what I expected from this restaurant. Hopefully my burger will be all right.

    Three stars only because the food was good and the manager was interactive throughout the restaurant. The servers however seemed to have an attitude, one server was very rude to the manager in front of customers. She then went into the kitchen where she talked about him loud enough for us to hear. My server was extremely slow, it took 15-20 minutes just to pay my tab. And I actually had to go looking for her. It’s highly likely I’m going to stop eating here, everyone I’ve been to the service has been horrible.

    The servers were awesome and they did the best they could with the resources available to them. However, it took a long time for our food to come out. We were seated at a table for five, we were aware the restaurant was busy and weren’t in a rush so we didn’t mind the wait. We grew disappointed when a family who came after us were seated and received their food before us. A gentleman, who we are assuming to be the manager (average height, middle aged, bald) checked on the new coming family a couple of times and even delivered the food personally without doing the same to any other table. It was clear there was a preference to one family over the others even though enough other tables were growing increasingly hungry while still patiently waiting. The Happy Birthday song to the new coming table was a sweet addition as well, had it not interfered with the already super busy staff waiting on the rest of us.

    This place was awful! It took over an hour to get our food and it wasn't even busy!! My food sat under the food warmer for at least 25 minutes and it wasn't hot! The pancakes weren't even hot enough to melt butter!! Scrambled eggs were cold and had cheese in them (which I didn't order cheese in them). The waitress was rude and very un-attentive. Zero stars!!

    The service here last night was horrible. The waitress refused to take our order, and kept saying she had to tend to other tables and they were already eating and didn’t need anything at the time. She wouldn’t even take our drink orders. When had to wait a our table for over an hour before anyone would come and take our order. When we finally got our food it was poorly made, strawberries on top of crepes were frozen, my bacon was burned and I mean black. Everyone’s good had issues and when we tried to talk with the manager about it she refused to come speak with us about our food service. For me being new to Mississippi this was a horrible experience and I will never come back here again.

    The waitress was pleasant. She was definitely pulled to the max. She explained it was only one cook that day. They were out of simply things like steak sauce, syrup and lids for to go cups. My steak was over cooked as were my eggs. I understood all of the delays and incorrect order. I will not rush back .

    The staff was extremely nice. Only had one waitress working; she did really good trying to be attentive to everyone. The food was not what we expected. Had to wait awhile to get our ticket. Understandable! Not the best breakfast food, I would go back though!

    I did an order online hoping to cut out the wait time. Man, was I wrong! It took me 20 minutes to get to the restaurant. When I get there, it took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there. Then waited an extra 45 minutes just for my food to be ready. For as all that time, you would have thought I ordered in store. My order was a T-bone steak with chocolate chocolate chip pancakes, bacon, French toast, and a milkshake. Of course they said they ran out of ice cream and didn’t refund me for it. The steak was greasy with no steak sauce given. The French toast was soggy. The pancakes was missing the chocolate chips. I can’t believe I spent all this money on this. The staff do more giggling then cooking in the back.

    How is this place even still open? After standing in the lobby for about 15 minutes, seeing no staff other than the cook in the kitchen, the manager finally walked out. The first thing she said, was not a welcoming greeting, but instead she said, "if your dining in, it's going to be 15 minutes or so". When we asked why, (there were only 4 tables occupied, and they all had their food, she replied "because the server can only have 4 tables at a time". Truthfully, we would have taken all of this a lot better had her delivery been better. There was just no customer service. She honestly could have cared less if we stayed or left. Ultimately, we were seated and ordered. The food was pretty good, and was delivered pretty quick. BUT, a little bit of good customer service, and friendliness, especially from a manager, goes a long way!

    The steak tips and eggs were great. The best part of our meal was the service. Logan was our waitress and she did such a superb job in serving us. She was informative, professional, friendly, efficient and on the ball. I wish all waitress were like her. Thank you for serving us Logan. You made us have a better day...

    Horrible. Family member had to pay for a steak that wasn’t cooked to his satisfaction. Food tasted bad. Rude manager. Not once did he apologize.

    The service sucks. We waited for an hour and we’re still waiting for our food. We waited so long I drank 2 glasses of sweet tea and had to ask for refills. The waitress never refilled my glass without us asking. People who ordered after us have gotten their food and we are still waiting. It’s like the people working here don’t care. I know people don’t want to work and it shows. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My goodness!!! Smh!!!
