    They're phones aren't marked their staff ignore you. Check the rest of my reviews I normally give 4 stars and up. This was the worst experience since entering USA!

    Worst buying experience I've ever had in my life. Website said they had a washer and dryer in stock at that location. I pay for the washer and dryer and get a receipt saying it will be ready in 1 hour. I wanted to pick it up that night so I went and paid money to rent a truck for the washer and dryer plus a dishwasher that was at another best buy. I get to the Best Buy 40 minutes away from my house only to be told they don't even have it there. So they charged me money for something they don't even have. They refused to give me a refund and said it would take 4-5 business days so now I don't have enough money to get a dryer somewhere else ( our dryer is broken). The customer service guys ( who were all helpful) helped me pick out a different dryer that was there in store. Once I picked another dryer and waited another 40 minutes at the counter for them to bring it up front I was told that I couldn't do an exchange because I placed the order online. So they took my money for something they didn't even have, refused to refund me in a timely manner, would not exchange it for a different dryer that was there in front of me. To top it all off, the store manager Sherita could not care less about it and seemed annoyed that she even had to talk to me about this. She gave no apology, offered no help or compensation, no discount on the price, nothing. Even though I had paid money to rent a truck and spent an hour travelling there for something they did not even have in the first place. After spending all that time in there waiting on them to bring out the dryer they wouldn't let me do an exchange on, the store had closed so I couldn't even use the rented truck to go pick up the dishwasher at the other Best Buy. I can't believe how bad customer service is these days.

    Luke in the computer department was absolutely horrible. I only waited 45 min before I just gave up and left. Amazing not a word was said while I was standing there trying to get his attention. Bathrooms were a mess and the floors were stained- all the items I wanted were locked up somewhere- I couldn’t even see the items- specifically apple charging media. I definitely recommend going to another town than using your hard earned money in this store.

    Friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely buy the product replacement plan if your device is eligible. Ours broke and we had the plan which is good for 3 years. It was so simple to just carry it inside, no box or anything, and get the replacement. Our model was out of stock so it had to be ordered but still, Definitely worth the purchase of the geek squad replacement plan.

    A typical Best Buy. I love to visit the Best Buy for shopping gadgets and electronics. Today I stopped by for buying an optical cable for my speakers. I got what I was looking for. The staff was nice and helpful. They helped me to find the right product quickly. I recommend the store highly.

    Bought a new washer. The young lady that helped us was wonderful. She listened, we told her what we wanted & she found us a phenomenal deal. We were in & out in less than 20 minutes . Highly recommend.

    Terrible experience. Bought computer and it kept freezing up. Replaced and this one didn’t work right. Geek squad got it November 20, 2022 and sent it off to be fixed. I don’t even think they know where it’s located. Every time you call you get run around. Best Buy and their geek squad has really gone down hill

    my mom and i came to this store earlier to buy a laptop and we met one of the most sweetest people ever, he was so kind and funny and he really honestly from the bottom of my heart made my day a WHOLE lot better. i walked right out of that store smiling all the way to the car and after that i was still smiling. Lake if you’re seeing this right now, you’re amazing i literally love you you deserve everything good in this world

    went in to get a washing machine, in a bit of a hurry, and customer services was FANTASTIC! Literally took half an hour to get exactly what i wanted and bring it home same day. Shawn was quick to assist, knew exactly how to help and knowledge of the products. It was the best experience we could have asked for. Thank you Shawn!

    Always very helpful and great service. I gave them a 4 star because everyone is usually busy with other customers and it can take a while before someone can help you. So just don't be in a rush.

    Alice provided awful customer service! She was rude and unhelpful. Had an attitude and even lied over and over again after her own employee said she was lying. She needs customer service training badly at the least. Do better Best Buy, if this is what you call a lead that is truly sad. Her cashier did a better job than she did an actual knew how to speak to people. Sierra was polite and professional

    Review: I recently made a purchase of a Sony TV, and to say the experience has been frustrating would be an understatement. The TV malfunctioned within the initial month. I had high hopes for Best Buy's Total Tech service, especially given the substantial amount of money I've spent there over the years. Pros: The technician Best Buy sends is pleasant and tries his best to fix the issues. Cons: The TV has had repeated issues, from system board malfunctions to intermittent outages. Best Buy Total Tech service, although responsive, has been unable to provide a lasting solution. There's an exasperating policy around returns, where apparently, the product must break a specific number of times before it's considered eligible for a return. Even after meeting this criterion, I faced reluctance and an insinuation that I might be the cause of the issue. Inconsistent information provided by the customer service each time I reached out for support. Conclusion: As a long-time patron of Best Buy who's recently invested over $15,000 in appliances and entertainment gear, the service I've received on this occasion has been deeply disappointing. While I appreciate the efforts of the technician who came out multiple times, the core issue remains unsolved. It feels as though I've been left with a 'lemon' TV and have been ping-ponged around without a concrete solution. I genuinely hope that Best Buy reevaluates its after-sales service and return policies. Loyalty is earned through consistent positive experiences, and this ordeal has surely tainted my view.

    Floor attendants misguided me but on the way out someone who seemed to be in upper management asked did I find everything satisfactory. I said no and she assisted me in finding exactly what I needed. Great save!

    My husband spoke highly of Jacob, who helped him buy the perfect TV for our viewing habits and budget. Jacob even carried and loaded it in the car. You read right: The BestBuy guy didn’t assist, he did all that work by himself! Plus he was incredibly kind. Yay Jacob!

    On the day before Christmas, my ram didn't ship to me. So best buy saved my gift. Even though they all were busy and running around the store helping customers, they still had the ability to have curbside pick up ready to go for everyone. Was absolutely amazing service. Recommend this all the time. No more ups, FedEx losing the gifts, have Santa's elves being them!

    Helped me find exactly what I needed fast. Register was strange set up. It had the sign set up in the corner. They said go to the customer service desk. Stood in line for 10 mins and then they said next line over. This line is for Geek squad. So I had to stand in another line. But I would still go back because of the friendly, knowledgeable staff.

    The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. We went there to be a new processor for a gaming computer. The worker helped us compare multiple options I'm our price range and got us the right one. Meanwhile, the Nintendo Switch was connected and ready to play, so my young kids (<4) had something to occupy their time with whole we waited.

    Smaller than I remember them being, and they were out of some things. I reckon that's the way things are now. I found a few things I want to acquire, like the Bose speaker and a few other items. It seems their pricing is worthy and the store is pretty clean. I will say the only one that spoke to me was the security guard....

    The young man in the electronics department was working by himself and was killing it, handling 2-3 customers at a time. He was very professional; he knew his stuff and made the customers feel appreciated. We didn't mind the wait just based of how he communicated with us while we waited our turn. You just don't find that type of customer service like that anymore in today's world. Hats off to him!

    I went to Best Buy to purchase a laptop, but the one I wanted was not available to purchase in-store. I was able to purchase and have it shipped to my home. It was simple and easy to do, purchase it on Monday, received it on Friday.

    I know everyone is short staffed and quality of help is bad right now, but there's no excuse for some things. I looked online Saturday and found TV I wanted and it showed 1 available at this store. I went in and talked to the guy working in tv department. Told him exactly which tv I wanted. Should have been an easy sell, but nope. Without hesitation he told me they don't have it. I told him it shows 1 in stock on their website but he continued to tell me they don't have it and their inventory is wrong a lot of the time. So I asked did they have any similar to the one I wanted and he said no. I didn't feel like dealing with him anymore at this point so I went out to my truck and ordered the TV I wanted online for curbside pickup. Two hours later I received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. So their online ordering is the way to go if you want anything from this store.

    I visited the geek squad, with a laptop not powering on. They did some quick troubleshooting and gave me a realistic estimate on what was wrong and a ballpark of the repair cost. I appreciate their honesty and recommendation. Unfortunately, with a bad motherboard, a new laptop would be cheaper.

    The store is open, but inventory is very low. Most of the shelves and racks were only 1/4 full. On the plus side, there were many display samples. I was looking for a specific type of cable which I didn't find. I found 3 other stores with limited stock on hand. This makes in person shopping unappealing. Hope it gets better soon.

    Staff was not very observant or appear to notice when a customer needed help. I stood behind another customer and had 4 employees walk by and never acknowledge me. I finally had to go to front register to ask for help. The item I wanted was not in stock but was at another 2 hrs away. Told me to call and get it reserved and or they could send it to me. I ended going to Amazon to have it delivered 2 days faster than what this store said I could get it.
