Worst
buying
experience
I've
ever
had
in
my
life.
Website
said
they
had
a
washer
and
dryer
in
stock
at
that
location.
I
pay
for
the
washer
and
dryer
and
get
a
receipt
saying
it
will
be
ready
in
1
hour.
I
wanted
to
pick
it
up
that
night
so
I
went
and
paid
money
to
rent
a
truck
for
the
washer
and
dryer
plus
a
dishwasher
that
was
at
another
best
buy.
I
get
to
the
Best
Buy
40
minutes
away
from
my
house
only
to
be
told
they
don't
even
have
it
there.
So
they
charged
me
money
for
something
they
don't
even
have.
They
refused
to
give
me
a
refund
and
said
it
would
take
4-5
business
days
so
now
I
don't
have
enough
money
to
get
a
dryer
somewhere
else
(
our
dryer
is
broken).
The
customer
service
guys
(
who
were
all
helpful)
helped
me
pick
out
a
different
dryer
that
was
there
in
store.
Once
I
picked
another
dryer
and
waited
another
40
minutes
at
the
counter
for
them
to
bring
it
up
front
I
was
told
that
I
couldn't
do
an
exchange
because
I
placed
the
order
online.
So
they
took
my
money
for
something
they
didn't
even
have,
refused
to
refund
me
in
a
timely
manner,
would
not
exchange
it
for
a
different
dryer
that
was
there
in
front
of
me.
To
top
it
all
off,
the
store
manager
Sherita
could
not
care
less
about
it
and
seemed
annoyed
that
she
even
had
to
talk
to
me
about
this.
She
gave
no
apology,
offered
no
help
or
compensation,
no
discount
on
the
price,
nothing.
Even
though
I
had
paid
money
to
rent
a
truck
and
spent
an
hour
travelling
there
for
something
they
did
not
even
have
in
the
first
place.
After
spending
all
that
time
in
there
waiting
on
them
to
bring
out
the
dryer
they
wouldn't
let
me
do
an
exchange
on,
the
store
had
closed
so
I
couldn't
even
use
the
rented
truck
to
go
pick
up
the
dishwasher
at
the
other
Best
Buy.
I
can't
believe
how
bad
customer
service
is
these
days.
