When we lived in Phoenix we went to Red Lobster all the time because my mom loved it! This was our first time in this location. We saw the ads on TV for Lobster fest and it whet our appetite! We went in for an early dinner so we got there at approximately 4:45. It wasn't busy at all. We walked in and were greeted (sort of) by a young girl at the hostess desk. I say sort of because she never looked us in the eye, never smiled ,just asked how many and turned and handed menus to our server. No warmth, no enjoy your dinner. She never even looked at us. My husband even commented when we got to our seat that she was probably not a good choice for a hostess, someone who forms your first impression at a restaurant. We were seated in a booth and our server took our drink order right away. We ordered an appetizer, the stuffed mushrooms and they were delicious!! For our dinner I ordered the Ultimate Feast and my husband ordered a pasta dish filled with seafood....Lobster, mussels, scallops, shrimp. I can't remember the exact name of it but he said it was wonderful! We were both very happy with our food! Prices have definitely gone up, but I think that was expected. Our server was sweet( I believe her name was Demi) and she told us it was her first day working there. She did a nice job. The restaurant looked fairly clean. However, it could use a little TLC as evidenced by the picture I took of the wall right by our table. I would definitely go back to this location. If you haven't tried them or it's been awhile, go back in. And give the girl at the hostess desk a big smile!!!

The ultimate shrimp is a joke. Was excited to try the shrimp scampi and shrimp skewers. As always, the biscuits were really fresh and moist - seemed to be the only thing that was served well. In my first order, I received one shrimp scampi and one skewer. Had to tell the server that I would just need one shrimp scampi and 5 skewers since this was an ultimate shrimp order and they only wanted to bring one skewer at a time. Finally ended up with a total of 3 skewers in 1.5 hours… After getting tired of waiting, I paid and requested to speak with the manager about the food portion/wait time. He had 3 skewers out in 5 mins. Wonder what did they do for the same number of skewers in 1.5 hours? I see now several reviewers have mentioned the same issue.

I came with my dad and granddad for my granddad’s 76th birthday. The server (I believe her name was AJ) we had was amazing. She was very nice and kind. The food came out freshly and biscuits were delicious.

Excellent service and awesome food. Tried the seafood stuffed mushrooms and the ultimate endless shrimp. All the shrimp was tasty, fresh, crunchy and perfect. My favorite was the parrot isle coconut shrimp with a close second the garlic shrimp scampi. Let's not also forget about the Cheddar Bay biscuits which are irresistable. Our waitress was superb, anticipating our every requirement and very friendly.

I have dined here many times, and after my experiences, I am deciding to leave a review. This place is really good! My food always comes out fresh and exactly how I ask for it! The service is pretty quick and the wait on busy nights, is typically less than 30 minutes. The servers are nice and the prices are reasonable. The location is perfect. There was a time or two we were seated at tables that were not wiped clean, but it was immediately fixed upon bringing it to the servers attention. 10/10 recommend

We had the endless shrimp, the Baja shrimp bowl, and the kids mac and cheese. The food was fresh and hot and they kept the endless shrimp coming without us having to even ask for it!

Very good food, first of all! Also kind and friendly service. Clean tables, clean Bathrooms, and clean dinning, bar area as a whole. Was my 1st time enjoying Red Lobster, My Wife took me just because and we had a wonderful time! Bill was a little more than I'm used to ( 138.00)😮😮 BUT WELL WORTH THE MEMORIES! Would recommend totally!!

On a recent visit to Red Lobster in Southaven, Ms the restaurant was filthy.  This is not the first encounter that I have witnessed this environment being filthy. The tables and floors had piled up trashed and food over it. The staff appeared disheveled and nonchalant about the unkempt environment. The restroom had a loud urine smell and appeared unclean. The environment was not nor is suitable for customers to consume meals. Will someone please look into this matter?

Shy "my waitress " was the best. I will give a 100 out 100. Very nice, intelligent, and articulate. My very best time at Red Lobster ever.

The food was good. Our server Carlos was awesome, that is why they get 4 stars. However we waited for an hour for an order of shrimp scampi, another group came, ate & left before we got this small order of 7 shrimp. The response to this was less than stellar from management. Still on the fence of going back to this location.

It was a pretty crowded night. Sat at the bar, had the Ultimate Feast. Took a couple of bites, and out crawls a roach from my play. I have never been more disgusted in my life. The disappointment!! Red Lobster has been one of my FAVORITES, ever since I was a Kid! Totally Disappointed at the Staff and Management who did appear to give a Doggone. 😔

This place was dirty, food was not good at all, and they gave me a waitress that did not know anything please the only reason I put 1 star is because I could not put 0 stars really I took my boyfriend for his birthday thinking it would be a very nice fancy restaurant but I was 100% wrong please people do not go there you will have the worst time ever and for what I spent I am very upset and angry I should have never took him there $100 for nothing really sucks I can not believe what has turned out of Red Lobster

Celebrating my cousin's b.day at the Southaven location. Once I arrived, I noticed that they sat us next to an exit door, that was always open, even though it's 47° & raining outside. No QR code for contactless menu, instead we had actual menus with food smudges on them!! Waitress was nice. She brought fresh cheddar biscuits when I arrived. I ordered the Salmon & brussels with fried onion on a bed of rice. Our food took a while to come out, but it was flavorful & hot. Overall 3 stars, but I won't return to this location

This was the first time in my life when everything was perfect. The waitress was amazing I think her name was Carol... she was pleasant nice attentive and made helpful suggestions. The food was great had great temperature and taste. Everything was just perfect and thats very rare for restaurants these days.

Place was crowded and short staffed. Took longer than estimated to get our seat. Once inside, Ms. Lane took excellent care of us. 20% tip. Service good enough to remember her name. Good food. I'd go again.

Came here last week and John H blew my expectations. He made the vibe and atmosphere amazing. It’s really hard to find polite people with a kind smile. Will definitely be back to see my guy John

Great staff: very friendly. I bought the all you can eat shrimp and I was so stuffed full!! The waitress recommended it as the most economical. Of course she was right. Lots of food for the money. I highly recommend Red Lobster!

Good food, wasn't the best, minimum staff but server was great.

Terrible! Ordered food to go and it took 45 minutes. I live close by but the food was COLD. It was closing time so I called back the next evening hoping the same manager was there. She asked why didn’t I bring it back the same night. I said because y’all closed. She then told me to wait until the next day to complain to someone else. I did! She kept referencing my receipt. I kept responding that I had the receipt. I paid nearly $60 for just ME. However, there was nothing that could be done. I normally go to the recent seafood restaurants but I wanted to try the crablegs there. NEVER AGAIN! The waitress took 15 minutes to take my order and after waiting 45 minutes, she took 15 more minutes to bring it to me.

Well what can I say. When you go out and know you are going to spend well over 100.00 to eat, it is not my responsibility to call ahead and see if you are staffed properly. You are a restaurant, this is what you do. 1 cook last night, food was horrible over an hour wait. Told my waitress my food was horrible. Manager came out and spoke with others who were outspoken about their experience. I even expressed how I shouldn't have to pay full price when you fed me bread for an hour and all 3 lobsters tails were unedible. I didn't even know they turned to mush. But I won't be back, even if I want it. I'll cook it myself.

If you go here expect to wait a while to be seated and on your food. The food is ok. Nothing special. Fries and baked potato were better than the steak. The only reason I even give red lobster a positive review is our server. I think her name was Madison. She was great. But if it wasn’t for her I would go much lower with this score.

Dirty floor,poor service,long wait for server.introduced herself and walked off.hostess was great.maybe 10 tables with customers. Three of ten seated before us still did not have drinks.walked out.went to Outback I advise you to do the same. Corey you need to insert foot in your wait staff. How embarrassing is it to be the GM of that building? your name is on the front door.

Margaritas on the rock with a shot it was to die for. The steak was made to perfection 🥰 and the lobster tail was so mouth water. This place was a piece of mind for me and I enjoyed it.

We went to Red Lobster for a birthday on a Monday night. Not too busy. Our server, Robert, was great. He knew and understood the menu, managed the kitchen well, and made the pace of the meal exactly what we wanted. Look, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Outback, at these are places you know the food before you get there, so making or breaking the meal is always down to the Waitstaff. In this case Robert was excellent.

We were tired of Cheese burgers and Mexican food. Seafood was a change of eating. The food from starters to appetizers to main course transitioned perfectly. The food was excellent. The service is what puts them over the top in my review. Great food and even better service. Rob is as professional as it gets. Perfect timing.

The endless shrimp were prepared very well and were delicious. The waitress was very attentive and did a great job. The restaurant needs updating and gives the appearance of being slightly dirty. It appears they are shorthanded since the hostess is the same person keeping the tables clean. I enjoyed the food, but the overall experience is not like it used to be in the early days of Red Lobster. I still think you will enjoy it for a change, so did not want to discourage you by giving this a three-star.

Been to Red Lobster many times, went last night with my mother and sister. Probably the best experience I've had at any red lobster! The meal I got(sesame soy salmon bowl) was delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly, the glaze on top was balanced just right on the sweet and savory ratio, the Brussel sprouts were tender in the center and crispy on the outside which I LOVE. Not only was the food good but our waitress? Wonderful. She had a great personality, made sure to check in on us, answered questions we had about menu items, provided excellent service all around!
