I am so blessed to have found Jennifer Warren. Best medical professional ever!! Great bedside manner, calm and compassionate and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I would give her 10 stars if I could!!!

Dr. Agnew was great! This was my first visit and overall it was pleasant. Dr. Agnew was friendly, welcoming, informative, personable and fast. But not too fast where you’re left feeling unheard like a lot of doctors. She was very thorough and I felt like all my questions were answered at my visit! Thank You! The only downside to my experience here was the lady who checked me in and took me back to the exam room. She was rude and condescending when referring to my being pregnant. She said that it was a “covid baby” because everyone was “bored and had nothing else to do” ... the nerve! That was not a very professional statement to make, especially for someone who’s supposed to be a medical professional. Luckily I was in a very good mood and only politely corrected her. Our baby was planned and has nothing to do with covid whatsoever. Thankfully everyone else I came in contact with on my visit was pleasant, she nearly ruined my experience.

Not sure how I stumbled across Jennifer, but I am so glad I did several years back! Easy to get to location with usually a very low wait time. Both Jennifer and her nurse Ryan spend time with you and not rushing to get you out. I’ve just started taking my mother to them and have refered several friends as well.

Dr. Jennifer Warren is amazing, but NEVER go to Dr. Dar. She is prejudice. Plain and simple. She couldn’t care less about you on a personal level and judges in a glance. I firmly believe, after seeing the clients coming in after me, that she did not like me because I am white.

Both me and my wife use BMG's Desoto Primary Care for our medical needs. I started with Dr. Ball, and the wife started with Jennifer Warren. I moved to Jennifer just for ease of using one person instead of two, and Jennifer's schedule at the time wasn't as busy. Both Dr.s will meet any need you may have, and I can HIGHLY recommend BMG as the place to go when you have a medical need !!

Dr. Agnew LISTENED to me and actually HELPED me. I did not have any problems at all and was actually amazed that THEY REALLY CARE for their patients there, as she wanted to coordinate care with all my specialist doctors too by obtaining my records once I wanted to establish her as my PCP on my first visit- I was shocked because it shows the great care you receive here. A big thank you to all of the staff here!

I will update my review once I see & speak with Dr. Agnew but making an appointment today with the young lady over the phone was grueling. My son has never seen Dr. Agnew before therefore I thought he would be considered a new patient. This can be so easily explained rather than cutting the patient off and then becoming short with your answers. I will look for another PCP in the meantime because I have a lot on my plate & I don’t want to add rude appointment setters to it.

The worst experience ever. My appointment was at 845 am...I arrived at 840am. I accidentally brought wrong insurance card and had to call and get info. I asked receptionist if she was calling or me and she stated me. I called and got info but she said it was showing in active and I had to call bcbs again and was able to confirm it was in fact active. So we finally got insurance verified only for them to say that I missed my appointment and needed to reschedule my appointment. I have had several appointments at other doctors when the receptionist called to verify insurance. I was livid because I had been having stomach pains since Sunday. My appointment was Wednesday so I had already waited 2 days and didn’t have another off day to reschedule. No one apologize or anything. I would not recommend this doctor as that was very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Dr. Shawanda Agnew breath of fresh air . I’m a new patient the first thing she stated was I’m like your guide if I don’t know I’ll guide you to a specialist or person that does. I felt comfortable I just wanted to let her know Thank you 😊

Dr. Agnew is a breath of fresh air. She's thorough with a pleasant bedside manner. The office staff and nurses are very pleasant.

Ginger Stewart is absolutely the best doctor. I've been seeing her for a couple of years now. The staff there is always so friendly and helpful. Ginger takes her time with you and truly does listen to your concerns. She has the best heart, and she's an absolute blessing to her patients. I wouldn't ever consider seeing another doctor. She's fantastic. I'm very grateful for her.
