The
worst
experience
ever.
My
appointment
was
at
845
am...I
arrived
at
840am.
I
accidentally
brought
wrong
insurance
card
and
had
to
call
and
get
info.
I
asked
receptionist
if
she
was
calling
or
me
and
she
stated
me.
I
called
and
got
info
but
she
said
it
was
showing
in
active
and
I
had
to
call
bcbs
again
and
was
able
to
confirm
it
was
in
fact
active.
So
we
finally
got
insurance
verified
only
for
them
to
say
that
I
missed
my
appointment
and
needed
to
reschedule
my
appointment.
I
have
had
several
appointments
at
other
doctors
when
the
receptionist
called
to
verify
insurance.
I
was
livid
because
I
had
been
having
stomach
pains
since
Sunday.
My
appointment
was
Wednesday
so
I
had
already
waited
2
days
and
didn’t
have
another
off
day
to
reschedule.
No
one
apologize
or
anything.
I
would
not
recommend
this
doctor
as
that
was
very
inconsiderate
and
unprofessional.
