    Half the time they are poorly stocked. I had to request lambchops from the back and the meat dept guy seemed annoyed that he had to unbox and price them. Came on two separate occasions no pizza no hot dogs. Too bad Memphis has limited locations cause I would never come to this location

    This is my first time coming to the Southaven location. One thing I do like about Sam's clubs is that the store is always neat and organized it's never anything that's out of place or cluttered in the aisle everything is always stacked nice and neat and organized. And employees are always helpful to give you assistance and finding things because the story is busy and big. It's always going to be a line at the registers just be prepared for that but 90% of the time it goes fast as well as a line leaving the store but that goes fast as well I was able to find Max's hazmats no problem and check out last in about 3 minutes even though the store was very crowded.

    I ordered a food platter for an office party. The person on the phone took the order and explained that the platter would be ready for pickup the next day. Because I am a business person, the next day I called before sending one of the staff members to pick up the platter, and they claimed it was never ordered. I gave the name of the person that I had spoken with. The person on the phone stated that the trays have to be picked up in 24 to 48 hours. I explained that I was aware of that and the order was placed the day prior. She continued with the lie but also said she sees my name and number, yet there was no tray. She continue to tell me that they sold a tray the prior day. Yet I was told it would be 24 hours before the tray would be ready. Very poor business and customer service. No integrity. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

    A place to pick up order at 8:00 a.m. this morning for a between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. pick up. I got there at 4:30 after picking up Kroger and it still didn't show ready. I waved the little pickup girl down and she said she would be right back with me. She finally got to me at 5:30 and when I asked her what the status was if it was going to be soon because I live an hour and a half away and just want to get my food and go home. She just said that's fine. I'll cancel your order. If I could give this Sam's club zero stars I would. I got nothing but attitude from everybody on the staff. I understand being short-handed but it was ridiculous. Never use this Sam's club

    They got plenty of what you didn't come there for. This sugar free drink is pretty good. They seem to have best selection on rack of Lamb too!

    Customer Service at Sams Club was Amazing. This was my first visit this year and the employees were very helpful. As a Travel Agent I love being able to do Research for my Clients.

    Well been a member for two years now and sorry to say that if you expect any kind of customer service you will not get it here employee’s are rude and hang phone up constantly Sams please don’t be scared to hire and fire there are plenty of nice people willing to work

    🌴Very clean store. Some employees seemed like they wanted to help, some seemed to sneer. 🚫Nothing ticks me off more than an employee at a place where you need help and plan to spend money treat you like fecal matter stuck to their shoe. ¡If you don't like humans and being kind and helpful, get a different job! Missing a LOT of key brands 🍞types of foods we usually buy so after one or two unwilling to help employees and lacking some of the cheese and other items brands we love to buy, we decided to quit the store. BUT the little café server was WONDERFUL! 🍇

    I stopped my Costco membership for Sam's club only because it is closer to where i live. The HORRIBLE customer service makes me want to switch back to Costco. Their greeters most time than not have an attitude. Sometimes they just stand there and not say anything. I had an instance where the lady saw me struggling with my son and didn't even offer to bring a cart up. Their Cafe is absolutely the worst with customer service. For example today 4/21/2023 I asked for a whole pizza. They were out of pepperoni so I asked what type of meat was in their 4 meats. The lady refused to answer me. She told a second lady to tell me and she responded by saying you tell her. Very childish. I asked again and she said it's just 4 meats ok. After I paid she ignore my thank you ma'am which you know I'm still trying to be courteous and she just screamed "NEXT" Their manager Joel Bistok needs to either do training again or find people who will actually acknowledge his customer. I AM A PLUS MEMBER AND PAY $110 PER YEAR This is unacceptable

    Curbside pick-up is horrible. They never have my orders ready when they say they will then you get there and sometimes wait for over 25 minutes for someone to bring order to you. If you are in a rush you might as well walk in the store and do scan and go because at this point that is faster then placing a curbside order.

    Just went to get something light. Barely shopped, but I still love the store. Pretty crowded, kinda hard to find good parking spaces. I loved the Halloween display, so I took some pictures.

    First time going to Sam's here. It was pretty busy. Check-out lines were extremely long and a lot of the employees were just talking amongst themselves instead of actually trying to get the customers moving through the lines quickly. Management should be watching this to improve their performance.

    I love the samples! Lol but they have most things in stock almost always compared to other Sam’s Clubs. And the scan and go option is super convenient and I most definitely recommend it.

    I visited this store yesterday, 10-30-23. I had just got back into town after having driven some 350 miles and just did not have the time or energy to drive to Costco, though I knew what a disappointment the Sam's Club of Southaven was going to be should I have chosen to visit it instead. Lunch prep is made very easy for me when using a rotisserie chicken to place on top of a salad. The biggest problem of course is that Sam's no longer makes them available for purchase. Should I have chosen to visit Costco instead, that would have been a non issue for me. The shelves at this location are almost always sparsely filled. More times than not, they are on the side of bare rather than filled. With no real competition in DeSoto County, they simply do not care to provide a worthwhile experience. I believe the management team needs to be replaced at this location as nothing else would motivate the store to change their status quo of simply not caring.

    Love this Sam’s club. The Ladies at the check out work hard and you can tell they are run off their feet. The ladies in the food court are lovely and I always enjoy grabbing a bite here.

    Pick up orders are never ready on time. Not just a few minutes later, not hours late, not even in the same day. Not sure why they ask what time you want to pick up. If you need something on time, I would suggest ordering form Kroger because this store will never have your order ready on time.

    Scan and go is the only way to shop. The lines are crazy. Even on a Tuesday morning. Lines through the store and 20 people in line for food. Definitely get familiar with the app. Setup scan and go and also can place food orders in the app so you don't have to wait in line.

    The best thing this chain ever did was to do the Scan & Go option on their app. Makes shopping for multiple items so much easier. I don't have to hold up the lines or wait in line. Just scan as I add the items to the buggy, check out, and walk out. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

    Horribly long lines. Cahier on duty let several people go ahead of me when I was in line for a hour waiting on self checkout. She very rude. Don't know I bothered going back today Sept 11. 22 Deli food was nasty. I think it's because couldn't keep the workers there that made the better food. At least they should be trained to follow the same recipe. High price and nasty food. Spent over $300 on the plus membership and getting no discount or points at all. Customer service is none

    Extemeley small organic section. No keto options for products. Very few products with quality ingredients. Limited selection of pasture raised or organic meats. Almost all isle items have inflammatory oils, chemicals, GMOs, or added sugars that are bad for you. Did not find a single members mark item that contained no poor ingredients. They are going to make you sick and diseased with the foods you can buy here. #notbobbyapproved

    This is the best Sam's it's a distance but worth it good customer service from entering and leaving I despise Covington Pike & Winchester. Terrible service. I'm 72 all about customer service.

    Low or no stock on a lot of items at this visit. A very, very good club, well stocked! Scan & Go is a deal maker! Costco is missing the boat, big-time!

    I've been purchasing Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino bottle 15-pack quite a few times at this location. However, the store recently changed it to the 12-pack, which was not scannable and therefore unsellable at the register. My concerns are, why do you shelve such an item that can not be sold? And how many things in your store are in a similar situation? Stop wasting my and others' time. Such a case doesn't make me hesitate to leave a negative review with my professional account. I hope the management team can look into this.

    I had to travel over 18 miles to get a bucket of frosting, because the other locations said they didn't have any for public sale. The ladies in the bakery in Southaven allowed me to get one. They will never understand how critical it was to my business. Thank you so much.

    Pickup: Sometimes workers are a little too slow bringing your order to you after you check in for pickup but they’ve always been friendly. In store shopping: The app lets me add items to my cart before I get to the store so I use it like a shopping list and fill it out at home. When I get to the store, I grab everything that’s already in the online cart. Extra items I grab at the store are scanned right there in the app. When finished, I pull my buggy to a deserted spot out of the way, checkout in the app, show the QR code to the employee at the exit and walk out. No checkout lines for me. The app: Love it. Wish there was a box to check that would notify me when an item is back in stock. Otherwise, it’s great. LOVE the Frequently purchased items list to quickly add multiple things at once.

    I love the ever changing perishable product offerings such as Potato and Corn based Snakes, along with the stables like the Roasted Chicken, and the Fresh Baked Bread! I can get everything from Diesel to Gasoline to clothing!

    Last min Cake order and SAMs came.through. beautiful round Unicorn cake with bright colors already made plus CHOCOLATE inside 😋😋my daughter 9th Birthday is complete and she said she love it too.. Also cant beat the price as well
