    We just went last night and there was a sign in waiting list to be helped. There were so many people there was barely enough standing room, but these ladies were rolling . They were everyone kind and professional and fast to get everyone helped, but didn’t rush you at all while you wanted to look and shop for just the right gift. Perfect customer service and very kind and professional.

    My Family and i came in and from the moment we walked in the reps gave ugly looks didnt even want to do any customer service ive never been into a pandora and have been treated this way ! Sorry if you were having a bad day rep was Shaundra H.

    I went into the store unsure as to what was going on with my bangles and the store associate I believe her name is Loreal instantly knew what was wrong. She helped clean my jewelry and assisted me with purchasing a bangle for my baby girl along with some earrings and charms. We had a wonderful experience here.

    Visited the Southaven, MS location on 9/10 for an exchange. I handed the cashier my receipt and she seemed to lack simple comprehension like reading. She looked at the receipt then asked if it was an online purchase Clearly the store information was on.the receipt. I was exchanging a broken bracket which was originally purchased during a promotion. She examined the receipt as if I stole the bracelet then to add insult to injury called another associate over to ask if she had ever seen such a promotion The associate verified it was a promotion from last year. Although it was clearly printed on the receipt I guess that wasn't good enough . I then asked if I could have the same bracelet but in a different color she rudely said NO. I'm not even convinced that was true. Then to make the visit even more frustrating they went on to hand my bracelet that I had cleaned to a completely different person. I'm glad I was paying attention. This visit was less than pleasant. I spend too much money with Pandora to be treated like I'm being dishonest, when in fact the cashier is rude and lacks common sense or courtesy.

    Attempted to go into the store at the outlet today with my husband and we were immediately greeted with a nasty “is that a dog, you know a dog, what do you call them?” Not only was it inappropriate to have an attitude but even more disrespectful to yell across the entire store. I had to say in front of everyone in the store who is now staring at me and say “a service dog?” And got “yea that” and both my husband and I stated yes. I do not need to be embarrassed, questioned, or treated with disrespect by a staff member. If there was an issue a staff member could have came over to us to ask personally so my business wasn’t out there!!! I have a LOT of pandora and I will NEVER return to this one because of this employee. She was completely rude, disrespectful of my personal business that is never supposed to be asked in public like that!!! Called to speak to a manager and the response was “ok”. So unprofessional We will happily drive the extra 20 min to germantown and spend our money there!!!

    The customer service was great! The young lady was very knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to answer all our questions! These charms and bracelets are a little on the pricey side but anyone that loves jewelry, especially bracelets will love this store.

    Went with my son, he wanted to pick a gift from just him up for his Mom. We got to the store in the mall a few minutes after 10am, they had line wrapped around inside the store. They gave us a catalog to browse through while we waited in line. My son found what he wanted to get his mom, about 2 hours later we get to the counter to get waited on. The necklace he picked out the lady couldn't find, she said they showed 6 in stock. She looked everywhere it was suppose to be and couldn't find it. I guess she seen the disappointment on my son's face, so she kept looking and looking. After about 30 minutes of digging through case after case, she finally found the necklace someone had put in the wrong spot. I wish I would have gotten her name, she went above and beyond to find this necklace my son wanted for his mom. I must say, as busy as they were (had a line clear outside the door and still wrapped around inside by the time we got to counter) I kinda expected her just to give up, but she didn't and I'm very thankful. She did her job like a true professional. That was my first experience ever being in a Pandora store, my son's as well, we would both definitely go back even if it's a long wait. The service we received was exceptional, in today's time that's almost unheard of. The lady behind the counter cared enough to go above and beyond. Every company should dream of having employees like this young lady. *I believe I found her name on the receipt! Taylor H., Pandora should be very greatful to have an employee like Taylor on board. Thank you for your great service, you made my son's day and I'm sure his mom, my wife will love the gift.8

    Today was my second and last time coming into this location. Each time, I was not acknowledged. I stood there and waited for someone to speak to me, but no one did. I have served this country for over 10 years, and I am always appalled at how disgusting human beings can be. I will travel to Wolfchase and try that location.

    Went in here yesterday to get a bracelet started for my cousin, who is turning 15 this week. I’m used to the occasional unprofessional or lazy attitude since they mostly hire teenagers. But the manager herself, Shondra, is incredibly disrespectful to customers and rude for no reason. She speaks to guests in a condescending and rude manner, as if trying to argue with them. Yesterday we picked 1 bracelet and and another as an alternative in case they didn’t have our first choice. She goes to me “Yeah we don’t have either of those and I can tell you right now we won’t be getting anymore!” Her tone was dismissive and she was not helpful at all in trying to find other options. We had to leave and order something offline. If this is the standard that management sets, it’s no wonder their associates act the way they do. One girl there named “Rah” is the most angry, spiteful, bitter little child I have ever met. She has stopped what she was doing on several occasions just to argue with customers and claim she was going to “fight them”. They just give anyone the job these days. It’s a shame.
