scheduled
an
exam
with
Dr.
Patrícia,
a
general
practitioner,
I
spent
more
than
a
week
waiting
for
the
appointment,

canceled
without

reason.

reschedule

lunch
break
at
work
and
it
took
them

to
respond,

the

they
responded

had
already
gone
back
to
work
and
didn't
respond.

The
next
day
I
called
first
thing
in
the
morning
to
see
if
I
could
make
an
appointment
over
the
phone
more
easily,
I
spent
20
minutes
waiting
to
be
seen,
and
then
I
managed
to
schedule
a
new
appointment
for
4
days
later
with
Dr.
Kaevy
after
a
lot
of
begging
and
asking
for
a
fitting
that
It
was
the
minimum,
as
I
had
to
have
preference
since
I
was
injured
from
the
unscheduled
appointment
with
the
previous
doctor.
On
the
day
of
the
appointment
I
spent
20
minutes
just
waiting
with
a
password
in
my
hand
and
another
40
minutes
waiting
for
the
doctor
to
call.

I
spent
in
the
doctor's
room?

minutes

doctor
left
in
the

of

conversation/appointment

appointment
she
went
to

patient

I
felt
disrespected
and
ignored,
if
I
waited

minutes,
why
couldn't

other
patient/client
wait
to
finish
my
appointment?
That

I
felt
that
she
barely
paid
attention
to
my
reports
and
complaints,
she

questioned
me
that
the
symptoms
I
reported
were
unrelated
to
each
other.
Because
I
said
that
I
felt
pain
in
my
stomach
and
discomfort
and

the
armpits
and
she
said

was

unmotivated
and
embarrassed

report

Finally

quick
exam.
Everything
in
4
minutes,
I
barely
took

eyes
off
the
computer
typing,

I

came

and
only
gave
me
a
referral
with
Gastro,
no
exam,
I
even
asked
"you

give
me
any
exam
to
speed

up"
and
the
answer
was
"Not
that

referral

or
not"
and
the
appointment
with
Gastro
is
in

month,
result,
I'm
in
pain,
I
can't
eat
properly,
I
felt
disrespected
and
with
zero
trust
in
this
clinic
unfortunately.
I
was
a
client
when
it
was
Clínica
Tibiriçá,
and
I
never
came
close
to
feeling
this
way.
Every
clinic
I
went
to
expedited
exams
along
with
referrals
to
another
doctor.
And
another,
I
lost
the
right
to
a
medical
return,
according
to
them,
because
it
is
a
different
doctor
and
specialty.
In
short,
why
go
to
the
general
practitioner?
It
was
of
absolutely
NO
use
