Lovely clean lots of seating,nice staff at counter,the manager was very helpful and was continually checking people were OK,plus cleaning tables, In all a great experience much better run than our local pitsea McDonald's

Absolutely disgusting. Food and rubbish across tables, floors and seats. Half hour wait on table service food. I have never eaten in such a disgraceful McDonald's where the standards are usually high.

This Location has a play area, perfect for the littles on a rainy day! Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly. I always order in the app for easy pickup! This location is BUSY, have some patience, plan accordingly if your on a lunch break, And Remember, they Love to see you 😁

Went to get breakfast half of my mcmuffin bun was literally missing and i got 2 mcflurrys one was fill right the other was filled a quater way and they told me my order is meant to be like that and dismissed it by blaming the machine when it has nothing to do with it. The food was served fast and it was hot! It's rare I get a hot McPlant meal from London branches! I found the whole place refreshing in customer service. I remember from years ago this same restaurant were excellent with kids parties and the full scale pirate ship upstairs! Still a great place!

Macdonalds has got so much better,went in for breakfast after a meeting & I was pleasantly surprised...place your order,sit down & the friendly staff bring food to your table!! Also a lot more healthy options on offer..Well Done

Ordered through JustEat. The food was an hour late, so it wasn’t very warm when it was delivered. Barely any sauce in the burger and the coke was flat

Good food of course but when handing the orders out they need to shout the numbers a little louder as I could only just hear the lady as it was so busy

My burger within 1 minute if it being served the burger was drive cold my chips were nice and hot but if I wanted a cold burger I’d buy a rustlers

This branch is tidy and cosy. Burgers are made up yo standard.

Made a visit to this McDonald’s today 16th September order 4 apple pies after 10 minutes wait they arrived cold . When I asked if I can have hot ones I was told by shift manger “they are fresh ( what out of freezer) and don’t care if they cold “ as you can imagine I was shocked by her response . I also asked where the food hygiene label was that she still did care . Totally shocking service and of course no contact details for the company that own the restaurant yes the pies went straight in the Bin😡😡😡

The bag the food was in was wet and torn and the box with the food is an absolute mess not only was there a big delay but the food is freezing cold and come looking like this. Not happy and had to be binned 🤮

Used order screen, Dble cheese burger & coffee latte Hit the food/caffine cravings before train journey. Not too busy/few mins wait for order. Nice team member kept table areas clean & was chatty/helpful to guests.

Stuck for.a late lunch and thought we would give it a go. Grabbed a seat upstairs and ordered via the app to our table number. Food arrived in the dumb waiter and was bought to our table by a very pleasant lady. Food was hot, tasty and did the job! Had a small issue with payment via the app so had to go downstairs to pay at the counter but other than that it was the best McDonald's meal I've had this year.
