    Ordered a Homestyle Ranch Chicken Sandwich. When I got home I had a cold Spicy Chicken sandwich and cold French fries. I live 3 minutes away. Consistently poor quality control and very slow drive through.

    I take accountability for not checking the bag. Let me start there. However, the person working the window was super pleasant and the wait was long so I just left. It was late around 930-pm-ish. Missing items, wrong items, it was hard to find something right! When I called back to let them know I was told to come back the next day and get the correct. Flash to getting it corrected. Everything was right, and again the workers were pleasant. They checked and double checked making sure it was correct. Service got a 3 ⭐ otherwise it would be a 2

    Location indicates they are 24 hours but they actually close at 10 pm , pulled up at 10:19 and they state they close at 10 plus worker at 4:11 am in the morning said she would include a “tasteful delight” in my burger what does that mean?? Was she going to spit in it or some thing

    My order was wrong, and it took a very long time. They then tried to tell me I order a chicken sandwich instead of a salad until I showed them the receipt and had to wait even longer. Customer service sucks

    Not quite the experience I had eating Here. But where I am from Canada we don't have jack in the boxes over there. However I did came to this during my visit in las vegas. Again. I didn't expect too much but it was a worth a try. Only a few minutes gone by and my order was not even made! I was way too upset with everyone working here. And unfortunately a worker came to me (who was a girl who had taken my order) had told me that my food was given out to a costumer in the drive thru really the DRIVER THRU COSTUMER HAS TAKEN MY FOOD ON PURPOSE!!! so I decided to get up and leave. And yeah I didn't want my refund. They can keep it. Thier workers were just standing there and not even caring about me or the others. Worst jack in the box I have ever went to!! Not going back there again. But I did went to the one where I was staying at the M resort since that jack was closer to me. And their restaurant service was up to date meaning all the employees were helpful compared to the one I went on west Cactus.

    I always come to this branch to get snacks but today, I was treated really bad. I ordered for Jack Favs only to be given a different order, when I returned it, the girl in the cashier throw the box at me and said rudely, you can keep it I'm just gonna throw it away. She just keeps making face and her approach was very nasty. First of all, it's not my fault that she has given me the wrong order and I'm not even expecting for a refund on the difference, I just want to enjoy my meal after long day at work but, ofcourse she made it a bad night. I believe her name is Monica. I'm not going back to this place anymore! To Jack in the box, I think your employees need to rest- they're probably tired that’s why they're being nasty to the customers.

    Drive through customers are more important than walk in. She couldn’t even finish taking our order before going back to the drive through window. We had to take our own receipt. We are and have been the only customers in the store for 30 min. After 15 min when our order came, my order was made wrong. My husband was missing two items. We looked at the receipt and realized she didn’t even mark down what it was we asked for, so we had to order the items again. My husband had to wait 15 more min for two tacos. When he went to the counter to check in after 15 min, she handed him his items immediately like they had been waiting there. My fries were overcooked and cold. The tortilla on the wrap was so hard that it snapped off. The lady was rude and her customer service was more like we inconvenienced her than anything. A employee made his own food and sat down to have a break to eat while we patiently waited 15 min for the rest of our order.

    First off lobby was closed, so of course we had to go through drive thru and that took about 35 min. As we were ordering the employee wasn’t very personable, he just said can I take your order, as our order was done he didn’t ask if that was all or ask if everything was correct on the screen, he just gave a total and said pull up to the window. So when we reached the window to pay I asked why is the lobby closed today they just said oh short staff but I saw 4 employees standing around doing nothing. As I received my order the employee didn’t give me my whole order and just said thanks and closed the window. Luckily I was checking my order without driving away and sure enough I was missing two bags and I got no receipt maybe they did it on purpose so I wouldn’t complain to the actual jack in box customer service… Well this is the last time I ever go to this jack in box establishment on cactus ave !!!

    Very disappointed French fries had black dots on the food deep fryers are very dirty settlement. Also bathrooms are filthy and when they sat down crumbs all over all the tables. Mention to one of the employees about the bathroom and he said oh yeah I saw that. He didn't do nothing about it wow. This outlet used to be real nice and cleaning good but not no more. It seems like it's really going down hill. I mentioned things to the team and they think everything is funny. I'll never go there again.

    One of the worst Jack In the Box. Many times we’ve gone by there and the lights are still on but they’re closed! You go in to order but the staff completely ignores you because they’re too busy helping drive thru to acknowledge you!
