I did dine in without a reservation. We ordered the hibachi shrimp and ask to have chicken added to our fried rice. The waitress was having a difficult time with my request, so I offered to pay extra for the chicken. The rice came out white with uncooked diced carrots no onions or eggs tasting like it was cooked in chicken broth. The soup that was suppose to be onion soup tasted like dishwater and had no onions( scallions) at all. When the main course came out it was a plate full of vegetables and 7 little shrimp not even the extra you get at the hibachi table. I explained to the manager that I have never had the food like this that they do a better job at the hibachi table he brought me the menu and stated that only 7 shrimp come with the meal. I spent $21 each for a plate of vegetables and chicken broth fried rice. See the attached pictures and judge for yourself (the rice is after adding soy sauce). We had to add the full bottle of soy sauce pepper and the ginger sauce to try to eat the rice. The manager made the rice over but the tase of broth was the same only improvement was the carrots were cooked. I will never eat here again. We went home still hungry.

If you aren't eating at the hibachi grill, this place is probably not the best option for food. Make sure to get a reservation. The hibachi food is definitely the best thing they have here. The regular menu doesn't quite hit the mark. It is a great entertainment option as well when you sit at the grill.

Beautifully decorated location with a great attention to aesthetics. Awesome sushi and excellent service! Caterpillar roll was delicious!

Went for a family event. Great place for events and birthdays from my experience. All the chefs are friendly. If less than 8 people, most likely will be seated with others but everyone is friendly. Reasonable prices.

Had a great time. Took hubby for his bday early on a Tuesday and basically got a private show. Devin is an incredible chef and super fun. Nina was one of the friendliest waitresses we've ever had. Will be back!

The food was great. Big portions. Very friendly service. As a customer I was owned by every employee. Didn't matter whose table I was at. Every person served and talked and asked and thanked. Definitely a team effort. The building is definitely aging. But it's clean. Like I said, a hard-working staff. So they're cleaning.

Food poisoning ⚠️ we dined in for hibachi. The soup tasted like it had cleaning products in it. The cook threw all of the fish on to the grill before anything else. That was my first sign. We ordered chicken, shrimp, filet, scallops, and sushi. Cramps kicked in shortly after leaving. More than 24 hours later and were still experiencing major symptoms. Stay healthy and choose somewhere else to eat.

Local chain Japanese Habachi grill restaurant. The food was good definitely needs to season better. You shouldn't have to use soy sauce or salt in this type of setting.Seafood was good quality the Service wasn't that great only saw our waiter twice once to take the order the second to pay the bill.

I drove a bit out of the way because I wanted to go to a hibachi restaurant with a good rating. The food was decent but what really won me over was the customer service! The hibachi cook was funny. I was especially impressed when I was talking to another person in my group and I was saying I wish I had chopsticks (I made a gesture with my hand as I said it.) Even though I didn't flag her down, or look at her, or ask her in any way, the waitress saw me do this and brought over chopsticks! Overall we had a fun time and all the servers were quick and efficient. Thank you Ohjah! Like other reviews here suggested, we made a reservation and only really tried the Hibachi. (Though I was happy they had Thai iced tea!) While we dined, we sat with another party and I noticed they didn't tip the chef. (I only noticed because they saw me tip him and openly discussed whether they should or not, then decided to only tip at the end. Also, let this be a note that if you don't have a large enough party for the Teppan table you might be seated with others!) I encourage everyone that visits a place like this to tip not just the servers as you normally would but to tip the chef as well. Of course they don't ask (the chef even made a joke when I gave it to him) but it's the right thing to do. They cook for you and treat it like a performance, making jokes and conversation, and most restaurants have to share their tips.

Very nice staff. The hibachi experience was so much fun. Our chef did an amazing job! The food was great! Cooked exactly like we asked for it to be. Expect to spend some cash but if you are prepared for that, it's worth it.

We came here and it was amazing! After a long day and much deciding of what to eat, we settled on this place and it satisfied our needs! We came to the hibachi part. It was a great dinner. I enjoyed it very much. The soup was really good (add some soy sauce to make it better), the rice was nice and hot, and our meals were tasty and they looked good. My family got steaks and I got chicken. This place was a great addition to our Vegas trip. We will definitely be recommending this place and will be coming back when we go to Vegas!

We visited after a long road trip and the experience and food were top notch. We were expecting fairly typical asian style restaurant. We were surprised by having our separate booth (room). All the dinner entree's had a soup and salad included and the food was very good. The portions were just right too. Enough to eat just a little too much.

We had the hibachi dinner. Our cook was excellent and he put on a very good show in the process.

I would give a zero because the food was terrible. Burnt. I believe on purpose because of the amount of reviews and stars I thought it was worth buying. NASTY. I'm from Cleveland Ohio and it is hard to top their food. It is delicious and u will always be satisfied. This restaurant has made me not want 😩 Hibachi again.. veggies were for my child. He ate some he said it was nasty. I didn't believe him thought he just didnt want until I tasted it. #YUK! Why go back and fuss for $12? You couldn't even make a $12 meal right? You should be ashamed of yourself. This is a vacation city all the food should be good. A lot of restaurants here Have nasty food It is terrible no taste too salty Is birds scorched Old not fresh. The server stated he wanted to go cook at the other table where it had more people to get tips . The food had no seasoning at all . I put a lot of soy sauce .8595 S Decatur Blvd unit 104 Las Vegas . Never visited here was a bid fan until today . I was every bit of disappointed. The waiter cook the food so quick it was barely done the rice was hard without any type of taste . The date is 06/10/2023. 4:59 pm today and we walk in . Found your restaurant off TikTok had gave suck hood review so we love hibachi so we tried .

We ordered for pick up. My husband had the steak and was fine. I had shrimp and spent the night dying in the bathroom. There is nothing much worse than throwing up rice. Lesson learned, will avoid this place like the plague.

Always great food and fast service. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. If you go and you like sushi absolutely try the ohjah roll! Oh, and the candy they serve with the check is officially my favorite candy! Honestly, just go here and check it out!

I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! We were just passing through Las Vegas on our way to California and found this gem...wonderful service and generous portions of fresh sushi! Several hours past Las Vegas I discovered I had left my Credit Card at the restaurant (big bummer)...I called and talked to Peter, who not only located my cc, but then offered to send it to my home address! He refused compensation and was happy to help me out! I just returned home after more than a week traveling and my cc was in my mailbox as promised...10 stars!!!

We haven't been to this location in a while and thought we would try it again. We sat with a family that clearly visits often as everyone knew their name. We ordered our drinks.. my husband ordered hot sake, and I ordered the lemon drop martini, and we ordered our drinks at the same time as the other family. When the soup and salad came so did the other family's drinks that was beer and wine and my husband's sake came 20 minutes later my lemon drop Martini had a salt rim when it should have sugar and it was in the wrong glass. I asked the chef to cook my shrimp a little longer, and he had an attitude about it. My steak was overcooked, and it wasn't great. I was very disappointed since I took my husband to dinner for a special occasion and we probably won't return. I feel like they should treat all their guests the same and not show favoritism.
