Nothing
short
of
a
sensational
experience
at
Fireside.
The
food,
ambience,
and
service
were
amazing
-
definitely
worth
multiple
visits.
I
have
to
write
a
longer
review
to
do
this
place
justice!
We
visited
on
a
quiet
Sunday
night
with
no
more
than
three
other
groups
of
diners.
The
soft,
cozy,
and
warm
lighting
definitely
eluded
to
its
namesake,
a
fireside.
Music
was
also
tasteful
and
complemented
the
whole
vibey
(mid-century
modern
x
british
colonial??)
setting.
The
food
truly
blew
our
minds.
We
started
with
the
Endives
(14
bucks);
an
absolute
show
stopper
of
a
dish!
I
cannot
recommend
this
enough!
It’s
a
bed
of
endives
(kinda
like
lettuce)
mixed
in
a
tart
and
sweet
vinaigrette
of
what
i
assume
to
be
shallot
oil,
enveloped
with
bites
of
juicy
sliced
peaches.
Sounds
simple,
but
the
taste
is
anything
but.
While
literally
everything
else
was
amazing,
my
family
would
like
to
recommend
you
get
the
Risotto
(22
bucks
i
think).
Super
creamy,
flavourful,
and
the
browned
butter
gives
you
a
warm
hug
at
the
end
of
each
mouthful.
the
only
gripe
was
that
there
was
not
enough!!!
Their
service
only
further
elevated
the
already
surreal
experience.
I
can’t
for
the
life
of
me
remember
the
name
of
the
amazing
female
wait
staff
(wearing
red)
whom
attended
to
us
on
26th
November
2023
evening.
She
was
extremely
meticulous,
thoughtful
and
very
very
attentive
-
my
water
glass
was
never
once
empty.
Danu
(the
head
of
FOH
at
Fireside
i
think)
was
also
amazing,
providing
my
mom
a
very
very
very
delicious
“cake”
for
her
birthday.
Genuinely
experienced
much
better
hospitality
here
at
Fireside
than
a
Hai
di
lao.
If
you
like
Pan
Americana,
you
will
love
Fireside.
It’s
their
rather
under
appreciated,
but
hotter,
younger,
and
much
more
interesting
sibling.
