Hard Rock is really family oriented hotel. Well located near to Casino, Universal Studio and etc. walking distance to sky train that take you to Palawan Beach and Vivo City too. Room is spacious but look empty, they have clean bathroom and good water pressure. They do provide full toiletry products. The really have a beautiful outdoor pool and half beach design. However i found the pool is not that clean, can see very clear of the dirt. Staff are friendly, once they call me ask me if the room cleaning is needed, and is well attended and all the item was refill. In Hard Rock each floor they provide water and ice cue that can refill by yourself, is really convenience.

Hotel room was ok during our staycation this week. Prefers another nearby hotel's room as there are more tables/countertop to put stuff as hard rock's room only has a small round table with 2 chairs. Son loved the pools as compared to another nearby hotel's. The sand pool is the nearest thing we can get without running into jellyfish/stone fish at a real beach. Son had a blast of a time there.

Great rooms, really high ceilings made them feel spacious. All staff were fantastic, the only issue I found was they shut the pool bar at 6.30pm or whenever it rains, which for Singapore in summer is almost everyday, even if it's only for 20 mins, the majority of the time it was closed. They are also in the process of shutting down the souvenir store so minimal stock and there is no longer a kids club. The gym looked good and the pool was huge including a lap pool. The highlight was the view, location and buffet breakfast open till 11am!

We have been coming back to stay at this hotel since its opening around 14 years ago. We are still loving it. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was well-maintained. Some amenities in the room we stayed in were already worn out but still functioning. We still recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

Had a staycation with my mom and kids. Had a greenery outside view with cable cars. The room is big with 2 queen size beds and 1 pull out bed (which was discovered by my kid). Didn't like the wooden floor as it can be quite cold if we lower the temperature of the air con. 1 of the lighting at my room was not lighted up when we tried out how the lighting is like. The kids love the pools as they have quite a few types of pools - pool with sand, kids pool, jacuzzi etc. The breakfast spread is so so. As we went for a swim at the pool with sand, we requested for a make up of the room as the floor was filled with sand, but they never came even we make a call requesting for it before we head out for dinner. They compensate us with free breakfast till the end of our stay. It will be even better if they can provide bed room slippers for kids as well.

A good location if you’re attempting to have some fun and joy in Sentosa. But if you’re looking to zip in and out to the city area, might be subpar because of the monorail system which can be rather crowded much of the time. Had a nice room and amenities, but the pool was very crowded for it’s shared with Ora as well. For couples I would not recommend, but for kids, why not.

Although I gave a 4 star but I was tempted to change to a 3. Reasons for 4 - rooms are comfortable, big and with all amenities, they even have a pull out bed. Reason for 3 - rooms are quite run down. The first night I smelled something unpleasant not sure is it pillow/comforter/bedsheets and there was a slight stain on 1 of the bed. Truth to tell, hotel is due for an upgrade

Booked a 1 night stay for my hubby bday. Its all so welcoming and the staff there are awesome! Especially one named Jefferey. He was a buggy driver/ instructor i think. He was all smiled, and very helpful to my hubby whom accidentally charged his cash card for carpark exit, instead of using the complimentary carpark ticket. Knowing we had not had breakfast with a cranky kid, he offered to drive us in his buggy to my hubby's car for his cash card + buggy us all the way to sea aquarium, recommending us the malasia street food there closest to Sea Aquarium. My cranky gal in a split seconds turns all happy and surprised by the buggy ride. Jefferey even played along with my gal shouting "WEEEE!" whenever up and down slop! Making it all like a roller coaster ride! Please he dosent just stop here! Half way through the ride, my gal dropped her balloon. Both my hub and i was telling Jefferey to ignore her, and let it be. My gal was almost back to her crying mode, when suddenly Jefferey stopped his buggy, and get off to retrieved the balloon for my gal! This act was definitely greatly appreciated. We are so blessed to have met Jefferey, whom really goes the extra mile. Its the kind of passion Jefferey had in his job that amazed me. He really makes our day! From an all cranky hungry child, and a upset wife whom blamed her hub for the mistake and causing all inconvenience, back to a happy family again! Thumbs up to Jefferey! He made it all so memorable! We are already planning another trip back, while walking in sea aquarium. Thank you Mr Jefferey!

The room we booked was spacious, which plenty of amenities. Location is okay with a shuttle bus service allowing easy travelling around. However, the room was not very clean, with a very strong ammonia (urine) smell in both the bed area and bathroom. Housekeeping was not efficient as we asked them on 2 seperate occasions to clean the room, and they replied that they would do so "later". However, they never did. Pity.
