Kathleen is absolutely amazing. I saw her about a month ago for a massage after experiencing an incredible amount of stress, causing my shoulders and lower neck to tense up. I was doing everything I could to remedy the problem on my own, but I gave up after seeing Kathleen’s reviews. I knew I had to come in. She was very patient, caring, and knowledgeable. She put me at ease the moment I walked in. After some time, the massage helped ease my upper body tension and relieve my headache. I can’t wait to come back to her soon!

I have been receiving massages from Teresa since we moved to this area a couple of years ago. I initially did not leave a review because I felt I had stumbled onto a well kept secret! Without a doubt Teresa consistently provides the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere, the communication, and the effort she puts into taking care of my needs allows me to keep running back to her.

This was my first ever massage and Kathleen left me speechless! I do a lot of manual labor jobs and played a lot of sports so I’d manage it was no easy task. She has a calm, relaxing way of approaching guests, ensures pressure is comfortable/appropriate, and is respectful of every element of the encounter. As a nurse it can be challenging to give in to the care of others, but I will most certainly be back and will be spreading your name all over!

Kathleen is the best! She is the only person my husband and I will go to for massages! If you want a deep tissue massage, she’s who you’ve been looking for! If something is bothering you and you tell her to focus specifically on that spot, that’s exactly what she’ll do. I also just got a lymphatic drainage massage by her and it was absolutely amazing - felt so much better that day and even better in the days that followed. You can’t go wrong going to see Kathleen!

Kathleen is a wonderful massage therapist. When I found her after to moving to Moore County, I will book with no one else! She offers a variety of techniques and treatments that have been so helpful in my healing journey as an athlete with a postpartum body. Her staff is very professional and offer amazing massages and facials. She is kind, genuine, and has a beautiful soul. Her ashiatsu is a game changer for hips and shoulders!!! This was a phenomenal experience with an exceptionally talented massage therapist! I had a sports massage for some injuries that I've done physical therapy for, and it was incredible - the same level of relief I would've felt from a physical therapy session. Kathleen is clearly incredibly knowledgeable in her field and skillful in her craft - I absolutely would recommend!

I am honestly surprised by all of the 5 star reviews, maybe I just caught her on a bad day. My experience was not positive, much to my disappointment. This was not only my first massage with Kathleen, but my first time at a massage therapist. I'm assuming from the picture on social media that my massage therapist was Kathleen, although she never introduced herself. When I was in the waiting room she walked in and asked if I was her 10:45, but then realized that it was only 9:45, which was the time of my appointment. She led me to the room and confirmed that I had a pinched nerve in my neck, then she left and closed the door without any instructions. I opened the door to remind her that this was my first massage and she then explained how I was to prepare. I completed a form online, so she knew I was not only a new client, but new to massage and still didn't take any time to introduce herself and prepare me for the experience. I believe she gave me a deep tissue massage, although she never explained anything. I was advised by my doctor and a friend who is a massage therapist that a gentle massage was needed for my pinched nerve or it could get worse. The massage was painful and when I asked if it was supposed to feel painful she asked me to rate my pain and then told me that basically if it wasn't at an 8 or 10 the pain wasn't a problem. Let me be clear, I was not expecting all of my pain to be gone after this massage, I started with a 30 minute massage so I could decide if it was beneficial and I figured if it was a good experience I would plan on getting massages more frequently. However, I was at least expecting a professional, hopefully friendly, who would take the time to discuss what my needs were and explain the process, which I did not get with Kathleen. With all of the 5 stars and being named Best in the Pines, I assumed this would be a pleasant experience, unfortunately it was the complete opposite. I don't know if I'll get any massages in the future, but they definitely won't be from Kathleen.

I cannot believe I haven’t left a review yet! I’ve been coming here for almost a year now. Kathleen is amazing! I experience headaches/migraines on a regular basis but I notice a HUGE difference when I get massages regularly. Kathleen is wonderful and so sweet! I’m always trying to get my friends to go see her.. and they’d be happier if they listened to me 💁🏼‍♀️10/10 recommend.

This was the first time I had Reiki done on me and it was a great experience. We found that I much need to rest in order for me to help my body recover from the many aliments I have. Actually, it was the best rest I had in a long time. I will definitely be going back!

Incredible experience! I received several massages from Kathleen during my third trimester. She has a customized pillow that allows you to safely lay on your stomach without disturbing the belly bump. I essentially was able to receive a normal massage during my third trimester. And my postpartum massage experiences have been wonderful as well. Kathleen is amazing at what she does—highly recommend!
