    Stuff inside the orange juice, when you get to order breakfast and it’s close to lunch time and you place your breakfast order and it changes to 10:30 they say your order can’t be completed because they throw all the food away, no one wears hair nets at all, service takes for ever they park every car, everyone stands around and doesn’t do anything, managers are rude, never wears gloves. City of Southfield and OSHA has been notified to come check this place out. I would avoid it at all cost.

    Ordered a Bacon Ranch Crispy Chicken sandwich and got a basic chicken sandwich. Receipt even says bacon ranch crispy chicken. I did not just pay $8 for a mcchichicken.

    This location is so ghetto. Avoid at all cost !! They open and close when they want to. Says 24 hours on Google but that’s not the case when you arrive. Then on top of that, they had their friends(not employees) in the kitchen goofing around with them.

    Consistently the worst McDonald's you can choose. I sat in the second drive through lane through multiple orders being taken in the first without ever being called. No signs were posted. I stood in line in the lobby, waiting to place an order, for multiple minutes while being ignored after being seen by employees. Once the line was multiple people they said we all had to use the kiosks. Again, no sign was posted. This is one single trip.

    Trying to order was a nightmare and was asked at the pay window and then again at the pick up window to confirm what we ordered! Then after all that they forgot the Chicken nuggets!!! I'm really starting to believe the places are missing food on purpose because employees are eating it themselves or saving the store money my selling things they don't actually deliver and it's getting ridiculous. What happened to taking pride in doing a good job? All while they keep complaining about wanting to make more money. The world I live in doesn't reward poor performance with pay increases

    Ordered a large fry to go and the container was not even close to the top. Very disappointed paying $3 for a fry they can't even fill.

    We truly try and avoid this location, but every once in a while, we decide to give it another try only to get screwed again. You wait foreverrrrr in drive through, usually to get parked, only to receive cold food. I truly dislike this location.

    Used the drive-up to order my lunch. My fish sandwich looked nothing like the commercial. STALE bread!! Unfortunately i was in a different location when I opened my meal. Staff was friendly and professional. The fries were acceptable. Won't be eating here again.

    I haven't eaten McDonalds in at least 3 years as I don't eat fast food hardly at all, except rare times. It looked dark around 8:30 pm so thought they were closed until I saw a few cars at the drive through. I ordered a big Mac and medium fries. The big Mac was smothered with excessive special sauce and the hamburger patties are much thinner than before so there is a lot more bun than meat. And, the meat didn't taste like fresh hamburger. The fries were okay, not good as I remembered. Reminds of why I don't care much for fast food.

    The cashier came up to the register long enough to tell me and another man to use the kiosk. He told he didn't know how and she rattled off directions and walked away. She could have taken our orders in the time she took to be rude. My cheeseburger was delicious.

    3 words to describe this place ARE YOU STUPID They got a guy working the last window where you GRAB YOUR FOOD and the guys face is complete pealing off with sores all over it. Instantly grossed me out and asked for a refund but they said no because they already put the burger on the grill. It blows me away that staff can be so obviously unclean and people still cram in the drive thru for McDonald’s.

    Probably the worst McDonald’s within 50 miles. Literally 8 people behind the counter making sloths look quick. Guy ahead of me ordered 6 nuggets and took them 10 mins to give them to him. Definitely do NOT pick up from here either if you do Door Dash, Uber Eats or anything else. Orders take forever and yes it’s fast food, but don’t take a job somewhere if you’re not willing to even do the bare minimum.

    Not 24 hours. 2 cars in parking lot, 2 employees walking around inside and when I pulled up they hid in the back and when I left they came out and when I pulled back around they hid again and I honked and waited and waited. Three cars also pulled in after me and waited and one of them also pulled around and was trying to get the attention of the two workers walking inside and every time they made eye contact they looked away and completely ignored everyone trying to order. This is January 13th 2023 at 3:00 in the morning. if you're not going to do your job or hate what you do, then go do something else.

    Exactly how I remember it tasting when I was a kid but I don’t remember feeling this bad after eating it as a kid. What could the ingredients actually be? And for the price just go to any good burger spot down the street. Like Cat Stevens and Peter Gabriel said “fast food is a wiiiiild world, oh baby”

    My Saturday morning was good until I pulled into McDonald's Worst customer service that I've received from a McDonald's. Egg McMuffin was cold, muffin wasn't toasted at all. The young girl working the drive thru had a horrible attitude, she wouldn't make it more than a week working for me. A smile and a good attitude go a long ways

    The food was cold n old...the double cheeseburger was disgusting, old, and cold. When I opened the wrapping, the burger was flat like they smashed it wit there foot. Their food is jus not the same as when I was younger. The burgers are smaller and the staff jus don't care about the quality of the food... They just slap the food together any kind of way. They don't care about the presentation, and neither does the company apparently. Sorry, I won't be going there anytime soon.

    So many bad things about this Mc. Donald’s. They got the order wrong and the meat was undercooked the food took a long time to make and the cashier was slow. We asked for no sesame seeds on the bun and they gave us sesame seeds every time

    Just ordered some food from them and they made me pull up to wait on fresh food. Waited about 10mins my food came out and I specifically asked the young lady before she handed me the food was it fresh she said yes. I politely told her thank you then I reached in the bag my fries were warm/cold. I parked my vehicle went into the building and a nice guy approached me and I explained what happened he said don’t worry about it I’ll get you some more. After he gave me some fresh fries. I get home everything in the bag was cold. McDonald’s not giving McDonald’s anymore. They hiring all these young kids that barely knows how to cook. It doesn’t taste good anymore. When I go out of town the food taste different in a good way. 🤷🏽‍♀️ lastly the young laddies that takes orders they should not get irritated or using body language when they around or customer while they take orders. I shouldn’t see you using hands gestures and neck rolling🤦🏽‍♀️ please pray for these young generation 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

    WARNING. Terrible Staff and Service. Waited exactly 30 minutes from when I ordered. They forgot about my order on three different occasions. I had to get out of my car after they told me to pull up and wait 2 times and ask if they forgot about my order. I drove off after paying at exactly 30 Minutes. Can’t believe the regional managers allow this. CALL THEM. They WONT answer that should tell you everything you need to know.

    This McDonald's is the worst! Waited in line for almost 20 mins. The rudeness is just awful when asking for ketchup salt whatever. Please check your order before pulling off because you may have missing items . I live close by and I try to avoid this place.

    when i went through the drive through i had my worst experience of my life. i was ordering food and after every item the lady kept asking me if that was it. i had to keep telling her no and keep adding on. when i finally got to the end of my order she repeated it back to me. i did not here her say one of the items i wanted and asked her if it was in the order . she then started screaming at me the total when i was trying to confirm that my order was right. so after being screamed at i went to the window to make sure my order was right and then i wanted to talk to the manager. after asking for the manager she told me she was the manager and her name was karen. This woman should not have this role as a manager. managers in customer service need to accommodate the customer and resolve issue not make them. this is unacceptable on a professional level and i will not be going back to this mcdonald’s . i hope they get this location together as far as customer service.
