I have lived here for over a month. So far, so good, very clean and quiet. My apartment is so clean that it looks like no one ever lived here. Service orders are handled properly. Office staff, friendly and professional. The parking structure is my only concern it needs work.

I have lived at Solaire for approximately 11 years. My apartment is spacious, the building is quiet and I love my view. My extended Solaire family and staff is what keeps me here. The tenants look out for each other and we have several daily activities to keep us busy if you wish to participate. Looking forward to the completion of our Community Room which is being renovated.

I have lived here for 6 months now and I'm looking forward to renewing my lease. the staff here is friendly and very helpful. As for the maintenance staff it can take a day or two for non emergency work but it always get done and I can trust them to go into my apartment without me being there. Parking is not a issue here. and if you want to go to the pool you can just walk or drive there 5 Mins. I highly recommend Solaire to anyone who is looking for a nice quite friendly senior community. On June 25th my kitchen sink started flooding and continue for several hours. I notified security and then Mr. Cornelius Elerson. He contacted the plumbers and they came and took care of the problem. The next day Mr. Ford had my carpet cleaned. I called and thanked them for their attention. I have lived here for 6yrs. When there are issues they attend them as soon as possible.

I am a new resident. I've lived here for 3 months. I have met several residents that have been here for over 10 years and still love it. So far, it's great. Love my apartment. There were a few issues to correct when I moved in. Everything was taken care of the next day. Staff is friendly and helpful. Residents are also friendly . This is not a place for residents that need a lot of organized social activities. It's perfect for me. I was looking for a reasonable, safe, quiet place to live. I love the indoor pool and sauna, indoor parking and there is a convience store on site. I do wish they would post regular hours so I could use the store more often. They also have meals sometimes. Overall, I love this place.

I have lived in the 700 building for six years. PROS. Great neighbors. Have had great Activities Directors. Bingo every Tuesday and Thursday. Coffee and Donuts every Saturday in the Clubhouse. Church services in the Clubhouse every second and fourth Sunday. Spring Tea. Secretary of State visits. Door to door garbage pickup every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Laundry room on each floor. There is constantly activities for tenants to participate. CONS: I moved in the 700 building because it had a Cafe. They served breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now it's rarely open. They may be paying rent on time. But it's a disservice to people who chose this building because of the Cafe. One elevator for over a year. Last two rent increases have been high compared to previous years. The bus for tenant activities off sight has been out of service for at least a year. In closing this is a good place for me to live. Some other comments mentioned fire alarms frequently going off. Once the problem is solved the alarms stop ringing. Tenants have received instructions what to do. Many people can't do stairs. We were informed by correspondence to go out on your patio so the Firemen know you need help vacating. Also, this is a senior independent living facility. I gave less stars because of the Cafe issue.

Hi I am so excited to be here. It is clean. Quiet have met a lot of friendly people have a lot of amenities. I really love this place. I haven’t been here a month yet, but I did experience fire alarm going off, and when I looked out to see some of the people standing around. They really didn’t know what to do. No one came to say it was a false alarm or go back into your apartment or anything did not know whether to walk down the stairs I know you don’t supposed to take elevators when alarm goes off, I think they need to have a loudspeaker , so everyone could know everything is OK or not OK but far is that I love this place but we need to know on a loudspeaker or intercom or something what we should do. Thank you.
