I
have
to
absolutely
rave
about
my
experience
last
week
at
Southfield
Family
Dental
Center.
I
had
a
an
over
hours
dental
emergency,
I
lost
a
tooth
on
the
top
row
right
in
my
smile
line.
I
researched
many
dentists
to
call
the
following
business
day
as
so
many
stated
they
are
emergency
dentists
as
well.
Well
most
of
the
dentist
are
not
true
emergency
dentists
and
could
not
accommodate
me
the
next
business
day.
I
did
not
want
to
wait
since
its
a
visible
tooth
but
I
was
also
concerned
with
the
small
amount
and
root
left
and
did
not
want
a
potential
problem.
Well
I
called
Southfield
Family
Dental
and
they
truly
are
emergency
dentist
and
immediately
made
time
for
me
despite
the
fact
I
was
not
a
current
client.
It
was
an
amazing
feeling
knowing
I
had
in
fact
found
a
true
emergency
dentist.
Upon
my
arrival,
I
was
quickly
ushered
into
a
room
to
see
a
dentist.
I
can
not
recall
his
name
but
he
he
thoroughly
inspected
my
damaged
area
and
called
in
for
3
other
specialists
as
well
as
as
orthodontics
specialist
so
I
knew
I
was
received
top
not
care,
even
as
an
emergency
walk
in.
I
know
it
throws
off
the
days
schedule
to
accommodate
an
emergency
walk
in
but
the
whole
staff
was
above
and
beyond
professional,
personable,
and
polite
showing
zero
signs
of
being
rushed.
Which
made
me
feel
more
comfortable.
Ashley
is
a
super
star
and
although
she
was
running
around
the
whole
back
of
the
office,
she
still
treated
me
as
if
I
was
the
only
patient
there
while
doing
some
X-rays.
I
was
promptly
and
expertly
x-rayed
multiple
times
at
multiple
angles
to
ensure
a
proper
diagnoses.
I
didn't
feel
rushed
or
I
was
a
burden
interrupting
the
full
case
load
of
patients
who
had
appointments.
The
insurance
billing
lady,
who's
name
I
cant
recall,
took
immense
time
working
with
my
slow
poke
dental
insurance
as
well
as
working
with
my
employer
on
a
phone
call.
All
with
a
small
on
her
face,
going
above
her
duties.
The
dentist
was
able
to
do
the
extraction
of
the
tooth
piece
and
root
right
away
and
Diamond
made
me
feel
so
relaxed
and
confident
that
I
had
made
the
correct
treatment
choice.
The
dentist
was
gentle
yet
efficient
and
quickly
removed
the
root.
I
opted
for
a
long
term
dental
plan
solution
with
Southfield
Family
Dental
Center
as
I
felt
so
taken
care
of
by
each
member
of
the
staff
as
well
as
each
dental
specialist
that
worked
with
me
and
thoroughly
explained
my
2
options
for
treatment.
I
did
not
feel
force
or
compelled
to
choice
one
option
over
the
other,
however
I
feel
between
all
the
dental
specialists
that
reviewed
my
case,
that
I
was
confident
in
making
an
educated
choice
for
life
long
treatment.
This
is
far
and
above
and
exceeded
my
expectations
for
the
care
I
thought
I
would
receive
as
an
emergency
last
minute
appointment
especially
since
I
essentially
spent
the
whole
day
there
to
address
the
matter
at
hand,
each
staff
member
was
personable
and
by
the
end
of
the
day,
I
felt
like
I
was
a
team
member
there!!
I
am
beyond
thrilled
with
my
experience
and
the
over
and
beyond
top
notch
care
I
received.
Even
though
Southfield
Family
Dental
is
not
participating
provider
to
my
insurance,
because
of
my
superb
experience,
I
am
choosing
to
pay
more
out
of
pocket
to
have
my
long
term
dental
strategy
completed
here.
And
a
special
thank
you
to
Diamond,
who
worked
with
me
when
my
pharmacy
was
being
a
pain.
To
all
the
staff
I
encountered
that
day,
thank
you
for
your
fantastic
treatment,
non
judgmental,
and
in
depth
care
I
received.
Especially
calling
the
morning
and
being
attended
to
within
the
hour.
You
office
made
what
was
a
horrible
experience
into
a
pleasant
day
and
I
was
especially
thrilled
that
I
was
able
to
leave
the
same
day
with
a
temporary
tooth
in
a
custom
made
retainer.
I
was
not
expecting
to
have
such
accommodations.
Thank
you
again
so
much
for
the
lovely
care
I
received.
