    I dont think it's normal that a simple breakfast order should take 20 minutes to reach the customer. The restaurant was not crowded. The drive-thru was not busy. Yet myself and three other guests who arrived before me waited an excessive amount of time to receive our orders. My oder was placed at 10:21 am. It did not come to the counter until 10:41 am. That is a 20-minute wait time, which, by definition of fast food, is excessive. I inquired about this with two employees at the counter. I politely asked if they were aware that this order was placed at 10:21 and that it is now 10:41, therefore taking 20 minutes to reach the customer. They responded "no." I reiterated my statement, emphasizing that it took 20 minutes to get this order out. They simply didn't care, and it appeared that this was normal for this team/restaurant. There was not so much as an explanation or an excuse, which I could have lived with, such as "Sir, I am sorry, we had a glitch, but we're all caught up now. Enjoy your breakfast." That's all it would have taken, and I wouldn't be here now, writing this review. This was simply an unacceptable amount of time, paired with no explanation or apology. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I may not return to this brand. Very disappointing.

    Waited 20 minutes in line on top of that the staff felt hostile. My spicy crispy chicken sandwich was missing pickles plus had practically no sauce. The bun was burnt and patty just looked unlike any other time I’ve had their food. I strongly suggest skipping this McDonald’s.

    Golden M!! Smells so good 👍 😋 😌 ☺️ pulling in here. We can smell Golden French ✨️ 💛 😌 😉 😋 ☺️ fries 🍟 and double Cheeseburgers 🍔 😋. Thanks ✝️ 😊 😀 😋 👍 🫂 ✝️ everyone for the great experience and fast service too. We ordered 🙌 😁 😀 😎 😄 🤪 double Cheeseburger 🍔 😋, crispy chicken 🐔 😋 sandwich 🥪 , fries 🍟 😋 and a small coffee ☕️ 😋. Everything was right ✅️ on the money 🤑 . Delicious 😋 😋 😋 too!!

    If you come to this location at night , the teenagers are playing. If you come to this location during the daytime, the adults are rude. The service is so poor that I drove away without my money or the food item. If you have any other food options other than coming to this McDonald's, exercise them. I don't know what has gotten into these people where they feel entitled to our money and to give us poor and rude service.

    Dine in area closed at 6:25. 12/11. I’ve been waiting in the drive thru for a 1/2 hour and no one is taking orders. The service here is always the same trash. Please hire staff that works and willing to do the job correctly. Last week the supervisor was rude to everyone that came to order and pick up.

    This Location Is TERRIBLE!!! Definitely Needs To Be Under New Management. I Waited 30 Min For Nuggets As Other Customers Came In And Left With Their Food. The Lady At The Register Told Me Door Dash Orders Come First And That I’d Be Next. My Drinks Had No Ice And When I Asked For Ice, The Lady Was Very Snappy And Said “Nobody Gets Ice After This Order”. If You Don’t Like Your Job!!! Quit!! Do Better McDonalds!!

    Generally, I tend to give fast food, restaurants the benefit of the doubt when it comes to my reviews. After all, there is a worker shortage and fast food. Restaurants were never designed for quality. However, this is beyond out the worst McDonald's I have ever visited in terms of the service and the staff. For example, it took me nearly 5 minutes to get the attention of one person in order to get a refill of my drink. Now had no one been in the vicinity, it would have been understandable. But in this case there were several employees in the vicinity that looked at me and then went about their business. I thought I had leprosy or something. Anyway, I finally had to call out to one of the employees as they passed near the counter area. But to make matters worse, it took nearly 15 minutes for me to get my order placed once I entered the restaurant. And at that point there was only one other patron standing near the counter. I was stunned at the lack of attention. But one last thing, the attitude of the employees I encountered was far from courteous or friendly. Not that they were unfriendly, but made no effort to smile, say thank you, or welcome to McDonald's. It was as if they did not like being at work and wanted the customers or patrons to know that. Anyway, I'm speaking the truth in terms of this review. Morale was definitely the worst I have seen in any fast food restaurant. I have patronized in the last 40 years. For what it's worth.

    If I could give 0 stars I definitely would mobile app experience horrible. I order off the mobile app my daughter is there to get the food the manager tells her she would have to go home to get my phone because you have to be on the premises to order,How when the app says head there. So my daughter comes back to get my phone I tell her never mind I’ll just refund it. Well the app says for a refund you have to go to that location so u go to the location planning on just getting the food since I’m there anyway. Get to the window give them my ticket number no ticket found (mind you I don’t stay that far away) so the lady tells me to come in, we’ll I came to the drive thru cause I didn’t want to get out. My puppy was with me. So she tells me to drive up. I give her the ticket number she says no ticket found repeatedly I give her my phone showing her the order she insists they haven’t received it long story short she was rude called her boss told him I was cursing the boss asked her why didn’t she just make the order if I’m showing her on the phone that it’s placed.. I wondered the same them but after a while I didn’t even want the food after arguing with who was supposed to be a manager and told the other customers on the speaker she had a outraged customer. I did say I wasn’t moving because I want wanted my money back cause at this point I don’t want any food. Visited her frequently cause the kids want to go but no way customer service is horrible

    Everything was fine until I bit into the big Mac. It was if a shaker full of salt was on it. I was ill all nite. Temperature of food was good along with service though.

    When we walked in this Morning the manager was super rude she accused us of skipping school when I’m 18 years old and just came from dual enrollment. She said she couldn’t take our order unless we had an adult because we’re so called not in school right now. She was very rude and yelled at us for no reason when all we did was show up to get food. Definitely don’t recommend this location.

    Big black lady working 12/9 at 9 PM that drive the dark colored camaro/challenger super rude. I pulled up to collect two door dash orders and her response was "You have to wait, pull up to the side". I never received either order after waiting almost 30 mins with other customers ( which I assume was not door dash pulled in and pulled off with their order. Not sure what I did to deserve bad customer service but she's in the wrong business
