BEWARE.. any 5 star ratings you see are from employees posting about how great it is to work there just to get their star ratings up. Living at the sapphire was the worst decision that I’ve ever made. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and where did it get me? A Matinence man sleeping on my sofa, In a hotel for over a month, then still wanting rent even though we were not in our apartment, and ruined belongings. They are a sorry excuse for an apartment building and I truly do hope that it will be shut down. They should not be in business. The pictures below better illustrate what we endured during our short stay at the sapphire.

Literally the nicest worst apartment ever! Plenty Of space but everything looks good until you actually are in there living. Nothing ever gets fixed in a timely manor, the office just blames things on others in the office and on corporate. Elevators always going out.Please do you research on this apartment before moving here. They're full of so many games. Management starts off so nice making you feel like you found the perfect place. Then the lies start after you comply with everything they've asked you to do.Horrible most unprofessional place I’ve ever lived!!!!! If I could give out a 0 star I would. this is by far the worse place I have EVER lived. The staff are horrible. Very on time with balance notices but not at all great with filling work orders. I have had the same work order since 6 month ago [The day I moved in]. and I put one in once a week with still no result. they don't answer the phone and the staff are....to say the least, not mentally capable of doing anything but send out balance notices. oh I forgot, with the wrong balance because they send out letters before they update the ledger. its horrible and im frustratedThis company should be sued for everything its worth. I was a resident of the Sapphire , and that was the worst decision I could have ever made. Busted pipes, sewage, no hot water or heat for months yet still rented out apartments. Staff that were willing to lie to residents for a paycheck, and its still going on to this day. Any good reviews are employees trying to make ratings go up. They should be ashamed of themselves! SIDENOTE 3-22: It has gotten much much worse, I'm moving out asap, the new management team is worse than the first one, and this place is like an abandon building, no one runs it , no employee's no nothing, just a person to collect the rent and give out late fees, this is criminal. UPDATE 4/19/2022, It's a new rental agent named Ms Super ghetto Reynolds and she is the worst there is, she openly said she Know the place has a lot of problems and there is no plan to fix anything, but it's not her problem because she don't own the place nor live there and she just there for the pay check.

The only reason I give this place 1 star is because of the size of the units are really nice, otherwise this place deserves 0 stars. Constant water and heating issues. When you report something to be fixed it usually takes 3+ months for them to even come look at it. They DO NOT care about the people that live there all they care about is being paid on time. The elevators are constantly out of order or there is only ever one working. There are constantly car breakings and they don't have any security measures in the East wing so you better hope that you are placed in the West wing. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone with children especially with the water and heating issues, you can go a week without water or if you do its freezing cold and you could go WEEKS without heat. The issue with not having heat is was more common than legally possible. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!

ZERO stars. It was terrible when ressco owned it and it’s still terrible under the new management. The ladies in the leasing office are very pleasant and nice BUT the apartments are infested with ants, gnats, roaches, you name it. They constantly turn the water off at least 1 a week and say they’re doing ‘maintenance’ on it when it’s really just so that people can’t use the water they pay for so the building pays less for water. They turned our air off in the middle of the summer and basically left a note saying “we know it’s 90 degrees outside but we’re turning it off just because” now it’s cold and they’re not turning our heat on. Same thing happened last year, our heat never worked. Whatever you do DONT MOVE HERE. EVER. If I could give it zero stars I would, please spend your money somewhere else

Bro this apt fell art heavily no WORKING cameras ppl broke mail boxes windows and got my mail stolen, I was down stairs one time and one of the agent was showing someone around and we have two doors that been broken for THE LONGEST and she straight up lied to him and said “that will be fix next week” so yeah they do anything to get you in here for an bonus don’t ever live here Update :2023 They prioritize the leaseing office side with new repairs and ect while the east look dirty. And also 2-3 people were robbed here they put cams now . Oh and security sit at desk all night don’t do rounds

Please I warn all of you do not move in the pictures are false advertising please take a look at both buildings the east tower is horrible the pictures of an exercise room are false ! Everything was under “construction” but there was no construction going on I was there two and a half years and the pool was never open, they only have 1 working elevator and when goes down and the only way you can get to your apartment is going up the stairs imagine walking up to the 16th floor after you just get off work! Especially in the winter the only thing I liked about the place was the view and that is all you get there are no amenities but somehow they keep showing pictures of it , you can use the washer/drying area and there use to be so much water down there it use to flood real bad carpet soggy it look disgusting down there like a scary movie and then don’t let me start with maintenance but to be honest they do what they can. This was my first apartment and it was absolutely horrible experience! Only thing I love was that I was fortunate enough to have older neighbors so it wasn’t loud pretty quiet and the view but like I said nothing else was good ! Our water use to be turn off but nothing was change water still would still be brown one of my bathrooms the water was shut off for a year and a half . I swear if you ever seen Eddie murphy tv show The PJ’s this is exactly just like that ! And another thing I don’t like is how people who use to stay there leave a complaint and BECAUSE THEY ARE TELLING THE TRUTH ! MANAGEMENT INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING YALL PUT THERE BUSINESS OUT ABOUT EVICTIONS OR WHAT EVER THEY HAVE GOING ON SHOULDN'T NOBODY PAY LIVING IN THOSE KIND OF CONDITIONS. Please everyone do your research before you apply I seen the videos of when they were on the news for that terrible leak and water damage years ago but I thought they change by then I was wrong ! Never really had a problem with a few ladies in the office I do wish they could have done more with my situation

We were told of umpires credit was close to the requirements we would be approved we paid 75 for the application. We were not approved 1900 for a 2 bedroom apartment with no washer dryer not even hook ups.

When I first moved in here, I thought it was going to be my dream place. I was highly excited to move in. Unfortunately, everything that sparkles isn’t gold. I’ve been here for a year, and it seems like as time goes on, it gets worse and worse. First, it was not having a working elevator, so I couldn’t get my furniture into my apartment for some time. Then they turn off the water whenever they want, with no fair warning. At the moment, I have no heat, no water for bathing, and several holes in my apartment due to the construction team. They are reckless. They come in to fix one thing and end up breaking three more. I will continue to post until management fixes these issues. I’ve been patient for the last several months. All I want is a livable home. This review will not be taken down until management addresses these problems.

Ignore the bad reviews on here, I have lived here for 2 years. I will give you my honest opinion, the new management is upgrading the entire building including my unit. Thank you so much to Jen and Lanice for helping me

Lanice and Jen walked my unit with me and were so kind, thoughtful, and helpful. I am so happy with the upgrades being done!
