I don’t know what happened!!! The burgers were burnt and traditionally they overfill your fry cup and you have more than enough fries but I didn’t even get a full cup. That was the worse $34 I have ever spent!!! I guess I should find another burger joint because that was the worse experience I ever had!!!

Too high for the food, 21 dollars for a bacon cheeseburger, fries n a shakes. Shake was the best out the order, fries was wilted n warm.. burger fall apart when u bite into it, never again👎

Just ordered my usual a little hamburger and little fries. The fries were so greasy I had to throw them away. That is the one item I truly like about 5 Guys is there fresh cut fries but these were ruined! For the amount of money you spend you expect some level of quality to your food. Tonight the burger was the star.

The food here is pretty good. Don't eat here often because they're a little pricey for my budget, but when I'm feeling like a millionaire, this is my go-to

This is the 3rd time I've gotten food from this location with french fries being undercooked. Not sure what the issue is with that. The burger is always on point though.

It was ok ,old fries recooked, my bacon burger patty meat tasted slightly old ,they gave me ketchup topping for my hotdogs but then wrapped those up tight with foil knowing that they would turn the bread soggy, they also don't make shakes at this location. Maybe late night doesn't have the freshest ingredients I got it at 9 they close at 10

I don't usually write reviews about my experience in A fast food restaurants. I was so impressed with how smooth everything went at 5 guys on Greenfield Road. The greatess part was how the staff communicated. I had to find out who the manager was. His name Marcus. I want to say I had the most wonderful experience ever in a fast food restaurants. I say to you Marcus keep up the good work we all need happiness at lunchtime. Thank you! thank you! and thank you!
