Since the Southfield stretch of telegraph road doesn't have much good food options. This is probably the best place to get lunch and dinner with good value. I don't like their bakery, Meijer taste better. Sandwiches and soups have pretty good portion with decent price in today's economy

Excellent. In Florida the Panera Bread (Sarasota) is very understaffed, usually having only 2 staff working even though it's near a major hospital. This location has many frie very helpful staff

No one was at the register. They were all in the kitchen area gossiping loud about un work related stuff. The place smelt burnt, and they didn't have a variety of bagels at 9 am. Service has always been off at this location the employees don't care!

I ordered online from this place recently. Place was decent and the one staff member I interacted with was helpful and nice. I ordered a few items and most of those were up to the mark. But my bagel was almost burnt on the outer which I saw after reaching home. (I only wanted toasted not burnt and disappointed for that).

This place is so slow, regularly messes up orders and has tried to short me change telling me I gave them a $10 when I gave them a $20 (it’s all I had in my wallet so I know what bill it was). Really convenient location but absolutely ridiculous the amount of time needed to go through the drive through. I’ve been sitting here for well over 20 minutes and still don’t have my order.

Friendly, pleasant staff and the regular Panera fare. The multi grain bread (thick sliced) was delicious and it freezes well. I enjoyed a good cup of coffee in a relaxed, peaceful setting while waiting for a meeting to begin.

My meal of a bbq chicken sandwich and broccoli and cheddar mac and cheese were okay. I ordered through the app and it wasn't up by the arranged time, but they seemed to have a lot of pickup orders. My wait was just a few minutes. What bothered me was the disgustingly sticky floor. I would have preferred to pick up my to-go order through the drive thru rather than risk stepping out of my slides on a sticky floor.

Nice and quiet and peaceful.The food, service and atmosphere were great. If you want to relax and enjoy or do a little work on your computer, this is the place.

They've served me an eaten bagel with other incorrect order filling. I've ordered honey walnet and i've been served with normal cream.

The manager Devin needs customer service skills. Highly disappointed in his attitude and how he handled me as a customer. Won't be returning to this location again.

Stopped in to get some frozen strawberry lemonades (wasn't impressed) but also to pick up an order for a client. The cashier asked the two people in front of me (Caucasian) if they were loyalty members and was very courteous as she gave them their receipt. When I stepped up after she asked who was next, I wasn't greeted at all. I wasn't asked if I was a loyalty member (I'm not) nor did she offer pleasantries as she gave me my receipt. I stepped to the side and watched as new customer after new customer (Caucasian) got the exact opposite treatment that I received. I looked her in her eyes and told her she was inconsistent. She then yelled that someone would be making my drinks shortly. I am not saying the woman is racist, I'm just pointing out that she made me feel as though she was. I will never go back.

I guess I should have read the reviews first. Panera has always been my favorite restaurant, and I admit I haven't been there in a while. Things have changed. I did not see the baguette when I placed my order, so I got the ciabatta and I don't like the texture. I did order it untoasted and customized my steak and cheddar sandwich. The way the sandwich was put together was as if the person that prepared it had never eaten one before. The added arugula was in a ball in the center of the sandwich along with the horseradish sauce. The steak was also in the center, but there wasn't even enough on the sandwich to spread a layer across the entire piece of bread and its super thin. I asked to add "greens" and there were 3-4 tiny leaves of lettuce on each half of the sandwich. If Panera is going to be so skimpy maybe they should make the bread smaller and not charge $13?

I love Panera. I order in the app on my way out the door and it ready when I get there, even though their just down the road. I like to think of it more as healthier food fast rather than fast food though.

The slowest Panera I’ve ever been too. Tried multiple times. I would be stuck in the drive thru line and see people walk in and back out and get their food before I got mine. Avoid.

Typical Panera food and atmosphere. Not sure if they were short-staffed, but I had to wait about 5 minutes at the service counter before anyone showed up to take my order. Once there, staff was courteous.
