I lived here for my first apartment, the area is very clean and well put together. The Maitenance team does a good job about the landscaping and keeping the grass trimmed. The Maitenance team is unresponsive on weekends and only works like a Tuesday every 2 weeks so it’s a bit inconvenient but it’s free. There’s a good diversity of people who live here, the negatives are they use any reason to fine you in any matter, at one point during our stay they tried to fine my roommate $100 for dog poop that wasn’t hers and made it a point to drive behind our building and look which not only does it make you feel they are invading your privacy but they put the fake smile on while they do it like there intentions are not clear. Sometimes they close the door to the office off even though they are inside which is very inconvenient for people like me who work 3 jobs and have 5 minutes out of the day to pick up a package. The size of the apartment is not worth the price of rent, but it is nice for college kids or a young couple with no kids. I wouldn’t live here again because the location is not ideal for me but they do provide trash which was nice. I think the leasing team could use some work but the new faces that have been hired on lately have been doing a great job! So things seem to be looking up. Dan also has done a great job at trying to keep people happy while following the apartment rules. The issues are not necessarily within the employees themself it’s more of issues within the rules of hills property management. Thanks for being apart of growing and learning experience though! Best of luck.

We lived at Fox Chase apartments for just over a year. The move-in process was seamless, and the group was very accommodating in helping us with paperwork and deposits. Our move-out process was also painless. Every apartment complex has its perks, and I believe that the staff and facilities are what sets Fox Chase apart from other similarly-priced options. The tennis court is well-maintained, as is the pool. The workout area is smaller, but suitable. There are also long stretches of parking lots with adjacent complexes for running. The staff is excellent. The front office folks are available and easy to reach at all times. During the COVID-19 quarantines, they hand-delivered packages to our doors without being asked in an effort to reduce exposure by going to the clubhouse. The maintenance folks are some of the nicest people you will every meet, and they (most notably, John) helped us with multiple features of our apartment (ceiling fan installation, furnace filter changes, clogged dishwasher) quickly and for free. We also loved the location and general safety. The police patrol the area with some regularity and you can see them drive around the parking lot. The highway is no more than 2 minutes away, and grocery stores like Kroger and Aldi are a 5 minute drive. There are multiple young families in the complex and the area is definitely family friendly. My wife and I lived on the third floor and loved our vaulted ceilings (would recommend if you don’t mind 1.5 flights of stairs). We loved the open space and multiple bedroom options for our apartment. We also cannot overemphasize how great having two full bathrooms was. Would definitely live here again if life brought us back.

Have lived here for last 4 months and office staff is helpful and knowledgeable, neighbors are quiet for the most part, and I love that my little dog is able to live here. Also can't say enough about the maintenance crew. I have had a few minor issues come up (light switch bad connection, small leak under sink, toilet seat screw missing) and even noticed a small water mark on the upper wall in which I thought there might be a roof leak and that the complex should be aware. The staff is always thankful when you bring these items to their attention in order to facilitate a quick resolution to any issues. Most maintenance items are resolved within a day or two with a note from maintenance about the repair. Have not lived in an apartment for many, many years but Fox Chase South has certainly made the transition easier and I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment to call home.

I gotta say, I had been really excited about moving here. 4 months after the move I am still blown away by the service and community. Quite but nice and diverse. I don't have much of a "family" but even still, moving/living here has added fantastic state of being and belonging for me. I am a cheap date so I do need much, though with that said the apartment itself, as well as the service & amenities are superb. Especially for asking price! Please come and join us here! I'll set up a board game to welcome you in, if you are into that 😉 awesome weight room.

Fox Chase is the best place I’ve lived. Management is wonderfully kind as well as maintenance staff who address any concerns promptly. Easy to communicate with staff for anything. Two beds, baths, and walk in closets - cannot get better there. Love the big patio window door and large bedroom windows for natural light. Dog friendly too! There are fun community events and feels very safe with police regularly patrolling. I would highly recommend Fox Chase for apartment living.

We love living here! Nicole is a great personality to deal with. Maintenance is always responsive and friendly! We love taking part of their planned social activities like the pool parties and game nights.

Laura was wonderful in showing us around the property. She answered all of our questions and offered a very friendly atmosphere. We left feeling very good about our visit. Looking forward to moving to Fox Chase soon!

Fox Chase south may not have 1 bedroom apartments, and they may also be a tad pricey, but these are the best apartments I have ever had the pleasure of leasing. Not being able to break your lease kind of sucked when my gf broke up with me and left me to pay for 2 bedrooms by myself, but great location, easy access to Newport and down, excellent landlord (Dan) and really great fixtures and furnishings. If I had a more reliable roommate or a roommate to even begin with I would have lived here another 3+ years. Ty Fox Chase

👍👍 We spent a year in Altamont Summit, this is so far the best apartment we've ever had. 1. Chill Vibe: Unlike the usual leasing folks we've dealt with in other places, the crew at Altamont Summit are awesome. Especially Abbie – she's a rockstar. The maintenance team is also great, always ready to help...
