I went here at the recommendation of a friend… who wears a lot more makeup than me I think. I basically wear none and wanted a natural look but my friend does wear some dramatic eyes daily. Important caveat is I also had to get a redo or fill from another salon that did a bad fill (like literally the extension were catching my bottom lashes— again different salon, not this one.) I specifically asked for very short and natural. She didn’t listen to me at all, obviously. Not bad for a fill, considering what I showed up there with. I look like I’m wearing fake eyelashes instead of a soft natural look. I might be more satisfied if this is what I asked for. As far as the quality of the fill: she did tell me that a fill will not look as good as the original application, despite online resources stating otherwise. She said if I want them to look really good, I should have them removed each time and have them reapplied. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I will not go anywhere else now. I even drive from Southeast Portland to get here. The service I get here for the price is amazing! Edit: I recently went back for the first time in a few years, and they have raised the prices. The prices are at about average-market rate right now. I paid $42 for a French-style shellac manicure. Totally fair, but not quite the bargain I was used to from here.

I had my nails done right before my trip to Vegas and I received so many compliments on them💯🔥🔥🥰🥰I love super long nails and my nail tech Tina does an incredible job 🤩🤩she's amazing 💯✅❤️👍🏾she is very particular and precise and WON'T let you leave with a sub par job done. I respect that about her💯The place is very inviting welcoming and everyone is friendly THIS is my new shop ✅❤️😍I am loyal when I find a place I can stay⌚and who can successfully do MY kind of nails, Tina is amazing 🤩💕💕 I included photos next time I'll take some of the shop if I'm allowed 💯✅👍🏾

Great group of lady's very professional, very friendly. I get my nails and eye lashes done all the time . I did a foot modeling session. And they did my pedicure and it was wonderful.

Had the worst experience eveeeeeeer! Went for regular pedicure and the kept forcing I do gel on my toes and they charge me 18 dollars extra to which I said no.

My mom and I were in Portland on vacation. Crystal Nails was able to get us in for pedicures with only a ten minute wait. The nail techs were so nice and friendly. They did a wonderful job.

Honestly the lady was super aggressive , acrylic layer was super thin felt like press ons. Charged me $67 to be left with unsatisfied nails and cuts on my skin. I asked for french tips and she left me with half of my nail beds white. They don’t look like french tips, my friends pointed it out and another employee said that it was because of my “nail bed”. They didn’t bother to fix the issue or come up with an alternative. Personally never again.

Absolutely horrible. Im writing this from the parking lot. I just asked for a gel polish manicure. It looks like a 10 year old did it. She also kept dropping the instruments on the ground and using them right after. Save your money. These pictures are DIRECTLY after exiting the salon.

Been going to this salon for about 4 yrs now.. they can do almost ANYTHING u want done!! These are my Halloween nails ! I'm so in love with them!! They turned out amazing !!!

Horrible experience, went there for a set the lady was rude was hurting my nails, I ask for a simple red tip but it was un-even the shape was all over the place one is thicker the other cricket and the other smaller, just horrible never coming back
