Classy low key setting. Waitress was great! Food was fantastic. Had the New York Strip with Brussel Sprouts. Very enjoyable.

The food here is absolutely disgusting! I ordered the wedge salad which was just okay. The wings were nasty, dry and old. They were also burnt! The loaded potato wedges were horrible. I left all the food on the table and only ate the salad. Yuck

Our waitress was amazing, excellent recommendations on the food. Apps were great, dinner hit the spot (great portions) and dinner was outta the park. The frosting on that chocolate cake... 💣💥 Will definitely go back.

Today was my first time eating here. I must say I was very impressed with the menu and variety of appetizers to entrees to desserts they have to offer. To many things to choose from hard to make up my mind. The prices are very competitive with restaurants of the same caliber. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The wife and I will be coming back again to try the other items on the menu. Oh hell yes next time we are there were going to buy a piece of the six layer chocolate cake. The only downside the service was slow for the amount of people in the restaurant.

Haven’t been here in years being from out of town we no longer have one in our area, so glad we stayed nearby and able to visit and this time was amazing! We had the BLT with lobster and an extra baked lobster on the side (comes on a hot sizzling plate so it doesn’t cool down that fast) Definitely get the spinach artichoke the chips are fresh and flakes so easily with a touch of spice. Kids loved the lava pineapple smoothie. The Bone in rib eye comes (sad I forgot to take a picture of it comes a hot sizzling plate again to keep it hot and slow to cool down) and it was tender juicy and cooked just perfectly for us. Shoes ring fries were a hit. We got a combination appetizer with potato skins and fried zucchini sticks- great to share. Large plate. Twice baked potato side is definitely a meal on its own-huge. We liked it here so much we went back again for dinner- glad they had the same menu for both lunch and dinner! Staff was attentive and quick!

Definitely fine dining here! They provide you minimum of 3 waiters per table. One for drinks including refills and appetizers, another for ordering, and the third for serving! Excellent work Claim Jumper employees. They really do care in making sure you are satisfied. The restaurant as a whole was very clean, they do have restrooms for both male and female, they even have an open kitchen view for everyone to see them cook away. They do serve good serving sizes that equate well with the price you’re paying. Masks are reinforced still in this place when walking in; so wear one when walking in, when sitting down and drinks are served you may take them off. Will come back soon!

The customer service is nice and the restaurant is clean and lovely but the food is definitely not as great as the pricing entails. There is no unique brand to their food. It is very mediocre but not terrible. More seasonings could be performed with the dishes. Water was not refilled. This is not a place I intend to make it a priority to come to. 3 star review.

Went here today. We were served mold on our sandwiches. Super gross. Went here four years ago and got the loaded potato soup and got food poising. I wanted to try it again with my husband and kids and everything was terrible. My kids chicken tenders were terrible. I ordered a wedge salad and it came almost floating in water. They did not dry the wedge lettuce so my salad came floating in water. So disappointed. I tried two times and will not go back. I hate leaving this review and feel bad, but serving us mold was not cool.

I was greatly disappointed with Claim Jumper. I ordered Lobster Mac and Cheese. the menu shows Mac and Cheese with lost of chunks of Lobster. In actuality it was mac and cheese with very little lobster flavor. there was not one chunk of lobster. There might of been flakes but could not tell...couple of red spots. My wife had Chicken Pot pie. She was also disappointed. It wasn't very tasty at all. Swanson's would have been better. Never go there any more. We wasted $65.75 on mostly carbohydrates.

Came here on Saturday in the afternoon, was told it would be a 20 min wait so we went to the bar and found a table, our waitress Amber A (Was amazing!) She communicated it would be a few because multiple people sat down (understandable). Yes, we were hungry and had to wait, and it was well worth it, and while we waited, I signed up for rewards and got $10 off our bill 😃. It was my first time trying a lobster BLT, and I would get it again. Also, they have the best coleslaw we have ever had!

Drinks were way too strong. So much so I couldn't drink them. We ordered 2 different orders of lobster BLT and Mac n cheese. With of the sandwiches we missing their bacon and the Mac and cheese was cold. My husband ordered a burger and it was rather small for a $20 meal and it had no ketchup/mayo/ no sauce of any kind. Service was slow so he ended up eating it dry cuz no one came by in time. For spending more than $20 a meal and ordering 4 alcoholic drinks and some normal drinks for our kids it was way over priced for what we got.

This review will be broken into three parts. This happened on Sunday, April 30th. 630 pm. Had a company dinner. 25 guest. Atmosphere. Upon entering was greeted promptly. The restaurant was nice and clean and well organized. Medium size crowd. Food. I can only give an opinion on some food since the size of the table is to many. I had a bowl of clam chowder. This was some of the weakest chowder I've had. The based was runny not a thick chowder quality. Few clams and for the price not at worth it. I put this chowder in par with something out of a can.Very disappointed. I had the 21oz bone in ribeye from the prime steak menu with sauteed mushrooms and onions. Price $74. The side was onion rings. Once I got the meal it came on a sizzling cast iron plate. I first noticed that's amount of butter was more then expected. There was the chard marks but no crunch of a crust. The reason was to much butter. First bite. Then meat was tender but the garlic butter was overpowering. It completely over took any type of seasoning or crust. Disappointed. I compared this steak to the one at Morton's that I had last month. Same steak and price. Sorry but Morton's was 10 times better. I could actually taste the seasoning and had a crust. The onion rings were nothing great but was not bad. Had the chocolate cake 3 layers.. excellent. A co worker had the sea bass. I asked if he would recommend it. It said no at all. Not very well done. Other coworkers said their meals were good and some said some of the items were not. The lobster Mac and cheese were underwhelming from two people. Overall feeling was they don't see themselves coming back anytime soon. Service. Sorry not sure who's fault this is, but for 25 guest we had one server. Orders got messed up, meals were missing and I could see the frustration on her and was told she was rude to a few coworkers..one being our manager. I would think with that's big of a group..yes we had called one week before to reserve a table, they would of made sure at least 2 servers to keep things organized. My recommendation is- if your looking for a steak house quality type of steak..go to one that is well known. Here is a nice family meal that's good but not great for the price. If you do go don't go with a large group based on our service..

I placed an order to go. $22.00 Vegetarian Burger with fries. This is what it looked like when I opened it at home. 😳 We have always loved Claim Jumpers in the past for the food and large portion sizes. What happened to the fries? The burger was delicious. The restaurant has really changed for the worse over the years. I hope they can fix whatever is broken.

Came for the Veterans Day special. I got the meatloaf off a separate menu which had six other choices. My wife got the chicken pot pie. Both were huge and delicious. Our server was nice, but mostly ignored us and never stopped by to see if everything was alright. The food was delivered by the busboy and we still hadn't gotten our drinks or silverware.

Lobster was fishy-didn't finish, only half of veggies edible, even baked potato not fully cooked. The server never asked us why we left so much uneaten or asked how the food was. It all looked great. Waste of money for half of it.

We eat here often and the food is great and the service is consistently good. Kimberly was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Another five-star meal!

Was seated right away. I ordered the wedge salad to start ( it took a while to get, but it was worth the wait). I then ordered the club sandwich with loaded ff, so delicious! My server was also cashing out customers and seating other customers (host), but was very attentive to my needs as well as his other customers' needs.

Overall a place to eat, however I gave it just 4 points because I ordered a sea bass and came back few minutes later to let me know they ran out by 6:30pm when I made a reservation and still was on the menu. In top of that, when food was served, we didn’t have either the silverware available at that time. Food was a the end, delicious. Atmosphere was ok with the exception of a guy laughing so loud and no one said anything to him. They should plan better on a busy day to have available everything that they offered.

I recently went to this location for the 1st time, and from the time of walking in immediately felt welcomed. The staff was friendly, and attentive. Little to no wait. The food was cooked perfectly and was fantastic, and the manager Colin was awesome! Definitely recommend this location. The perfect spot for a Sunday lunch or dinner. We will be visiting again!

Food was delicious and atmosphere was great, service was not. I usually only give positive reviews but in this case, the server seemed completely disinterested, neglected to include silverware (took a bit for her to come back around asking if we needed anything once food was delivered and we were like "just silverware"), asked if I wanted a second drink when the meal was just about over, had already brought the check in hand before we could even ask about dessert (It was my boyfriend's birthday yesterday and we had been eager to ask but as she came over with the check we just decided to pay and leave). It was not yet closing time and maybe even a half hour until close, and there were other parties there when we left. So we just weren't sure why the rush to bring the check unless she wanted to leave early.

It was amber’s first day at work and I got to say it was a great experience. She had a trainer and they both assist us very well. I tried the Mac burger today. To be honest I didn’t expect any macaroni on my burger but it was very good. The way they package the cake was very good.

I had a doctor's appointment in the area and had enough time to grab a quick bite. Being unfamiliar with the area, I hit the first place that seemed like as a good port in a storm with the weather raining and windy. They have an extensive menu of salads, soups, appetizers, and main courses. I ordered the "Original Tri-Tip Dip" with fries. It was a massive sandwich of thickly sliced tri-tip beef, perfectly seasoned and slow cook with caramelized onions, green chilies and provolone cheese on a hoagie roll with an excellent au jus. When I ordered, I mentioned to the server I was pressed for time and would like to pay when served allowing me to make a quick exit should the lunch hour get busy. Was assured it would not be a problem. Unfortunately, when my card was run through the reader, it froze the terminal causing multiple delays requiring the manager to clear the transaction. Eventually my payment went through, but it was with a bit of high anxiety. Bottom line, full bar service, great food, friendly staff, nice warm atmosphere, children are welcomed, but a little pricey for lunch in my opinion.

Not a great experience. Wife and I came in for an early dinner. Maybe four or five others eating that we saw so not busy yet. I asked which Sam Adams seasonal was available like it said to ask in the menu, waitress said its just called seasonal...its not. I said if it ends up being the winter lager I want that, if not then a guinness. She brought me a beer that was definitely not the winter lager or the guinness, but whatever I hate complaining so I will just drink it. My wife had tea and a salad, little expensive for a house salad, but its a steak house so its to be expected. I ordered the steak and shrimp with a baked potato and seasonal veggies. The potato was fine, veggies ended up being zucchini and onion, lots of onions. The shrimp was not bad, pretty normal, but the medium rare steak was more like medium well/well. I do not like to complain..so I was going to eat it anyways, but it wasn't even seasoned well. The waitress never came by after dropping off the food until she was ready to give us our check. I ended up taking a couple bites of the steak, but it was not edible, at least for the price they were charging for it. They did offer to make me a new one, but it had been 30 minutes and we were ready to just leave at that point. The manager took off $20 from the check, so I paid for the potato, veggies, and shrimp. It was a very small steak, but more so because they cooked it way too long. Not a great deal. I would not recommend anyone coming here. The waitress and manager didn't seem to care at all, more like annoyed that I didn't just eat it.

The food is very tasty and the service is amazing 🥳 There was never any moments where the server was asking too many questions or checking in too many times. They knew just when to check up on us and they were very polite. Food came out in reasonable time and it all was very filling. Not a single person at our table left hungry. The atmosphere was nice but it got a little too dark / moody for my preference.

I have been eating at this location since literally day one, opening day and quality has slipped a little over the years, and the happy hour menu is a shell of what it used to be. I still give it 4 stars because most of the food is still good and the servers try hard despite being understaffed and being able to tell this restaurant isn't in its prime anymore. Bobby at the bar is a great guy, haven't seen him in a while. I miss the large variety the happy hour used to have and my wings last time I was in were literally flavorless. I still love their wedge salad and chicken pot pie. Overall it's past its heyday but worth a try.

We celebrated my Mom's birthday and had a delightful time. I really enjoyed the time spent with my family, and reuniting with an old friend. The food was excellent.

We had a pretty unfortunate experience here. I've been to Claim Jumpers in the past and expected a quality that was seriously lacking. We sat for over ten minutes before anyone spoke to us and brought menus, two sides were forgotten about until we asked for them, and most importantly, the $23.50 lobster mac and cheese I ordered was atrocious quality. The noodles were dry when it was brought to the table. Essentially, it appeared that cheap, thin cheese sauce was poured into the pan followed by noodles and about 2oz of claw meat. Our waitress was very nice and tried to make up for some of the mistakes but overall I think this will be the last time I spend money here.

Would've given 5☆ but my fries were pretty stale. Enough that I didn't eat them. I had the fish & chips and the fish pieces are huge though! I actually love Claimjumper and this is the first time I've had any problem. Everything is usually perfect & delicious 😋

O M to the G! I was craving some authentic juicy steak after my intermittent fasting. After slurping a small bowl of the most delicious clam chowder soup I ever tasted, I dug into the most succulently grilled T-bone rib eye steak ever created by man. I topped it with a grilled lobster tail. It took me to heaven and back y’all. A 9 oz glass of Merlot washed it all down perfectly!
