Ok. Let's be honest. It's safe to assume the area/regional manager knows this hotel needs a major remodeling. 80's furniture, broken shower handle, holes in the drapes, heavy smell of Marijuana, carpet stained, furniture in the dining room super old and smelly. I seriously thought about demanding a refund but I didn't want to drive 40 minutes to get home. The staff professional. Except for one front desk staff member that made a remark referring to " Those Spanish People." Overall this hotel is a quick sleep traveling between cities type hotel.  The only thing that gets a 5 star is the bed. It was probably the best hotel sleep I've had. Hopefully Hilton decides to invest money in this location.  Speaking from experience (hotel manager) a fresh coat of paint can go a long way.

Everything about this Hotel is Old and needs remodeled to improve the stay of the paying guests. The cost would be well worth cost of the stay. I don't mind paying for what I get as I don't stay in Hotels very often. The front desk staff have been very professional and are the best part of my stay.

If I could give 0 stars or even -0 I would. Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Extremely outdated. Only God knows what kind of bacteria are on the carpets and furniture all over hotel including the lobby! Stains everywhere. I dare not walk on the carpet or anywhere in room without shoes. The breakfast sub-par. Unfriendly and unprofessional. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

The bed and bathroom were the only clean areas in the whole hotel. I wore socks the whole time since the carpet and other flooring were filthy. My shoes stuck to whatever gunk was on the floor in the elevator. Breakfast was sub standard. Needs a refresh, remodel badly or at least a rug shampoo and good vacuum.

I’ve stayed a few times in the past when in town visiting friends. Never had any issues, honestly. This last visit I showed up late, and the hotel just canceled my reservation. But, took all my money. Wouldn’t offer any kind of cancellation fee or anything. The whale behind the counter was all shoulders and absolutely zero help. It’s cheap and run down. Stained towels and such. There are some interesting guests and long term residents that stay here. One time I stayed there was a nice new Ford sedan sitting on literal rocks and broken cinder blocks missing its wheels. No joke. I’ll just spend the extra cash and stay at the Holliday Inn from now on. Seriously, stay away from this one.

When we arrived tired at 3:00am the woman working at the hotel was rude. She raised her voice at me telling me the card I provided did not go through. I informed her I did not know I had to pay in advance and thought I had to pay when I arrived at the hotel. She continued talking to me in a patronizing tone while I stayed calm and collected. I asked her for a later check out time and I was even willing to pay a couple hours extra and she refused to give it to us with no explanation. It was a stressful experience arriving there tired. The lady in the morning was much nicer and very apologetic about the later check out time. This is why they get a two star review instead of one star.

The entire hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. Heavy smell of Marijuana in hallways all day and mold in the ceiling tiles and bathrooms. Won't be staying there ever again.

Dirty rooms, lamp lights not working. TV not working. Carpet filthy, very soiled. Plastic shower curtain. Broken thermostat... trash in hallway. Terrible staff, playing games. Changed rooms twice. Not a good stay for the price. Most LaQuintas in my city are very nice and clean...not this one.

Had reservations for 9/4 thru 9/6. Our first room was filthy, pet stained carpets, sofa was just as bad, mold in shower. Sinks would barely drain. Would not recommend staying at this specific location. We have had great stays at other LaQuenta locations.

For the most part to be honest this place is not bad. Decent location nice size rooms. The biggest issue is the TV chromecast that works intermittently and the front desk could not fix for the 4 days I stayed twice. Also the TV says it deletes your login from your streaming services but some how my passwords were logged in after I have left from that area so make sure to delete your logins multiple times and change your passwords when you leave. The second situation is I paid nice amount of money for the rooms and feel like the rooms could have been a lot cleaner. Sometimes the bathroom was not cleaned at all or garbage left in corners of room or in couch. I didn't call down this second trip because to be honest I don't think the next room they would put me in would be any better. I would still stay there they just need to step there game up.

This is the sludge at the bottom of the barrel of hotels. Spend your money literally anywhere else! This place is truly disgusting and in severe need of updating. Everything in this hotel is extremely dated..The furniture, carpet and wallpaper look to be from 1980. From the moment you walk into the lobby you are hit with a pungent tobacco and weed smell, and that doesn’t go away. It took 15 seconds of being in that room to strongly consider checking out immediately and just taking the monetary loss. The carpets are faded, stained and nasty. Walking in a public restroom floor barefoot would probably be more sanitary than the carpets in your room. I did not walk on it more than was absolutely necessary and only with socks/shoes. The bed appeared clean at first glance, but the comforter is covered in faded yellow/off white stains. There was a crusty white stain in the bed skirt and the carpet just below. Filthy. My husband and I tore down the cover sheet and slept in our own sleeping bags and pillows just to feel comfortable. The bathroom shower curtain is moldy, and there was a hole punched through the bathroom door. The lampshade has mystery splatters on it. The elevator worked, but sounded and smelled like it shouldn’t. This is a $30 sleazy motel room at best and has no business being $70+ a night. There are two hotels in very close proximity to this one that appear to be much newer and cleaner. I have never stayed anywhere so disgusting in my life, and would gladly have spent $120+ to have slept anywhere else. I will never stay at any LaQuinta/Wyndham hotel again…

This is a very old hotel. The room are very outdated. Although the service was very nice and the lady that checked us in was super friendly I wouldnt recommend staying here. The room wasnt the cleanest, you could tell that no one has ever cleaned the ceiling fan as there was a thick layer of dust on it. You're close to the airport, so location wise it's not very good as it can get very noisy.

I do not recommend it. The staff are not friendly. I left in the morning and did not come until the evening and found that the rooms had not been cleaned. They took a lot of money and said that they had reserved a suite for us, but they gave us a room with two beds.

I have already filed a complaint with Wyndham corporate about my experience; however, all I can say is do not stay at this hotel. It is filthy and run down and the photos on the website are nowhere near accurate. Do not let the cheap rates and decent overall score fool you; recent reviews are overwhelmingly negative and this hotel is one to avoid.

I would not recommend this place very dirty especially the rooms! Stain even on the box springs , carpet, walls should I go on ! I overlooked the Lobby even though I noticed water stains on the lamp shades and dirty carpet. I was hoping the rooms was clean after driving 8 hours to my destination. I been in hospitality for 27 years no excuses management!

Riom size was great! Room condition was terrible! Carpets and furniture were disgusting; stained and dirty. Closet door off hinges and just leaning; had to have maintenance move it. No ironing board. Missing and broken drawers in closet dresser. Toliet paper holder falling off. Hallway carpets dirty. Elevator dirty. Wallpaper peeling off walls and by elevator. Smoke detector covered with a plastic bag. Covered EVERYTHING we sat on with sheets. There is a horizontal gash, about 10" long on the lower wall in the lobby when you get off the elevator. Did not see any inspection certificate in the elevator either. Staff on the other hand was great! Denise at the front desk is extremely helpful. Cleaning staff was accommodating when things were needed/requested. Hotel is quiet for the most part, just not physically taken care of properly.

I stayed there 5 years ago and it was decent however this time I was very disappointed to say the least. The place was dirty, the carpet stained in our room and in the hallways, elevator was dirty, the breakfast area was dirty and with no breakfast attendant, I pulled the sheets back and a glob of hair. I work at a hotel and if our place looked like that we would not have a job! Also no one seemed to like there job the moral very poor. I picked up on that right away. The management and the owner should be ashamed, I don't even know how there still in business. I SUGGEST A DEEP CLEAN OF THE WHOLE PLACE!! AND PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES!!

This is a good hotel I stayed there plenty of times. The only issue I've ever had was the laundry room is not very clean and the dryer wasn't working the last time I was there other than that it's quiet laid back and pretty clean

Room was fine for the money, but the receptionist didn't feel like doing her job and turned us away saying they were full. Had to take 15 minutes in the parking lot to make a reservation by phone. Luckily they "had some cancelations" when we went back in to check in.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. When we checked in she was very rude to us, one we got in our room there was a pair of shorts sitting on the floor next to our bed, and we were told we coukd not get any type of discount. I came to get a fork to eat my dinner and the receptionist was passed out in the office like she was on drugs. Once she finially woke up she was again very rude and saying how she was in pain and couldn't even make eye contact. They had one towel in our room and no towel available when I asked. The breakfast in the morning was the only half descent part about our stay. I will NEVER come here again.

Let me give an explanation for why I rated the hotel so low. The hotel room smelt funky The remotes batteries were held in with rubber bands The shower head and pipe is falling out of the wall and water sprays out of it There was no one to clean the rooms (short staffed) They hardly have any towels here The water tastes like dirt The light doesn't work, and the switch is falling off The receptacle is falling out of the wall and doesn't have a cover Computer system was not working when we were there. Another receptacle is completely out of the wall being held in by one small wire The TV has a slash in it like that from a knife The air filters in the AC are dirty and need cleaned Something sticky is all over the hair dryer Holes in wall (not in our room noticed throughout the hotel) Bathroom door handle falling off All bathroom door frames seem to be very crooked The carpet is bunching up and proposes a SERIOUS tripping HAZARD Two holes in the bathroom ceiling. I realize after leaving this kind of a review I should have pictures and it was my negligence that did not snap more. I only have a photo of the one receptacle falling out of the wall. Also not sure if smoke detectors work, they look very old.

The first time we stayed, the room and bathroom were still dirty. The bed was super uncomfortable, and I wasn't impressed. I did submit a complaint and received an email response back stating they'd be addressing the feedback to resolve the problems. This second time, the king bed was amazing. Best sleep I've had in a long time, and I'm 25 weeks pregnant, so that's saying something. The room was clean and very nice. Only one set of towels/shampoo/soap was included. I know I could go to the front deak for more, but staff knowing the room was for 2 adults due to the booking, that should've already been provided. Overall it was nice.

WORST hotel stay! Our room was DIRTY upon arriving. Bottles and napkins underneath the bed, stained carpet, door handle broken, bathtub broken, dirty AC, dirty ironing board, filthy bathroom. Like c’mon.. customer service was horrible too. We couldn’t wait to leave. Do yourself a favor and so not stay here.

The front desk is very rude I was there a month then they told me I couldn't stay and where I had to leave cuz they're not a extended stay but there was a gentleman there that checked on before me and was there when I left but I had to leave and I'm a homeless right now so I had to find another place come up with another deposit because they all have them and get a place that's dog friendly that's the only good thing about them is their dog friendly and they don't charge you you just have to sign a paper they're just not very professional at all and they accused me 2x for smoking in my room I don't even smoke she was must have been smelling it from the stairwell because they stand right by the door and smoke and my room was right there.. I could smell it every now and then yeah but she said it was me I have had cancer and I do no smoke..

This is the nastiest place I have ever stayed in. I booked here because the pictures online looked nice but when I got there the room was dirty, there was food on the floor covered in ants, the carpet was ripped up and there were stains all over the place, the walls were dirty, the bed looked like someone was already there because there was dirty on the covers and when I asked to cancel they offered to switch my room. I asked if the conditions of the other rooms were like the one I was already in she responded with "I have no idea, I do not know the conditions of the rooms". I even took pictures of this place because they didn't want to refund me my money without a cancellation fee. Those pics on the site are false advertising because that room looked and smelled disgusting.

This place is a joke. They care more about the remote batteries being stolen then they do keeping the hotel clean. Saw multiple roaches and even trapped one. Played it off like it was no big deal but it was pretty gross. I understand it's a cheap hotel but it's obvious no one here cares that much. Most of the employees are nice enough but it's pretty gross here beware...

This hotel was really disappointing tbh. The rooms were filthy. The whole building smelled strongly or cigarettes. The sheets were clearly not clean, the bathroom was so gross, we found a cockroach under the bed no joke, poo stains in the toilet, cracks and mold all over the ceiling. Just over all not worth it, I'd definitely recommend paying more for a better room for sure.

The hotel smelled of stale smoke, but it is a non smoking hotel. Room had stain on carpet, chipped bathroom tile. Currently, there is no breakfast provided. No daily room service while COVID protocols are active. The place is dated décor and needs a facelift. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay there.

  • 5/5 Crystal P. 2 years ago on Google
Desk clerk was super nice and helpful. Room was clean. Beds very comfortable. Per friendly. Covid 19 protocols were in effective still so breakfast was foods to go fresh fruit, yogurt, muffins, and cakes individually wrapped. We will definitely stop back in.

1st room wasn't up to par... But they jumped into quick action and was able to accommodate us and give us a different room. The lady at the front desk seen all my kids and made sure we had plenty of towels and extra bedding... So because of the amazing service we will be back

They really need to invest some money and update/change some things. No matter how clean the room is, you always feel dirty because they feel so old inside. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. Rooms are clean. The breakfast area was stocked and very clean.
