Service was not stellar but was ok. To be honest I think outback has gone completely downhill. Thankfully half our bill was paid by a gift card. Bloomin onion and the bread was the best part of the meal. The shrimp that came with my meal was cooked so hard with a sub par seasoning that the tails didn't even come off without removing a ton of meat. Then the seasoning was so strong it completely ruined the taste. I honestly couldn't finish a salad. The staff was great though really pushing through the times with all the rules, regulations, and such. But the food was awful.

Went to dinner with a Friend and we ordered appetizers dinner and lemonades. The gnats were taking over the place! Her lemonade had a gnat in it and our appetizer was overcooked. Her steak was undercooked, my ribs were cold when they came out and they had that nasty chemical taste to them. The manager came around and asked about our meal and as we were telling him what was going on he seemed to have an attitude, basically said OK and walked off. When we received our bill he had taken $9 off. The waitress we had was great I don't remember her name unfortunately and she was very apologetic and stated that our table was the 4th one that night that had issues. I took my basically whole meal home thinking it would be better once I reheated it. The loaded potatoes and the broccoli have that nasty chemical flavor and the ribs seem like they would never get warm. Really bad experience all around and I won't be back to Outback and most definitely not that particular location.

Our food was really good and our drinks were amazing! This blueberry lavender I think it was lemonade, tasted as fantastic as it looks. The waiter was very nice and made sure to show up but not over attend us. It's never fun to eat while you're waiter is hanging over you every 3 seconds. Great experience!

The food was cooked without seasoning. They didn't even use salt and pepper in the vegetables. Nothing. I ended up bringing my steak home to season it. The service was decent. They could certainly use more staffers during what's usually the busy times. Also, it's bad practice for the manager to discuss the staffing schedules (with the staff) while standing around the host booth. Especially with customers waiting. And to basically include the customers in the conversation. Very unprofessional. The atmosphere was unremarkable. Very loud, since they seated everyone together. Again, more staff could alleviate that problem. Overall, not a horrific experience, but I won't be returning.

Actually a great meal today. Our server Donovan was quick and helpful. I had a smoked pecan old fashioned and it was amazing. All the food was hot and well prepared. It's not often these days I enjoy chain restaurants but tonight was worthy of a review.

Had a dinner party of 8 and our food was great. Our server Mary was amazing! She kept up with all of our drinks and bread without us even mentioning needing refills. She has a great sense of humor and went above and beyond! Best service I have had here in a long time! Thanks for making our evening great! Even my dad was having a great time!

Beautiful place and wonderful people. Food is very yummy but pricey. Steak was cooked perfect and bread is so good! Ask for Chasity next time you dine in, she is amazing!!!!

4 stars based on management only. Our steaks 3 of 4 were cooked wrong. We had to take them to go as we didn't have time. The female Asst. Manager made excuses and said they have red lighting that's why the steak looked rare ? There are no red lights in this place. Anyway, Ron one of the main managers came to the table and made it right and was very professional and had no excuses, just solutions. I truly hope Ron stays and we will be back because of how he handled the situation. Had it stayed on the Asst. Managers' reactions we would not have returned. Thanks Ron 👍

They sure have changed. The first waiter I had came by three times to say he would be back ,then just waited on other tables, I hate to say it. I lost it I went to the reception booth and asked for someone new, if that waiter was to busy or whatever I didn't want them waiting on me, I did get a new waitress she was awesome and the manager's came by way more than what was needed, but I understand and it was appreciated. I don't know why it happened, I never had bad service at Outback in the 20-years I have been going there. 🤔

Great food, even better service! Our server Katie K was outstanding! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Sierra was an amazing server staying on top of things. She made sure my drink was always topped off and made sure my food was to my liking. Sierra smiled throughout my dining experience and made my lunch a pleasant one.

Wow ! First time me and my family come to a restaurant were the service was quick and they didn’t mess up our order. It’s really hard getting good service when we travel as a family of 10. Appreciate our waitress Heather !! She was amazing and patient with us.

Wish I could give more than a 5 star review for our server ALEX!!! HE WAS BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!!! HE NEEDS A RAISE... Very polite, great server, Awesome Personality. Made my Birthday Memorable . We had Caitlin and she made our experience so wonderful! She was efficient and incredibly helpful in every way. We had a toddler with us and she made sure that her needs were met without feeling like she was an inconvenience or anything. She even diluted her juice for her which was such a kind and thoughtful act. Of course, the food was delicious and everything was timely. Thank you Caitlin for an excellent dinner experience!

This is our favorite special occasion date night restaurant! The food is always very delicious and the wait staff is so friendly and kind. The bread brought out at the beginning of the meal is very soft and yummy. We will absolutely be back again!

Outback is not normally my first choice. I normally find it very mediocre here. Today was an exception! The prime rib was outstanding. Flavor, temperature and texture. Every side and my wife's meal were perfect! All of this was only outdone by the wonderful service that we received from Alexa! Very friendly, attentive and right to the point! This was a great experience today! Well done!

Quick seating, very clean, food was great, & our server Chasity was amazing! Our food was prompt, big portions(cooked exactly how I wanted it & couldn't finish) & our cups were never empty. Will be back!

We asked for 3 plates of pasta, the kingsland. The pasta was way undercooked, like it could’ve stand on itself, after we waited over 45 minutes to get it we told the waitress about the issue and sent it back, then a lady who I believe it was manager comes up to us saying “you think it was undercooked” with an attitude, she didn’t even checked it out. Overall the rest of the food we ordered wasn’t worth it, seasonings didn’t had flavor and was cold.

The Alice spring chicken has always been my go to here. Their one of my favorite places to hit up each year.

I’m here working and was it a pleasure to have Chasity as my waitress, she’s very pleasant and helpful!!! The food was amazing and I’m very full now. I had the lobster and sirloin, along with dessert!!!

This is a regular dinner stop for my wife and I. Service is always the best. Jasmine has been our server multiple times and she is always great. Steaks are always cooked the way we like them. Will continue to dine here for the foreseeable future.

We noticed some bad reviews but we still came! Service was amazing. Katie K went above and beyond for our family. The cooks did great. Also, to other costumers please be mindful these cooks and servers are HUMANS. They served you during a pandemic, they serve you now. The staff was very polite, Libbi came to check on our table and she was a very personable manager. If anything Outback is revamping themselves, like every other restaurant during this time and we will be back.

We decided to eat inside instead of carrying out. Arrived around 4:45 and were seated quickly. Our server was Angie A and she was wonderful! She stopped at our table a couple of times asking if we were ready to order. I apologized, none of us could make our minds up. She was very sweet, patient and very attentive! We hadn’t been out for dinner as a family in a long time and Angie made it wonderful! Restaurant was clean…food and drinks were great as well!

Dinner was good went there about 5:15pm yesterday, Wednesday. Our waitress was great. I ordered a burger & fries for carry out for my daughter. Left about 6:15pm. She opened up her carry out & she's like Where's the rest of the fries????? I look in there & I was shocked! Looked like someone's left over fries they just threw in there. Not happy one bit! I should of checked it before I left. Next time I'll check before I leave. This was not good at all!!
